I was quoted a price then charged +$150. Had to argue to get them to honor their quoted price. This is bad business practice and shows little respect for the customer. Glass looks fine.

They damaged my car during the windshield installation process. The cowl panel is cracked, there is about half an inch gap between the cowl panel seal and the windshield. Their quote is a bit cheaper but you risk to end up dealing with a more expensive repair.Nicki was extremely hostile when I pointed out the damage and the problem with the installation, she told me I should had gone to a dealership if I want a proper installation and 10 years old plastic just cracks. They are ready to defend their mistakes and can not properly replace a windshield:- they did not remove the cowl panel and cracked it by pulling- lower windshield seal was not reinstalled or replaced- even the wipers were installed incorrectly (fixed the next day)I was told everything would look the same but now there is a huge gap between the windshield and the cowl panel. I dropped the car in the morning and asked if they had the windshield, Nicki said yes. When I went back to pick up the car at noon, they had just sent an employee to get the windshield from OKC. Everything that could go wrong at a glass shop went wrong except there are no leaks so far.

Have used them in the past and the service was decent. However, Ive called twice recently for a quote on a windshield replacement. The first time I was told Id get a call back with a quote and they never called. The second time I was asked to hold on while they checked pricing. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and finally gave up. Called someone down the street, got an immediate quote and scheduled my appointment in less time than I spent on hold with these guys.

Been doing business with these folks for over 20 years. Glass, mirror, custom shower enclosures which they installed. Great service, no problems. Clients always happy. Cant beat that.

This company is truly a 5 star company in every sense.I completed a bathroom remodel January 2020 and Metro Glass installed the frameless shower glass. The install was absolute perfection!In March 2020 the p-trap in the shower broke and I had to rip up the shower floor to have it replaced. Metro Glass came out and removed and stored the glass, and then re-installed the glass late summer 2020 for a very reasonable price.After the re-install, there was an issue with the hinges where the door wouldnt close completely. Metro Glass came out and replaced the hinges at no cost.I really enjoyed working with this company and cannot recommend them enough!

They did a great job repairing a rock chip on my windshield. Very quick and courteous. I went here after employees at a nearby glass repair shop were not wearing masks. I very much appreciate when businesses take CDC recommended precautions seriously.

Terrible customer service.

I was very pleased with the work they did. There was a small issue which was handled by the staff, I dont know if I can mention names so I wont. The technician who installed the new front windshield took the time to answer my questions and they finished in a timely manner so I did not have to wait longer than planned. I would recommend them to friends and will call them first should the need arise.

Absolutely fantastic service! I called to get a quote to fix a cracked mirror and I was blown away by how reasonable the price would be. I was able to schedule same-day service as well. The actual replacement was quick . Between arrival and payment, it probably took less than half an hour. Mirror is still looking great a few weeks later. My windshield was replaced here and they did a wonderful job. The price was below average which was affordable. The staff was professional and called if anything changed during the process. Great glass work!

We called around and these guys beat everyones prices by a long shot. They also guarantee the work so it wasnt a gamble. Being my third windshield to have replaced or repaired over the years if highly recommend.On another note, they routine is to drop off the car and go have a bite to eat. Got a chip in the windshield of our Motor Home on the way home from Florida. I checked a couple places on line and couldnt believe what they were wanting to repair it. I stopped and asked them what it would cost to repair. $29.95--I said can you do it tomorrow morning and the answer was yes. I now have a repaired windshield. Thanks Metro Glass.

Terrible customer service. I have used Metro Glass over the years but this last time was awful. I was promised work for my vacant rental property would be completed within about 3 to 4 days and the worked ended up taking over a month and a half. Several window screens replaced and glazing strips replaced was needed. I was patient for the first 3 weeks or so and then I just kept getting the run around. Every time I would call to get an update, someone whether it be a manager or office staff they would tell me a different story or give me a different answer. Even had the manager call me one time and offer a $30 discount after work would be completed and then when I went to pay he retracted the offer and only gave me $20. Once work was finally completed they contacted me twice within 24 hours to collect on the bill. They were in a hurry to collect the money but NOT to do the work! I will not use Metro Glass again.

I am extremely satisfied with the service as I have my windshield replaced there was a rock chip on the windshield only take them 3 hours and have done an excellent job.

Horrible, mechanic seemingly knocked off side mirror in order to recommend his bodywork friend, receptionists are shrill and catty (they talk about clients behind their backs even with customers in office), apparently sketchy/bad business practices such as lieing to customers and losing money - misquoting people. Will not go again .
