I love shopping in dollar tree the reason lot collections for kids and 9ther household items. Everything is a dollar.

Very clean establishment. Very polite staff. Had the Dunkin refresher. Very good. Will return.

This storefront has seen better days. I feel as though Im going to fall through the floor into the basement. Very scary structure. Shelves were empty when I was in there.

Messy disorganized store. Empty shelves but boxes all over. Then one line wrapped around to the back of the store. Elderly people standing all that time. Not many carts to be had.

Pretty much standard dollar tree for Long Island. Its a bit more chaotic than the commack location.

This location is an absolute joke if I could give them zero stars I would. The line wraps around multiple aisles constantly and there are usually one or two cashiers at the cash register‘s. I was online for about 20 minutes before I finally reached the cash register. Management needs to step up because this is just horrendous.

Amazingly clean and organized location. Tina, the door attendant was helpful and maintained the carts and baskets efficiently, sanitizing in between each use, while also pulling carts from the parking lot and greeting customers as they entered and left with a kind and generous demeanor.

It was more organized and neater this time than ever.

A lot of good stuff here and the cashiers are very friendly.

Great place to get all kinds of cleaning products. Good for laundry soaps and softeners.Great for all kinds of snacks cookies and CHOCOLATE! Also has a variety of Italian ices and ice pops. Paper goods like napkins and plates baggies. I also picked up wine glasses for my last dinner party!

Very dirty store. Long lines as usual and only 2 cashiers open. Plus side, markers are on the floor inicating to be 6 feet apart while on line. Unfortunately, no one is enforcing it 🙄 Its worth driving to the Massapequa location to avoid this mess of a store.

Like this dollar tree. Better than the other dollar tree its much bigger and they carry more would go here more often

The associate rita. I think she has an issue with brown people. She kindly greeted the person before me. When it was my turn she did not say a word or even looked at me. Wow, even when she gave me the cash back. Not a single word uttered, even though i said thank you to her. People like this should not be working in retail. You will not have only white or fair skinned customers. This lady needs a reality check. Ive never experienced this kind of behavior before in retail anywhere.

There is NEVER enough people working here. Again the one register that was opened had about 15 people waiting on line. The cashier even though she is nice is very very slow. They need to have at least 2 or better 3 registers open all the time. Its crazy

Dirty store stuff thrown all over

Happy to see that this store was renovated. However, as you can see from the picture the shelves are empty in 75% of the store. The Autumn selection was well stocked.

Good selection of items. But employees could be a little nicer. Although Im sure they do not make a lot of money, they should learn to be a little more considerate of the customer. When I got to the register I could not find my card to pay. The cashier got upset and was rude about it when there was no reason for it because she had not even begun to ring my items. Even the customers were more understanding. When I got back to the store after I found my card in my car, there was only one line open with 10 people on it so I had to wait all over again. However, they did accept the 10% off coupon from my phone from RetailMeNot, so I was still a happy camper.

Stocked pretty well, long wait at register

This was a good store. Only problem was they didnt have a bathroom for my 3 year old to use. First time I encountered that.

A huge disappointment each time I walk in there. Empty shelves.... Stock in boxes on the floor. Whats there is messy. I rarely come out with what I needed. New management please! Other dollar tees are so much better....I recommend the one off manor lane on sunrise. Well stocked with much better inventory. Helpful and courteous staff over there. Dont bother with this one. Youll go home empty handed and annoyed!

Not my favorite Dollar Tree store in the area, but they have a decent selection most of the time. Its the standard DT, they have an aisle or two of food and candy, lots of seasonal things, party and school supplies, generic OTC meds and cosmetics. In general, I love their stores but some are clearly managed better than others. The Jericho Turnipike one always has more and is the best in my area, but this one is 2nd best with the third being the Commack Road DT. That place is a mess and usually out of basics. I LOVE Dollar Tree. For most things. If youre looking for the best brands and quality you may not find it there but they do have Betty Crocker cookware and whatnot and if you need anything cheap and usable, they will have it.

I always end up buying something (if not the whole store, LOL!). I ALWAYS find something nice or something or other that I really need when Im feeling well enough to go there :)The only drawback is the fact that theres usually only 1-MAYBE 2-cashiers open, so the lines are ridiclous. For someone disabled &/or with chronic pain, like me, this is a big thing.I LOVE my Dollar Tree, love shopping there. The bargains on food & household/health & beauty items especially, save me a LOT of money every month-Id be lost without them! Unfortunately, I usually dont get to do my own shopping there myself-I have to ask someone to go FOR ME-because I just cant manage the long wait on line to pay :(

This location is consistently understaffed, which leads to long wait times. Whenever Ive asked for assistance from staff on the floor, i have been met by an attitude.The store does have useful items but that is not enough to overcome the awesul staffing.

They had everything i needed, as usual. However, the cashier Alexis had the worst customer service i have ever witnessed. She did not say one word other than the total cost. She didnt even respond to customers saying thank you or have a nice day. She looked miserable and the customers who were on line, including myself, were clearly uncomfortable. Working on a holiday is no excuse to do your job poorly.

This is what I dont get I went last year to get some flash cards there and the guy that worked there didnt even know what I was talking about but now in the back to school section they have flash cards. What?!

Great store, except there is no bathroom..I have 3 children 5 and under...very inconvenient..I was told the pizza shop had one..I said there must be somewhere you go!!
