Went back and fourth with emails discussing what i wanted...was told to call to make a mock up of our shirts., given a price. ..stopped answering my emails...didnt call back after leaving multiple messages. Online says the hours and that it was open...no answer. Poor customer service. Apparently not a real business...because if it was, they would answer their customers..and not drop completely off the edge of the earth.Weird that i got a respomse back so quickly on a review i left...but my emails i recieved went unresponded after coming up with a plan... and calling the number associated with this website was never picked up...and left multiple messages and was never responded back too.

I order 2 polo shirts in memory of a loved one. Each shirt was slightly different. I had to get one of the shirts shipped out of state so that they could wear it on the 1 year anniversary. I ordered the shirts on Tuesday and he told me they would be ready on Thursday and they were not ready until Friday. I immediately went to the post office to mail them out and noticed that the one I needed to ship was wrong, he did both shirts the same. I immediately called and he told me he would have to order another shirt and it would be ready on Monday. I called on Monday and they told me they didn’t get their UPS delivery yet and would do it immediately when they got it. Well I called every day and they gave me the same excuse saying UPS has it out for delivery. I finally got the shirt late on Thursday and had to overnight it so that the person would have it on time, which was costly. They also made me bring them back the shirt that was wrong. They make promises they can’t keep. I wouldn’t do business with them again.

Picked up my order today, I was embarrassed to hand these shirts out. This is probably why you waited last minute to give me this order. My logo was enlarged, even though I physically went up to show the logo before I sent it. Your reaction was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. No apologies, just a cocky I think it looks good. This wasnt your logo to change. I tried to put a stop of this check but according to the bank it would take much longer to go through the process and you would have already cashed it. I should have to pay for the shirts but I should NOT be charged for these logos. With that being said, just know that every shirt I have to give to out tomorrow they will each know that your business does what it wants, and I will be sure and tell them to go else where. I may not have a huge order, but its an order none the less. This will be the LAST ORDER!! oh one more thing, you shorted me 2-2xl shirts!

Very polite,very informative. He goes above and beyond in my experience with him. My step brother passed away unexpectedly and he gave me the most beautiful memory I can take with me. I chose a sweatshirt as did my step father. There were tears of joy in the car. You NEED to go check it out.

We had some embroidery done on some shirts for our winery and they were able to put our logo on the shirts.Our logo has a lot of fine detail in which they were able to match perfectly . highly recommend.We will be back for more work.

They are disgusting. Never give or take orders from them. Especially if youre a digitzing man. They dont pay invoices. Upon calling and reminding them about due invoice, they just neglect you and deny of any work that you did for them. I suggest you to stay away from them!

Im in love with the stuff I got, the staff were so involved with helping me make my choices. I plan on buying from them real soon :)
