I had this store send my chain off for repairs. I bought the chain in 2018 and did purchase the extended warranty, because of the cost of the chain. They could not fix it back the way it was. So, the manager was able to find a replacement and it didnt cost any extra. Thank you for your hard work and follow through. Really good customer service.

I dropped off my watch for on 6/3/2021 for a new battery, as I had purchased the lifetime battery plan. They never mentioned that it would take almost 2 months for a battery. A month later I called to check on the watch. A few days later Maddie called me and told me that it would be $281 to repair my watch. I asked her if she had the correct person, as I was supposed to be getting a free battery replacement. She confirmed that it was my watch and that the repairs would be that much. I asked her what repairs were needed. She didnt know, but called me back. Then she told me that it wasnt actually repairs, but an internal cleaning. This is a very misleading business practice to lie to your customers and tell them that their watches need repairs when it is really an overpriced INTERNAL cleaning. Maddie said she didnt know that it was a cleaning instead of a repair. Whether she knew or not, she was complicit in the lie to try to scam almost $300 out of a customer by making them believe that something was wrong with the watch. I asked for the watch back immediately. It took them almost two more weeks. In total the watch wasnt ready until 7/24/2021, 7 weeks after I dropped it off...for a battery! When I went to pick the watch up, Maddie was rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend that you never do business at this jewelry store.

Bought Neil Lane Morganite Bridal set....which by “Bridal Set” you’d assume it is being worn everyday or at least worn a lot. The morganite immediately fogged up, despite me being extra careful with it......I’ve had multiple morganites before an never had an issue with them fogging up. Took it back and they replaced the whole ring TWICE because of it fogging up. One time was told by an associate that the morganite is more meant to be a cocktail ring and only worn on special occasions .....then why is it sold as a Bridal set, it’s very rare a bridal set isn’t worn often. Final step was to get it sent of and cleaned, so we had that done and they couldn’t do a thing about the fogginess......which was very disappointing because I fell in the with this specific ring. They offered to exchange the ring(for a fee), but chose not to because I love the style of the ring. So this is more of a buyer beware......DO NOT BUY A MORGANITE, if you plan on wearing it every day or even often.

So they lost my wedding ring! My husband bought a $2,000 ring online and it was supposed to be delivered To the jays store February 5, 2021. We went to get the ring after getting a emails saying it’s as delivered and the store told us they didn’t have it. We have came back weekly since and today February 23, 2021 we come to they store and get told that they have broke my ring and can give a refund! I will never buy anything from you all again!

I’ve been to multiple Kay Jewelers in the area and this is by far the best location when it comes to having your jewelry coated and/or repaired. My wedding set is over 10 years old and when I sent it in for work it looked brand new when they returned it to me. No complaints at all!!!

The manager and sales associate we dealt with were amazing!! My boyfriend and I were just browsing over the weekend and we came to Kays jewelry to look at a specific ring online that I found. Unfortunately they didn’t have the specific ring in stock, but brought out a few that were similar and made by the same designer Neil lane. Turns out I found one I liked even better and was able to put in an aquamarine stone in the center like the one online!! The store manager and the sales associate discussed financing options and we were able to get approved on the spot and able to do the 18 month interest free financing. I will definitely do business with Kay’s again!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Hannah and the other staff last night. We went in just to look at a few options for our wedding in July and I ended up falling in love with a very beautiful ring. They worked extremely hard and after an hour and a few happy tears l got to leave with the ring of my dreams. We live 4 hours away in Texas and had no plans to buy anything since we don’t live here but this store has earned our business anytime we are in town and need anything. Amazing customer service and all around experience. Thank you so much ladies you made a bride to be very happy last night.

I have had a fantastic relationship with the Kays store. The manager Kristen has done a great job taking care of me and my fiances needs from engagement to wedding bands, and several other items. We have had stones changed out, repairs made, and special orders completed. All this done over a years period of time with great results.

My husband got my wedding ring from the Kay that was in Kansas... it was a great experience & so we decided to get my wedding band from the Norman location. He had a Kay CC & was told that we wouldn’t be charged any interest if he put 20% down that day. He did & come to find out they were charging interest the whole time. I went to Kay personally & told them about the situation & the lady there told me I was correct the bank shouldn’t be charging any interest & that we can appeal it. She said once the appeal goes through the bank will take off the interest charges. We went through the whole process & then ended up getting a denial letter in the mail. Kay once again failed to report the correct information & therefore the bank would not take off any interest. After years of business we decided to close out our account & will no longer do business with these people.

I hate writing bad reviews, but everyone needs to know how terrible this store is.My husband bought my engagement ring at the Kay Jewelers at Sooner Fashion Mall. The original ring had an artificial emerald, but he paid extra for them to replace the artificial stone with a natural emerald. The emerald fell out twice within a 6 month period, and the last time we took it in, was because one of the white sapphires fell out. Im not rough with my hands by any means, and each times stones fell out was because I had snagged them on my clothes.When we went to pick up the ring the last time, I noticed that the emerald was different. It was a light green, unlike the dark green stone that was previously in it. Upon looking at the stone, we noticed that not only did it have a large scratch mark right down the center, but it was also chipped. We took it back in, and they put it under the microscope. The lady then claimed that there was in fact, no chip, but the scratch was there. She also mentioned that they couldnt replace the stone, and that the stone was artificial - which is not what my husband had paid for. We took it directly over to Mitchells Jewelry, who had made my wedding band. They looked at it briefly and told us that we were not crazy and that the chip was definitely there.Thanks to Kay, we are having to invest in another ring. I have been telling everyone, and I will continue to tell everyone to skip Kay and go straight to Mitchells. Dont waste your money.

Mike was very friendly and genuine. He helped me pick out the right gift and didnt pressure me at all. More importantly, he was real and made me feel welcome without the cheese ball or high and mighty salesman tactics. Go in and ask for The Champ, haha! Thank you Mike!I had gone to the competition a couple doors down at first, but was made to feel that I wasnt going to spend enough money there. I was told how much some pieces were without them actually being shown to me, then I was quickly dismissed with a snooty let me know if theres anything else I can do as he walked away.

So my husband and i decided we were going to get married and started looking at rings together, we came upon this location just walking around the mall. I was told a certain glass box full of rings were also available in yellow gold upon request since I liked it more than white gold. The one I picked out however was not, we brainstormed and Kristen, the store manager says Oh I have an idea we can custom order it. My mother in law had given us a ring with a big stone in it so she added it in the custom ring and it ended up being cheaper than the one in the store, it was perfect. We were told it would take 6 weeks and it ended up taking about 12, that was pretty disappointing, Im not patient. So the rings came in mine was beautiful and my husbands was a half size to big than what he ordered and it was tungsten so they had to order a new one and it also took longer than expected. We decided to order a band for my engagement ring, they had it in white gold but I asked for yellow gold to match my ring, we waited longer than expected again but it finally came in 2 days before the wedding I was sooooo happy, when the clerk pulled the ring out it was WHITE gold! I was pretty pissed as you can imagine and said I didnt want it any more as I didnt want to wait and be disapointed again. Now a little over a week from this happening my engagement ring has two stones missing and we cannot get a refund because my ring is a custom order (because it wasnt available in yellow gold.) And they dont return custom orders. I wish I would have read reviews before shopping here it has been miserable and the beautiful ring thats suppose to resemble our marriage is tainted with bad experiences. Please save your money and shop somewhere that stands behind their product, a place that actually cares more about the experience and product than the money.

The employees are under an oppressive dictator of a store manager. We have had 6 years of trouble with 2 ring in this store. After 6 years and 4 managers the current one kept telling me to stop telling at the employees wen I was simply speaking in a normal volume for the surround noise. Then she wouldnt identify herself or give me her bosses name for me to call and speak with. When she ignored my questions and I asked who her boss she threatened to call security... I was kind of over whelmed with confusion as I wasnt being rediculous. This store has gone down hill so fast. She is a worn out pissed off overworked overpaid manager of people who isnt allowed to help customers. She needs fired and put on a black list. Definitely record your conversations when u go in!! I had to call corporate!

I am beyond disgusted with the customer service I received today from Kristen (the so called manager). Over the past 6 years my husband and I have bought over $15,000 in jewelry from this store and have NEVER been treated as poorly as I was today! I dropped my wedding ring off on January 3 to be sent off to have a diamond replaced and all of the other diamonds checked. On my receipt it says Promised date January 19. So on January 19 I called the store to find out if my ring was ready to pick up and I spoke to a sales associate that stated I dont know where your ring is… I dont know about anyone else but my wedding ring is my most cherished possession and to hear I dont know where your ring is literally made me sick. She then told me she would call me on Thursday to let me know if it had arrived yet. Well today is Thursday and as of 2 oclock I still hadnt heard anything so I called up there and requested to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was busy and would call me back… Well 4:30 rolled around and still nothing so I called again and spoke to the manager whom told me that she didnt know where my ring was laughed when I expressed how concerned I was and told me to hang on while she checked the drawer… Again I dont know about anyone else but a drawer is no place for my wedding ring. She then got back on the phone to tell me that she found my ring and I can pick it up. I asked her why no one called me to let me know that it had arrived and she said we dont call our customers I said then why on Tuesday when I called did the lady tell me she would call me today to let me know if it arrived and she said again I dont know we dont call our customers, we send an email and I guess your email is messed up because it didnt go through. She ended up hanging up on me after I asked her for her first and last name because I was going to make a complaint to the corporate office. Needless to say once I pick up my ring on Saturday I will never do business with this store again. I warn everyone if you are looking for customer service you might as well go to Zales because youre not going to find it here.Also, when I called and complained to the corporate office the customer relations manager expressed her apologies to me and said that it is completely absurd that she said they dont call their customers… They are taught in training that anytime a customers jewelry comes back from being repaired they are to call the customer immediately to let them know it is ready to pick up!

If I could give this place no stars, I would! The customer service is horrible. I spent over 3500 on my engagement ring and have had nothing but problems with it. The ring has spent more time on the shop then on my finger, not to mention the ring was shortly discounted after my purchase because of issues they were having with it. Now my only options are to return the ring and spend double what the ring cost me in the first place. They told me I could have my ring reset in a setting of my choice with the original diamonds. Then after leaving my ring with them so that one of the girls that specializes in ring sets could look at it, they never called me back. A week went by and finally I called them. They had still done nothing with my ring. They told me they would call me back shortly after making excuses and give me an estimate. Well to have the ring reset would cost almost the same as trading my ring in and spending double. I have bought so much from this place and they have nothing to offer me except for I am sorry. In my opinion they should be willing to take my ring back, since it was discounted due to issues and let me select another of equal or lesser value. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THEM! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I AM!!!! Never again will I buy from Kay jewlers. My friends who have bought rings there have had similar problems!!!!!

The manager named Kristen at this store made our experience with Kay Jewelers dreadful. I could not imagine treating customers and their concerns in the manner that she does. The division manager was also made aware of the problems and I dont think he is engaged either. The employees are having to cover for the managers attitude and lack of professionalism. The best word I can use is DISGUSTING. Stay away at all costs until they can make some changes.

The girl she called over to discuss progressive leasing was super sweet, but was being cut off by the shedevil continuously. I feel bad for her staff, because working with her must be how the nazis felt under hitler. Never shopping here again!

Poor service, Poor quality and highly priced! Lies lies lies-Go somewhere else!My wife has encountered so many problems and there solution is to trade it in and spend twice as much!Here are a few other stories-AmandasI went to Kay Jewelers to purchase my husbands wedding ring with an engraving on the outside of the ring that was my finger print. Before purchasing the ring and the warranty I had asked and was ensured that if the outside engraving had ever been worn down the warranty I purchased would cover the ring needing to have the finger print engraved touched up. So I purchased the ring through Kays even though I had the same offer through other Jewlers with the same promise. Now a year later I take my husbands ring to have the finger print given the antique look again cause it is hardly noticeable. And they tell me its not covered by warrenty and I would have to pay another $600!!! Thats half the price of the original ring!!1. If I would have known, It wouldnt have been covered I would have went with a diamond stone in the ring instead or went with another jewelry store. But I trusted Kays because up until this experience the service I received from the specialty designer James was really good. Now he is not there and the customer service is horrible and shoty at best.Kaylas story!Dustin went into Kays to look at rings they told him if he didnt want to pay the full amount when he went in then he needed to build his credit by buying something in the store...they told him about their ring upgrade thing... That if he bought a ring he could trade it in for any ring in the store as long as it was double the value of the first ring... So he bought a ring for like 6 or 7 something... He goes back in like in February and gets my ring... He told them he had a ring at home to trade in and asked if he needed to go get it... They told him no that he could bring it when he picked up my ring from being resized... He goes back 2 weeks later and picks up my ring and brings in the other ring and they tell him then that he cant trade it in... No explanation why... He was pissed but knew I wanted that ring so just went along with it... He proposes in May we goback in July to get it resized again and we are telling the lady in there all the trouble we are having and she says thats weird the ring was double the amount you should have been able to do it and gives us the customer care number to call... We call and the lady there tells us yes you can still do it just take it into the store talk to the manager and you can do it... We go back to the store talk to the manager and she was way rude but tells us because we chose to take a valentine special we couldnt trade the ring in... Which this is the first time we have heard about this. We decide to call customer care again and talk to someone higher up. She was nice but told me she couldnt give me a lot of information because I wasnt the account holder so to call back when Dustin got home. So we called back and she was on the phone with someone so we talked to someone else in the sameposition she was rude and basically called us liars saying she called the store and they said we never brought the other ring in.
