The owner is extremely rude, has no idea what customer service is!! I would highly recommend no doing business at this store

Husband just went to this location looking for a specific cigar. Unfortunately, they did not have the cigar. But instead of being accommodating and recommending a different cigar, they were rude and told him they would charge him if he wasnt going to buy anything.That is horrible customer service and that associate (or owner) should be ashamed of their actions. I suppose if they want to go out of business, they should keep up with this caliber of hospitality.Would honestly rate this 0/5 stars on behalf of his experience. Worth driving the 30-45 minutes to other cigar places that at least know their stuff and care about repeat customers.

Very friendly and accommodating service from Muhammad. Nice selection of cigars. The lounge was comfortable with six TVs available. I would have given five stars but the ventilation system seemed to struggle. Not overwhelming bad but enough to notice. May have been due to it being turned on when I entered the lounge (I was the only customer at the time). Very nice to have cigar lounge on the west side of the Fox river.

The best cigar place I’ve been too so far, very helpful staff well manner and professional. Large selection of cigars, I’d definitely recommend Fox Valley cigars to anyone looking to get their money’s worth.

Way too expensive it was a lot better just to go to a gas station for a pack of smokes.

Nice little store. Lots of cigars.Been there 3 times to look at the vaporizers. I admitted to the dude that I didnt know what I was doing and i was learning. He was very clearly annoyed with having to show me a few. He didnt know anything about them. So I haf to bust out my phone for some details. Then hes really annoyed. I know I can get them for cheaper on line. But I wanted to touch see... Etc. I end up getting to the batavia one by jewel. Much nicer fella
