Beautiful and chic! Loved all the unique soaps and teas, large selection of loose candies and some you may have never seen! Perfect place to get a gift for a sweet sixteen or just a gift in general! Props to Barbara for the wonderful help and suggestions! They also wrap the items in cute papers! Thanks again!

We just had a “Sweet Tea Tray Tasting Experience” party for my girls and a few friends. It was such a fun and pleasant experience! Each girl received a cupcake and sparkling pink lemonade. They also had plenty of fresh chocolate dipped strawberries, macarons, and truffles to choose from and sample. It was all presented beautifully. I felt the price was extremely reasonable. Each girl had plenty of treats to choose from. The staff was wonderful and accommodating as well! Would definitely recommend for a girls party/fun day out!

Absolutely the best place for a sweet tooth fix of all ages! Not to mention you can have birthday parties here as well! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excited they finally opened one in Norman! Located just west on Main Street from I-35.

I dont know what I was expecting with this place but I dont believe I pegged it as a confectionery store. Its a good place to pick up candies, yummy gourmet cupcakes and little gifts.

What a fun find! The atmosphere of this store is amazing and instantly makes you feel like a little girl again! The macaron I had was delicious and all the candies and other goodies in the store were super unique. A bit on the pricey side but totally worth stopping and walking around.

This place is adorable! They have very sweet cupcakes, cute cupcakes! They also have a selection of gifts and candies. The staff was friendly!

Overall disappointing. Looked like the cupcakes came out of the freezer and they had zero regard who saw it. No trashcans. Had to go to the restroom to throw away our waste

I wish they had more choices of cupcakes or at least the option for the chocolate to be vanilla cake. The place was spunky and very cute for little girls, for sure would love to visit again I do feel the bakery side of things although tasty could have some missed opportunity to spice things up.

We came here tonight because we heard how fun and cute it was. It was definitely the cutest place that you would want to sort out your sweet tooth in. Unfortunately it’s so ridiculously high in price!!!! I felt like I was robbed!!! The prices are extreme and the candy bags we made and got home all taste stale and old. We ended up throwing it all away except for the taffy. We got 6 cupcakes and 3 small bags of candy 1/4 of the way full and it was $55.00!!!! I was baffled. We will not be going there again.

I would like to say that the last time I went to Pinkitzel, the staff gave the best and most wonderful customer service! She made me feel so welcomed and I left happy with my sweets! The store was very clean and well put together.

Mark Russel showed up at 8:54 at night and was upset that the door was locked. So sad to hear this. Maybe don’t show up 6 minutes before a business closes. But that’s not even the issue. Jonathon the owner did fire the employee. The 17 year old employee he put in charge of closing his store up by herself at night. No other employee on duty and no security. Stop exploiting young girls so you can make bank selling tiny frozen cupcakes at a ridiculous price. Do better!

I love coming here! The employee was kind and greeted me coming through the door. The facility was clean and very organized. I really enjoyed the treats I got from this location!

Very cool spot! We brought our 1 year old son here for cupcakes! He loves all the lights and decor! Friendly staff as well.

Maybe don’t have one young teenager close an entire store by themselves. maybe don’t fire a seventeen year old who was assigned to close an entire store by themselves and decided to close a little early, causing one customer, who knew the closing time and still insisted on arriving at 8:54 pm, to become slightly dissatisfied. maybe don’t overwork your young employees and take advantage of them. and maybe, just maybe, don’t dictate someone’s living wage off of a customer who doesn’t understand common decency. here’s to hoping the norman location gets flooded with more one star ratings since that seems like something the management deserves.

Love this place...wish they could do more advertising to build up their Norman business. The night before Valentines Day and they had no business...lack of advertising is going to kill them!

Well Gigis cupcakes went out of business in Norman and I didnt know that until my husband went by there to pick up cupcakes for my sons birthday. We needed them in just an hour so my husband looked up this place. He sent me pictures of the limited flavors they had plus theyre 4 dollars each. He brought them home and I was completely SHOCKED at how small they were. Theyre half the size of the cupcakes Gigis sold. If I had known they were basically a mini cupcake with a lot of frosting on top. Theres NO WAY I ever would have told him to buy them. Its disgusting that theyre selling a mini cupcake for $4 dollars each. I would have told him to go across the street to LA Baguette and bought an entire cake for what we spent on 6 mini cupcakes sold under the guise as a normal size cupcake. Trust me NOT worth the money. Go to Sams or better yet bake your own youll save a fortune!
