Im a senior citizen and need to print a large volume of pertinent paperwork from my cell phone to the printer at Staples at Deer Park Ave, North Babylon, NY.I really had no clue how to do this but the associate working at the printing and copying department was extremely helpful and kind to me with an endless amount of patience.As my paperwork was being printed, I observed him with other customers and I saw that he is such an excellent employee working with such an excellent character and integrity.I asked him his name and he said his name was Caleb.Staples should be happy to have such a valuable employee.

Will never step foot in this location again. I tried to drop off a ups package and was greeted with a nasty rep who appeared annoyed that I was there. Told me I had to go somewhere else. They have ups signs everywhere.

Print services were down, as were some of the printers in the store. Poor selection of greeting cards. Staff is friendly.

I wanted to thank Jason in Staples North Babylon for trying hard to help me retrieve information from my damaged hard drive. Although it was a lost cause I appreciated his time. He would not even accept Money. Thank you Jason. Your a great Staples employee.

Was followed around the store not sure why already told dude that I was browsing seeing if I needed anything else, after not being able to successfully print. Would not shop there again.

I needed about 70 pages printed in 2 different styles for wedding insert cards and Caleb was so phenomenal. He showed me different layouts and made everything so easy going while helping multiple other people at the same time!

Everyone needs a Ron! This guy is great. Cashier was cool too, but this guy saved me time and money, he knew is stuff and got me in and out. Yeah Ron....

The employees here are mostly young and pretty cool to deal with. The place is pretty well-organized.

Since Im working from home now I needed a new office chair. Mike was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Went to this Staples with last-minute print and after the self-serve wasn’t printing my PDFs the print associate, Keira, helped me tremendously. She was able to print all of my files quickly and efficiently all while helping other customers. I can’t thank her enough for her amazing customer service.

Got everything I need was busy but Im finishing up last minute shopping before school starts. The rest of the stuff I ordered online but good for last minute items staff was helpful even tho it was very busy.

Next day Buisness Cards w/ great prices! Awesome service, selection and customization. Waliking around the store was great; lots of hidden gems. New interesting lunch storage options. And all of the other items you expect from a stationary store. Friendly staff, great experience.

The girl who helped us print a photo at the print desk was a delight. Very helpful and friendly. I always find the employees to be welcoming here.

Awesome the girl who works behind the UPS desk is a sweetheart help me out a lot. The people in The UPS Store up the block are horrible. They wanted seven bucks to print a label that Staples printed for free!

Good store for getting things and you will find adequate staff on hand! Remember I wanted to get something in the store & the price was not exactly as I thought so be cautious here! The staff in this store is a bit hit or miss but I didnt stay around to find out.

I’m in complete shock with how nastily the general manager treated me. I was completely racially profiled. I was talked down on and not once did the general manager try to keep a civil attitude with me. This type of behavior was completely unprofessional. I would expect the training at Staples to teach their employees how to treat their customers in a professional matter.

I have been going to this Staples for over 4 years for personal and work related items. Almost every time I go to the store they have something advertised that they do not actually have. The copy and print section always has a line and the self service copiers never work. Todays experience was the last straw. Advertised was a 1TB removable storage drive for $59.00. I went to the store to buy it and they had at least 6 on display, I asked for assistance and of course they did not have this product, only the $100.00 version which they tried to convince me to buy. I spoke to a manager and he said the company offering the product requires Staples to have the product boxes on display even if they do not actually have it and that he could only offer me the other version (still 1TB!) for $40.00 more. Bait and switch, dont waste your time. Absolutely never going back to this store or any Staples for that matter.

Wanna get an attitude as soon as you try to get help from cashier? Then go there. No wo der why place is so quite. I had interactions with a cashier to ask where something was, with an attitude she tolme isle number. Going to thw isle that she told me, then looking around, went back to ask her if she could get someone to help me.. God, she was so bother by me for asking where the thing that i was looking for. She tolled her eyes and told me that someone is gonna meet you there. Person who was supposed to meet me was in another isle where the thing that i was looking for was. Asked to speak to manager and they were like ‘okay’. They are loosing clientele big time, never going to this place again.

Horrible customer service and poor management. They dont deserve the 1 star but it was necessary to post a review. Cross train your employees instead of letting them stand around while the 1 person in the printing department is overwhelmed. If this was my store Id fire everyone.

This store is only good for getting that one thing you really need right now. I avoid this place like the plague.

Extremely rude managers and associates. Store looked like a mess. When I asked where to find a product an associate rolled her eyes at me and gave me an extremely rude attitude. During checkout manager and associates where yelling back and forth at each other. Checkout is not the place to confront your associates of something they did wrong. Not planning on shopping here anytime soon.

Copies, printing, scanning, faxing, posters, banners, business cards, post cards, lawn signs, canvas prints, stamps, direct mail service, grapic design service, promotional products (such as t-shirts, mugs and pens) and many more!

Always disorganized. Self service never works. Workers are unknowledgeable about products or services offered. Would not recommend anyone to go in and waste your time.

They take tooooooo long!! 15min to print a label. The girls were talking and joking around.

Went tonight at 8:15pm to have something printed, was told that it can’t be printed after 8:00 and I can submit the document and cone back for it tomorrow. I’m not sure why that is because I’ve printed stuff many other times after 8:00 and had no problems. I’m sure I’m also waisting my time writhing this review because no one from staples will read it anyway, I’m definitely done shopping at this place. Amazon it is !!!

This was the worst staples I have ever done business with. the people are so lazy that they cant send an print me email. I have sent 4 print me requests and it has been 3 days that I have been waiting because of the lazy workers that they have working here. These employees should be so ashamed of them selves for their laziness.

So i walked up too the guy who worked there I said where is the glue aandd he said in a nasty voice you are to young where are your parents

Julio at the printing desk was patient as I was not in the best of moods after trying to print tickets for hours. He was a huge help in a lousy situation. Thanks a million.
