I have used P&K for servicing and repair of my lawn mower for many years. Their service is first rate, and their parts desk employees are always very professional and helpful. In the past, the service technicians have provided me a lot of helpful advice and information about my mower. I just had fairly significant work done on my mower. They did a great job. Annie, the Service Writer, was exceptionally helpful.
P&K Norman has been a life saver for me. Moved formed from TX and the past 11 years had a small engine shop complete all the maintenance on my zero turn. After moving to OK, a leak developed and P&K genuinely worked with us in replacing engine. The service staff (Annie, Alia, Jason) are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
P&K sales and service are excellent, dependable and reliable. Annie and Preston in service always go above and beyond to provide prompt repairs for our commercial lawn mowers. Brock in sales continues great customer service to keep us going well after purchase.
Cannot say enough for the young lady working in their Norman service department. I don’t recall her name but she was super sweet and helpful. We were moving and couldn’t pickup our mower when they were finished with service and she let us leave it there until we finished with our move. Outstanding customer service and it was much appreciated! It was our second mower we’ve purchased from there and it won’t be out last.
I had to pick up something for my son. They were very helpful and I was able to make my purchase quickly and be on my way. Friendly staff!
The customer service is always awesome, whether I come in the store or call on the phone. I always do my yearly maintenance for my mower here and from the pickup to the drop off when it’s ready is always a good experience. They have kept me informed on the work needed and always take the time to explain and answer any questions that I have. Service department is great.
Andy Crockett for inside sales is excellent. Online I would recommend Austin. These guys and this company is the well to go if you are in the market for a John Deere or Stihl product.
I was desparate because my tractor had been vandalised by rats. Much of the wiring was destoyed. Although it was costly every person that I delt with was extremely curteous and considerate. i appreciated their compassion and professionalism.
Experienced parts techs, fast, courteous, service,I will definitely keep bringing my business to P & K,they give you their word and keep it,and stand behind their products, and when you have a problem(s) they find long lasting solutions for you.Nothing runs like a deere.!!!
The Woman Working, in parts extremely educated on what She is doing, Ha took the Guys their, not to mention with some help of others to find what I was looking, much more time spent with the Gentleman that was helping me, than the Woman, She Impressed Me!!
I bought a tractor and implements from this location almost 6 years ago. Service has always been very good, but recently it was exceptional. During the Feb 2021 snow storm my tractor was needed to clear lots but a sensor went out unexpectedly. Jason and Ethan worked diligently to find a solution and had me up and going within 30 minutes. I know they cant always jump like that because of work load but under the circumstances, I really appreciated the extra effort.
Completely unconcerned with customer service. I got there 1 and a half hours before closing, and waited in line for a full hour watching one parts person SLOWLY process customers. Watched other employees loitering around who were too precious to help out. This has happened more than once. It’s the DMV for tractors.
Everyone here is always very helpful and prompt in helping you find what your looking for. If its not in stock they will order it for you. The employees here make the atmosphere a very happy and friendly place to visit and shop.Great Customer Service
If you need any kind of John deer parts this is the place to get it . The employees are friendly and the service was awesome.the prices are awesome too. I highly recommend p&k equipment 100pecent
P& K services our older JD zero turn. Yes, they do get busy but when I call to follow up, they always have a record of who is assigned to our job and notes as to progress. Annie and David, in the service department, are a credit to the operation.
Bought a new tractor there. Everything was very easy.
Not happy with PK Equipment. Bought a lawn tractor Monday, June 7th, and was told it would be delivered on Monday June 14th. On June 14th, Wade (at PK) told me it would be delivered Tuesday - not Monday as expected. We informed Wade that Tuesday would be OK but not before 1:00 PM. We have a business and our schedule allowed a window between 1:00 PM and 6:30 PM to get the mower. Wade called at about 11:00 AM on Tuesday to tell us the paperwork was done and to get our credit card number. I reminded him that we would not be available untill after 1:00, and Wade confirmed that the mower would be delivered after lunch. The mower was delivered at 7:15 PM. We had to ask one of our employees to cover our business, and had to pay two hours of overtime. We were told by the driver he he has a schedule. We will take our business to a dealer who appreciates that customers also have schedules.
Parts department was very helpful, very efficient, and gave me what I needed.
Very helpful and there prices are reasonable
Annie was a great help.
Nothing more than a lawn mower shop. Ag equipment sitting outside is just due to highway location advertisement. Dont have even the simple knowledge of fluid dies. If you want a tractor dealer, or even a knowledge parts dept, drive elsewhere. Atwoods has more stock than this place.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did not waste my time nor theirs on a long sales pitch! They had a nice product selection considering the production slowdown caused by the ongoing pandemic. A special thanks to Andy Crockett for his 1st rate help!
Always has the parts I need! Professional salespeople
Nice place and good people, highly recommend
Sent my 3032e down because it would crank but would not start. Fuel shut off solenoid turned out to be the culprit(they did fix a wire to the solenoid) but they would not know seeing as how they called and stated that they could not start it due to a bad starter motor. Quoted me $1400 to change the starter and battery. I told them to just deliver it back to me and Id fix it myself. Got the tractor back, put a new battery in it and she fired right up and ran perfectly.
Loyd was extremely helpful when I was in a pinch. I needed a hose replaced on an ancient tree shear, and they took care of it immediately. Got me back to work the same day I brought it in. Really appreciate the work from everyone involved! Ill be back no doubt.
The parts desk is where Ive been to. Nothing happens fast, so prepare for a wait. The desk staff is pretty helpful and very friendly.
Needed 2 hoses for my tractor and they made them on the spot.
Have come in twice now to this location. First time needed a hose which came off of a JD piece of equipment. Figured a JD dealer would carry JD hoses and fitting. Not at this location. Didn’t even know where to find a replacement. Ended up going to Central Hose in OKC. Great place!! Second time I went in I needed a part for a hitch. Of course they didn’t have it nor did they even offer to order it.If you have a tractor bigger than 50hp or need any parts for anything that has to do with something bigger than a lawn mower don’t waste your time. Been in Ag my whole life and never have seen a Deere dealer like this one. Joke.
Very helpful getting the parts I needed
Agreed to fix something missed on inspection. Nice
Great service
Staff was amazing and you could feel that it was a very family oriented business
Came in to get parts for my tractor and knocky was very helpful. And got what I needed will be back.
My experience - would be zero stars if possible.Issue 1 - April 2019 I bought a “new” z955m at almost $13k. Had lights installed and some other things. Made deal over the phone. After picking up the mower and getting home I notice it looks like it had sit outside and paint looked old. Come to find out, they sold me a 2017 model but showed 2019 on paper work. After lots of discussion, I settled on receiving an extended warranty. So - strike one, but I was very forgiving. I thought it was an honest mistake; which after you read the following you’ll probably agree it was more likely to have just been shady business practice. I’ve meant to contact JD Corporate but have been busy and they have had some roll over at the top of corporate as of lately (read to end).Issue 2 - I call to purchase a sunshade for the z955m and they did not have the John Deere brand in stock. However, the rep at PK on the phone says he has a “better sunshade made by switch back”. I said okay, I’ll take it. I paid over the phone. It was more expensive than the John Deere sunshade canopy. So I go to install it and it’s honestly a flimsy piece of junk. So flimsy, that I was shocked that John Deere would sell something of such inferior quality. Nonetheless, I simply wanted to return the item, and no harm done. However, they don’t want to let me return it. To add to this, my son said that we had spoken with “Ethan” and Ethan said we could return it, the two men at the counter laughed at him and said “Ethan is just a tech, he can’t do anything”. Wow...!!! These two gentlemen were working the counter at 8am on October 1, 2019.—(Updated October 11, 2019. )——I’m still waiting on that call from “the manager” that’s never there. I think it’s more like the manager just screens calls. Terrible.I had to advise my son to literally leave the sunshade on their counter and take a picture of it. Funny thing these days, this review will cost them far more than what it would have cost them to have minimal customer service skill. Acting condescending to a customer when trying to return something just goes to show the culture they do the employees and their leadership at this dealership.I suppose other than disputing the charge I’m just out the money. On the bright side of things, I had been pondering on whether to buy a JD 5055 tractor or a Yanmar, and this experience has sure made my choice much easier. While you may be like me and have a part of your heart that loves John Deer - it’s a failing company that isn’t what it used to be. They even fired the CEO recently due to failed success.
Bring a sack lunch if you need parts cuz youll be waiting awhile.
