Nice clean gas station. Slight negative experience I was using the restroom and the employee came in and started mopping my shoes under the stall. She told be to be careful when I came out. We do always enjoy going to a Thorntons gas station cause theyre usually well-kept.

Everytime I go there most of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is one lady who is rude to almost every customer every time I come in and she messes up a lot of the time on transactions. I dont deal with her much but I believe her name is Kat. Ill update this post when I see her again

Im just gonna put this as simple as possible. The employees there are very rude. Some examples include: some guy asked a simple question about the beers that were in the refrigerator and got attitude from a Hispanic female employee. One of the African American cashiers there handed me the bag so I can put my items in myself while there was a line of 3 people behind me.

Good prices and great convenient location just off 88. Good food and drink options. Quick and easy and usually among the best gas prices in town.

I have also been coming to this location for years. Very fast service and right off of the highway. The prices are reasonable and they also have a wide selection of food and coffee etc.

Almost as good as QT!I have been in Chicago visiting on 2 occasions over the last several months and found Thorntons including this location in N Aurora.They are clean, and friendly. Great selection and well lit for feeling safe at night.Dont know what previous reviewer was talking about with unclean staff or long lines. I never had these experiences.Keep up the great work Thorntons! BH

The pump didnt work when I asked for help I got attitude so I never put gas in and whats worse they kept my money I for one will never go here again

The employees look like they dont shower and are rude,lines are always extra long because they dont know customer service. Ill take my hard earned cash somewhere else for sure.

One of the cashiers is extremely rude and impatient, she was having a tantrum at the cash register, I had to remind her that she is getting payed and to calm down, and she was talking with another co-worker about intentionaly making another customer upset while ringing up another customer. Too bad this is the nearest gas station to me, she needs to fired.
