This is the Nicest and Cleanest store I’ve ever been to!!! The manager Joseph was so friendly and professional. He practiced good social distancing and let me know all of the costs upfront. He was full of information and helped me pick out a quality phone that didn’t break the bank. He even hooked me up with a blue tooth speaker :) I expected to be there for a while but he had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and was very thorough and even made me a “cheat sheet” with my phone number, due date etc. I was a former at&t customer and am so glad I made the switch. I highly recommend A++
Joseph is a totally rad dude :) He helped my boyfriend and I switch from cricket and we were able to get two FREE phones!!! He was very polite and informative not to mention the store was absolutely spotless. I feel like he actually made it personal and tried to get to know us rather than making us feel like a transaction :))
Customer service here is TOP NOTCH. The staff is very friendly and have no problem joking around and holding conversation through the process. The manager Joseph was even nice enough to cover the couple bucks I was short for my total..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were overcharged over 150. We had to battle with this location for a refund even with customer service on the phone demanding that they refund our money. Save your time and go to another location. This attitude of the saleswoman sucked. If its a problem to do service than she should get another job!
The lady inside tried to charge me 450$ on a phone I didnt come to buy and couldnt port my number cause as she claimed it was on the t-mobile network I was porting from straight talk and she offered no deals so I left with nothing and full of disappointment please add something on the website for new customers to see what they are getting into, I spent a week researching before going in and I found very little info and this annoys me as based on my research I should have been eligible for the deal I came in for. everyone reading this please do youre research and maybe you wont be as annoyed as me

Straight RIP you off. The gentleman (not really) added mandatory device insurance, NOT TRUE, also offered a free pet tracker but never mentioned the activation fee or monthly charge for the pet tracker. I had to call Corporate and go nuts on the phone before they returned my money. Do not get me wrong, the service is great, just be careful and ask many questions. Consumer rights are not respected by this particular individual.

I had very suddenly gotten kicked off my old phone plan and Joseph was a life saver! He worked with me to get a phone that would last, had the camera quality I wanted, and I walked out that day with a new line! Came in today with little to no money trying to get an old beat up phone turned on. Unfortunately the phone was to damaged to get activated I had already paid the activation cost and was very bummed .I let joesph know I was unhappy and he got me a phone free and all I had to pay was taxes! Free activation and the money I paid for the first failed activation went into my account . I was very satisfied with my service today and the way joesph handled the situation.Quick and professional I definitely recommend this location and this sales representative! I was a loyal customer and have paid my bill on time. I have purchased a total of 3 brand new galaxy A20s in the last 7 months. I purchase a A20 yesterday for my wife. Took it home and the device would not cast to our television. I took the phone back into the same store that I purchased it in less than 24 hours ago. The store managers name is Joseph and he completely refused my return and told me there is nothing I can do. He was rude and told me I was out the money. Didnt even try. Worsted experience of my life. Im canceling my service

Had issues with phones I bought with them, had issues with unlocking phones I bought with them, had issues with customer service. HOWEVER after dealing with them for an hour or two on all the issues i had ever had with them. They gave me a month free service and cleaned up everything they could regarding their past mistakes. If a company makes a mistake which is gonna happen... Do they clean it up and make it right. Thats what makes a difference with me

A few months ago I visited this store for the first time. Im not new to MetroPCS, and the reason for the late review is because this store did not exist on Google at the time of my visit (it was still fairly new).I wished to take advantage of the MetroPCS promotion that offered a free Galaxy On5 with port-in and sign up for the $30 plan. The lady told me it would cost more than $70. Ive done it once before, and been present when two of my friends used the same promotion at other stores. The total was $30 for the plan, plus sales tax on the phone, bringing the total to ~$34 on all 3 occasions. When I politely asked why the total was over $70, she replied rudely with do you want the phone or not? I dont care. I apologized (for no reason) and stated that I wasnt trying to be difficult or argumentative, but the charges dont add up. She responded with something along the lines of I work here, I know what Im doing. What do you know? Youre just a customer. But she followed with (I quote!) I dont need your attitude. I dont feel like selling you the phone now. Youre obviously too broke to afford it anyway. Yeah, she went THERE. I told her I didnt appreciate her comment and asked for an apology and her name. She refused. Her nametag was not legible. It started with a G, Gardenia? She was bilingual, 25-30 years old, and I know for a FACT she drives the black Jeep Grand Cherokee shown in the Google storefront picture (because she just returned from lunch when I walked in). When I asked for a superiors name or phone number she refused again, and interrupted everything I said from that point with an EXTREMELY rude child-like BYYYEEE!!!! Im annoyed with you! Considering she was the only person there, I left.So after getting my problems solved elsewhere, I went back several hours later. I was extremely polite (even though she didnt deserve it) and asked for a simple apology and I would be on my way. She refused yet again. She didnt even acknowledge me asking. She just immediately said Im calling the police and retreated to the back room. I didnt threaten her, intimidate her, or even raise my voice! The cameras can prove that. I did nothing wrong! If thats how this store treats all of their customers, then the store needs shut down. Period. I have thick skin. I can deal with someone having a bad day. But when you demean me and call the police on me for ABSOLUTELY no reason, I will go WAY out of my way to try putting you out of a job. This guarantees that nobody else has to go through that type of experience...I never write reviews. I never feel the need to. I never have bad experiences anywhere. This store definitely changed that, so they get this bad review and Ive already filed a corporate complaint. In the end, the Moore store on Eastern made things right, and provided exactly what I asked for. My total was ~$34, as it should have been. A far cry from $70+.Please learn from this review. I wouldnt waste 20 minutes of my precious time just for fun. Drive the extra distance to the Moore store on Eastern (I highly recommend them!), and NEVER go to this store or the one at I-35 and Robinson (same owners and employees as the Lindsey store).
