I dropped off 2 doors tat were stripped down just needed painted. I was told 2 to 3 days and ill have them back! Fast forward 5 weeks later the quality of paint job on front door is terrible with scratches in wet paint, and they lost the trim off my door that were to be painted too! I would never recommend or return to this place EVER AGAIN!

I dropped my vehicle off on 4/3 for a job I was told took 10 days. My vehicle is still not done. When I called in I was told it wasnt going to be completed until next week which will make it 2.5 weeks instead of the original 10 days. I have went past the shop and seem my vehicle sitting in the back after I was told the part that needed to be put on my vehicle was there so I dont understand why it would take so long. Unless my car is being put aside to complete other jobs. I was able to drop my vehicle off at a time that being without one would not have a dramatic effect on my life. But since that 10 days has past I have had to get a rental car which is a lot more money. And I was told you could only use the coupons that they advertise on their site if you apply it before you get a quote. Which you should probably advertise this with your coupons. It seems to me that this place is only good to bring your car to get fixed at if you are filing an insurance claim because then they will make sure your vehicle is in and out. There is also no communication. I had to call in to ask if my vehicle was ready and each time I was told it was going to take longer than they originally said. The last time I voiced that this was not acceptable I was told they would speak to the manager and call back. But I have yet to receive a phone call. If I would have known this is how business was done here I would have went somewhere else.

I had my work car repainted and picked it up on 12/4/2020. It is fourteen years old with 190,000 miles. It had no rust but lots of scratches and stone chips. George the manager gave me several options. I was very happy with the result and the price. The car looks great. There were no paint runs and no overspray. Was very upset they had car fir almost 3 mths as soon as I get car back car was filthy and oul lite was on you had it that long and couldnt even oil change it after ins just do 4200 bucks

Had trunk lid and fender painted. Paint job was fine .Yhey said they would have the car seven days witch turned into 18 days. Then when we picked it up it looked like they had washed it with a dirty rag left white residue all over the car. And there were greasy boot prints on my carpets. Will never go back.

I noticed a minor thing that needed done to my car. On a whim, and it also being on Saturday, I drove to a couple of places to get an estimate. At first, I avoided Maaco simply for it being a national brand so I opted to to look at a local auto collision place in North Canton. That particular place acted annoyed that I was there and turned me off quickly.The only other place open was Maaco, so I have it a chance and I’m so glad I did! I met George who was professional, super nice and on top of that gave me an estimate much lower than the local collision place I had just gone to. George ordered my part, had me in on Wednesday and out the door within a half hour. I highly recommend Maaco as a spot to go for a far price and quality work.

If I was able to give a negative star I would. Wrong color, broken emblems, didnt paint door jams and car wouldnt start after pick up. Oh and this was a classic car. Ruined. DO NOT GO HERE.

Had my car painted here, and bar none its a great value. The team up front is top notch, George is a terrific manager and very people oriented...and it shows, and that is why I had my work performed here. All of the workers were very friendly and timely as well. Have already recommended to others, and will most definitely continue to.

George the manager refuses to return my 3 in da that I left there after quitting. Now I am reaching out to an attorney taking this to court that da was $157 this guy really doesnt know how to run a body shop!

The finish as far as the overall truck is great... But they got over spray on a lot on new parts...

Im writing this review for my father, he recently got his 67 cougar painted and it turned out amazing! My father was pleased from start to finish! The staff was great, especially Joe! They were very thorough, met my fathers expectations (which can be tough!). His car turned out so well, Id take my own car to Maaco in North Canton!

George and his staff were on point, courteous, very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about pricing and what it would take to get the job done. He kept me under my budget and stayed in touch regarding any issues through the entire process. A++++ in my opinion. Wish I could post pictures!

The people at Maaco are professional, kind, and understanding. They know that we all have to work, we have families, and we need a sturdy vehicle for transportation! I have never had a place teach me how to fix certain things on my own to save money! They are the first. The service is always outstanding. When they give you an estimate, they mean it. Also, when a car is estimated for completion on a specific day, they will work hard to make sure it is finished on that date. I trust them and so should you!

I recently had a small dent repaired at Maaco and was very happy with the service I received. They were over $$250 less than the competitor and had the work done quickly. My car is now back to looking like new. They also did a great job of cleaning the car before they gave it back to me, inside and out. They were very friendly both at the store and when dealing with them on the phone. I would definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Thank you to the team at North Canton Maaco for a fantastic job on my 1997 Mitsubishi 3000gt. The team at Maaco replaced the front fenders, did body work on multiple areas on the car and repaired a ground effect that is nearly impossible to find. Although a rare car it was a rough car the car has been brought back to its original glory! All the body work looks amazing and the paint job is fantastic. I recently brought my 2007 Cadillac Escalade to get some rust looked at. Right when I walked in the door for the first time, I was greeted as if I were family. Joe, the Maaco Representative, listened to my concerns and we looked over the entire slowly and carefully. The prices were not as bad as I thought they would be, and Joe STILL found a way for me to save even more money. The job was amazing and a week faster than I expected. Cant wait to go back for more work. Ask for Joe when you go.

Joe was very cool and helpful and everyone was very helpful and polite. Im happy with the job they did on my car. The price was very fair and the car looks great! There is a few flaws, but they said they will take care of them cause they want to make me happy. My only real complaint is, that I had to spend a lot of time cleaning my car. I also had to remove some overspray they had gotten on some areas. If youre looking to get a nice paint job for a very reasonable price I would advise looking into North Canton Maaco.

By far the best Ive experienced with professionalism and George helped bring a dream to life and also was very friendly had a good chat with him which made the whole process worth it🤟

I was a body shop manager for several years at a local Ford Dealership and just like everyone else, I thought all of their work was those quick 200 paint jobs. I was wrong. They have several packages from the economy job that you always hear about to a full on restoration finish. I never knew that but I recently seen a few cars that were worked on in the North Canton Shop; I was blown away. Two out of the 4 cars I looked at rank right up there with some of the best paint work Ive seen and Ive seen alot.

Very informative and great prices

I got my boyfriends truck painted for him as a gift. At first every thing was great the vehicle looked fantastic. Then as they say the maaco quality came through. 3 months later and the truck i got painted for my boyfriend looked worse than it did before. You can tell they didnt take time to do anything right they didnt take turn signal lenses off, sloppy tape jobs everywhere, rust runs when it rains from the pieces of trim they didnt remove to sand under. They refused to do warranty work. When I complained they simply said I didnt give them enough money to do the work in the first place. So why did they say they would do it for the price they did? Were I come from I dont put my name on something that i wouldnt guarantee. Basically Maaco doesnt have the skill/knowledge/tools to get a restoration job done. I could have given Maaco an unlimited budget and the result would have been the same. Maaco can be compared to the fast food of body work. The experience/quality is simply not there. Im not posting this to bash the rookie owners (The young estimator Jared that works there has poor knowledge of good body work which caused an initial under quote of my vehicle along with several additional charges they called me with while working on the vehicle) If you have a vehicle you genuinely care about GO TO A REAL BODY SHOP.

Had the rust repaired on the two rear fender well areas of my moms beige 2005 Equinox. They did a great job matching the paint and making it look like new. The service writer was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The quoted price seemed reasonable. If I think to do so, Ill update the review in a year or so and indicate whether the repair held up.UPDATE: The repair didnt hold up - rust bubbles appeared again in less than a year. However, they did stand behind it and fixed it again at no charge. It held up well the second time.

I had Maaco paint 3 of my cars over the last few years and they have all turned out fantastic. 2 of them were color changes and nobody believed they were painted by Maaco.I have heard horror stories about Maaco but they really did great work for me and i am very happy with their service.

Months Back i had a paint job it looked good a few months go by and I start to notice paint chipping and certain places and it’s still under warranty so I called and spoke to joe and said he would take care of me he is who I was dealing with the first time I walked in. I drop it off for them to fix 3 spots I have before and after pictures It looks worse then before ! I will NEVER be coming back to MACCO ! I’m not happy because I paid $1,000 not even a year ago, for it to start chipping, then joe tells me to come back ago and they will fix it absolutely not! The crazy thing is before I went and picked up my car because they told me it was ready I talked to him about painting my other vehicle looks like they lost another great customer that would of been returning if they would have fixed me this time to get my second vehicle Painted ! Another thing is I spoke very highly of this and even recommended my friends & family to come here I feel now that was a big mistake !
