If I could put no stars, I would. I got this unit in April of 2020 (i believe) and the rate was $62. I was informed this morning that the rate of my unit has been increased to $180 something; that is 3x the original amount. That is ridiculous. Also, the new guy that is working there, always comes around to my unit when I am there trying to eye everything inside. I have never had this issue with previous management. Very uncomfortable and I will be moving my stuff to another facility. DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE BECAUSE CLEARLY IT IS ABOUT RAISING RATES AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND I KNOW YOU CAN FIND BETTER PRICED UNITS THAT DONT JUMP THE PRICE 3X THE AMOUNT IN A YEAR.

Great facility that’s kept up very well. The place is like new! The management is very helpful & professional. Plus I got a great rate, it cost much less than other places I checked out which were pretty run down.

Went to this facility after a very poor experience at another business. Mark did a good job and got us in at a lower rate, waived the insurance and gave us a deal on a lock. Highly recommend.

Always clean...

I have two units. They were clean when I moved in and have had no issues. Management makes rounds daily and is quick to call with anything out of the ordinary. I like the idea of the management keeping such a close eye on the property and know my belongings are as safe as possible.

Manager is super nice! My unit was clean when I moved in & the cameras are high quality. Its a very safe & secure facility.

They are great with fantastic customer service. They even will give me a courtesy call if I forget to pay my bill to save me a late fee.

It closes at 10pm . SHOULD be able to tend to your stuff 24/7 .

This is a new storage facility and so far, I haven’t had any issues. I have a climate controlled room and it is always cleaned and under surveillance. They are not a 24 hour facility which makes my personal belongings safer due to the site being locked down while a staff member is not currently on site.I have had the same unit here for over six months and I could not be happier with the service I have received. One amenity I do wish to have is a dumpster. Thank you!
