I went to check out and a older lady at the register asked if I was going to use my JcP card, I stated no I dont have one and dont need another card. She says oh but if you fill out at applications Ill give you 25% off your $216 order,,that would be great and if you are denied Ill still give it to you!!!WELL after she imputed all my info she says ok you should receive your 25% OFF in the mail ...huh? She lied just so Id fill out an app ..this is a terrible way to do business and hope that JCP isnt hiring just anyone. She seemed to not know what she wD was doing . My daughter questioned her but I was tired of the whole thing and used my AMX card, Ill not go back...

Feces on toilet seat. Tried to wash my hands. No water. Tried to wipe the soap off no paper towels in closest dispenser. Thank goodness one dispenser had paper towels. Yuk.

I got a Suit for my 6 month old grand baby.

Brought my kids to this JCPenny store a while back to have my young kids photo taken for the XMas holiday. One of my boys put on the socks and he didnt want take it off. It had holes and it was dirty. My wife thought it was fine and didnt want my young boy to start crying. I asked the photographer to put toys in front or take a picture from the knees up. She snapped at me and said your wife says its ok. I stared at her and wanted to tell her that Im paying for this and not my wife but I didnt want to make a scene. I refused to pay for the photos afterwards and never came back.

Nice store with friendly services. Be sure to take advantage of occasional special sales events.

What can I say, which doesnt like JCP. Right now they have a huge clearance on jewelry.

I brought in my Disney Enchanted ring for cleaning. When dropping off the ring I had it in the Enchanted Disney box with the cushion blue and silver accents.Picked it up today, to find out JCPenney gave away my box. When I asked for a replacement, I was told they dont make them anymore. Instead they offered a paper box. I just looked online to find a replacement and none to be found, so apparently Im out of luck.I very upset. They should have informed me at time of drop off.

We had our family photos done here. The woman who took our pictures did a great job and was really nice.

I was unsure about the cost of merchandise. To my surprise I was able to find clothes on clearance that were great. I also bought jeans at regular price as well.

Neat orderly store. Very clean. They had a nice selection of items.

Lots on sale! Picked up some incredible finds with really low prices. Store uncrowded and organized. Will be back for more bargains. Was a drive for me and well worth it.

Nothing great just your old typical JC Penney. Less to choose from though since i last visited. Even some mame brands like Dickies are no longer being sold there anymore. And as usual, no one around to help you when you need it most.

Get the deals before everyone else does, also needs more cashiers for checkout line

Great xmas shopping experience

Jackie helped us look for curtains and did an excellent job. Very pleasant and kind.

Compared to other JCPs Ive been to, this one is pretty small. Its part of a strip mall and only one level, so I guess I shouldnt have been surprised. Good for a quick trip if you have something specific youre looking for, but not so much if youre hoping for a wide selection in any specific dept. You may be better off going to a mall location or a different shopping district with other options nearby.

The holiday season was in full swing at this store! Lines were long even with 9 registers open. They are staffed for the rush, but what will they do with all those employees once the season is over? Overall it was a pleasant experience at the store, lots of sales and coupons available so take advantage, they might even have some on hand that will help you out; dont forget to ask the cashier!

Our go-to place for last minute shopping.

Ive been shopping at JCPenneys for probably 30 years and this is the absolute worst location that I have ever been in. They had no one working on the floor, I walked around for over an hour and had to ask at the jewelry department if they could find someone to assist me. The entire store is littered with signs that say 40% off if you spend $40, but when you get to the cash register the coupon doesnt work on their own merchandise, that is not excluded from the offer and the cashier doesnt know how to fix it. I walked out and left $90 worth of stuff on the counter and they didnt even call the manager to help. Thats how much they care about this store.

I did my headshot for my real estate business at the Portrait center at JCPenney. Jackie in the portrait area was very helpful and accommodating. She offered her expertise and knew what she was talking about. Thanks again!

Good prices, service and the store it very clean

Was looking for pillows and they had a great selection at a very good price. When we went to checkout there was a line but they immediately called for more cashiers and we werent longer than 5 minutes before we were checked out.

Had one of our best shopping experiences tonight. Nearly everything was on sale. Ashley was awesome to behold handling several depts at once. Great attitude- even at 9:30pm.

Always a good bargain if youre in the mood for hunting. Perfect stop for a dress that wont break the bank. Awesome kids clothes and laid out in an organized manner. Not many sales associates on the floor but thats not a problem if you know what youre looking for.

Checked the hours of this store for Sunday’s online says open 11 am. Got here sign on door says open at noon. I’ve sat here and watch a lot of people drive off. No wonder JCP is going out of business. You chase away a lot of customers.

I found what i needed. Price was comparable to something on amazon. Lady at checkout a lil high pressure on the credit card but she was nice.

Clean store and helpful employees. My husband lost a pair of leather gloves while shopping and before we left, an employee had found them and returned them to him. Love the store and their sales!

The store is usually clean, the associates are helpful and the prices are what I would expect. In store pick up is at the front where you normally check out. Could use a sign indicating where it is for customers.

Had a great time shopping at JCP yesterday! Found a sweater and jeans in eggplant purple!!!! My favorite color!! And an amazingly soft sweater with cool accents!

I normally find a few sweaters in the fall. But today I was disappointed that I did not find any styles I cared for. Also the prices have gone up!

Its sad that jc Penneys has struggled for the past several years. One thing they could improve is the checkout. Everytime I go there I wait at least 7-12 minutes to check out. Today the had to checkers and I was next up. I waited 8 minutes for cashier. The person checking out In front of me had 3 items. This is crazy it takes so long. By the time I got checked out 9 people were waiting in line.

Love this place, they almost always have what Im looking for.

Great store with quality merchandise and decent prices. I hear a lot about this company struggling financially and I think a lot of it has to do with their crappy hours. Im usually awake by 6 AM even on the weekend and Im not going to wait until 11 AM for a store to open because my day is half over by that point. There have been several times that Ive wanted to shop there but gone elsewhere do to them not being open yet.

Employees hard to find usually but very nice and helpful once you locate them. Prices high unless item is on sale. Nice quality merchandise. Nice store.

I dont shop department stores often. Really I dont have need for lots of clothing, but I was thrilled to find a large selection of dress shoes that included my size (hard to find) for a recent event that required new shoes to go with my dress. I had been to about 5 other stores and was near my wits end when I decided to just look. Not only did I find shoes in my size on sale, but I also recieved a chocolate bar with a coupon wrapper on my way in and saved an additional 40%. BIG WIN. Im reminded that stores like JC Penny are worth visiting more often.

Rude manager heard him through their waki several times asking What!! When ever an employee ask for his help. Store is disorganize, fittingrooms is a mess .wont be going there again

I love shopping the sale racks here, great deals! However, lines are always ridiculously long. I feel like they are always short staffed here.

Big line for check out. The display price and cashier price difference was $25.00They took long time to check the price than honored the display price. Store was clean, the employees were trying to shelf the clothes from fitting rooms. Shoe racks were very very untidy and no help tjere.

Surprisingly good mens section. Came to shop for Prom and was astonished to find a great white Blazer for $70.

From an ex-supervisors and occasional shoppers point of view who had been with the company for several years: merchandise is sub-par and over-priced (unless the item is on sale and you have a coupon). Store manager is also sub-par, leading to poor customer service at times; the other store leaders luckily make up for this. Decent store if you need some dress clothing or Sephpra/Salon/Portraits in a pinch, but ultimately recommend Fox Valley or Montgomery JCP for a better shopping experience.

I can occasionally find clothing i like but I feel that it is limited to young teens or older ladies...not much in between. The JCP @ Fox Valley Mall is MUCH better and has more selection
