The sales lady Martha took a lot of pictures in advance and texted them to me because I have a very bad back and only just the right positioning suits me for sitting.We spent over an hour looking at all the different chairs that she had selected that might work for me. I finally found one that I think is going to work and Im very excited to get it when its delivered next week.

The selection of mattresses in stock was amazing. Martha answered all our questions and helped us with our needs. Very patient and knowledgeable. Delivering this week and removing old bed. Nice to find a large selection of in-stock choices. No waiting for shipments that may not arrive

I have been buying furniture from Engles for over 40 years and in this time of Covid I did not want to go into a store. I got a flyer with a La-Z-Boy rocking chair on it that I wanted. I called yesterday in the afternoon and talked to Martha. My beautiful chair was delivered this morning. They made it so easy for me. I’m writing this from my new La-Z-Boy recliner. And I am so comfortable. Thank you Engels.

Jody was awesome. Everything went smoothly. She listened to what we wanted, ask appropriate questions to find our best fit.Unfortunately the items needed to be ordered and will take a while to receive. if everything goes well I will revise to 5 stars, but cant do that until the transaction is complete.

Yvonne is very helpful. As with most businesses now they are having difficulty obtaining inventory. If you want to order a specific style or piece it is roughly 4-6 months out

Our sales representative was Jennifer. She listened to our needs for a sofa and what style and fabrics we would need for our pets. She was extremely helpful and explained the wait time and delivery for the perfect sofa. Then after I left the store she help me purchase a Murphy bed that she’d showed me while I was there ! Great service with going the extra mile!

We are new to the area and needed some furniture. Several weeks back we bought a recliner and a rug. Both were delivered and we are very happy with them. Went back for a box spring today. Beautiful store and very nice staff. We would definitely recommend this store.

They have wonderful variety selection of all kinds of furniture and wonderful sections of the handmade one from a home company made in Oregon . I think it’s great or support our locals. I havent bought furniture for years. The people at Engels made it nearly pain free. They had a huge selection, and our sales rep showed us everything in the colors I wanted. There was absolutely no rush. We were encouraged to sit on everything and try out the lift chairs and recliners. They stayed within our budget and delivery came 5 minutes early! Several months later we are still extremely pleased with our purchases.

I love my new mattress set so much. My saleslady pointed me in the perfect direction. I didnt think it possible but I fall asleep much quicker. Ive always had a hard time falling asleep. Not anymore!

When we needed a chair for our living room, we knew that Engles Furniture would where we would purchase it from. I used podium chat on the website to ask for Martha to help us. Martha called us back and we made arrangements to go to the store on New Years Day! We found our chair and a small side table and left with the knowledge that our purchase would be delivered on Monday. A few hours after getting home we decided that a cabinet we saw would be perfect and called Martha to add it to our delivery! Ultimately, we will have to wait until Thursday for delivery, but we are so happy that we got what we wanted. Martha is so wonderful to work with and we love the quality of the furniture that Engles Furniture offers.

This store is huge. I went there to see their huge selection of recliners. I knew I could find what I wanted and I did. The real nice sales lady showed me around after I bought my chair and it was amazing all the gorgeous furniture. If you go there, be sure to see the the stuff downstairs too. Went in last night to try out and buy a bed. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by Terrence. Offered beverages and many different options of beds. He listened to us and we did not feel pressured into a purchase that day—although we did. We chose the 12 month no interest finance option and the process was easy and rather quick. We will be back to shop with Terrence when we are ready to purchase a new couch!
