Great staff! We stopped in to get a new battery for a 2008 Honda Civic and they replaced it for us. The staff is very friendly and quick (we were there only about 15 minutes!) Will definitely use this store in the future.

Sense I moved to N.Hill Ive been to the ZONE on Main Street 5-6 times in the few months that Ive been a resident in this area and Each time I left the store, I walked out with the parts I needed,(THE RIGHT PARTS) And felt like an appreciated customer.My questions were answered to the best of ones abilities and twice.By 2 different staff members I was told,(Sir sorry but I honestly dont know).And thats was fine by me.I can handle the truth.People need to realize that with the 9,000 different makes and models to be a parts guy with tons of knowledge takes years of experience.Ya the basics are the basics but when you start throwing in dozens of sensors with a few different computer modules.Ya need to be Dam sure of the answer you give someone and to prevent a 75$ -500$, Wrong none returnable component.Once you hook an electronic part up its yours.At least it was when I was a parts guy.In short.They understand CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I noticed that each store in Ohio are not connected too any other store in Ohio. If you buy in Lorain county, or Medina county, summit county, Stark county, their computer equipment must be upgraded too handle information from one location too another

Not sure what it is when I walk in I always seem to find a young person with an attitude. Always huffing puffing and having a smarta$$ tone of voice. Especially when looking up whatevet item in the system, they act like its just such a pain for them. Idk how hard that computer work really is but I assure you its not as hard as laying in a gravel driveway busting my knuckles on my mothers car.

I went to Autozone, specifically this location because they always help me out. Today Steve helped me and was awesome! He tested my battery before selling me a new one and found out that my old one was under warranty and I didn’t have to buy a new one at all. He gave me advice about maintenance and was very professional. Thank you Steve!

My Daughter’s Honda Pilot wouldn’t start after her daughter’s horse riding lesson. It was getting dark and cold. Fortunately, I was there also, so I was able to jump start it. She lives in Cuyahoga Falls and I didn’t feel good about her driving back from Canton, especially since she had my 7yr. old grandson and14yr old grandaughter with her. We were about 10mins away from the North Canton Autozone where I shop, so I called there. The sales rep, Kyle, was very personable and professional and told me they could replace the battery quickly. I said, “Even though it’s dark and cold outside?” Kyle said, “No Problem”, so we headed to the store. Kyle quickly got the battery we wanted and installed it within 15mins. My grandson wanted to watch and was impressed, too!I felt so relieved as my daughter drove away and wasn’t worried that she’d have a safe trip home!Thankyou, Autozone, and that fine young man, Kyle!Good Job’

The guy behind the counter didnt know what he was doing and threw away my old parts before even asking me if I wanted them back which I did want them. His attitude wasnt very friendly and hes not a customer friendly employee.

Very helpful staff. Could have sold me a new battery, but told me the trouble and how to fix it instead.

Gray shirt behind the counter treated me like a criminal when I tried to return parts that were defective.

Staff was very helpful. Used their tester to diagnose a problem. Let me borrow their tools, and even let me dig through a box of mix and match tools to see if I could find the ones I needed to change the part in their lot. Even though they didnt have a deep enough socket to change the part, was still grateful for their time and effort.

It was interesting to observe how a second employee sat at the counter while I stood waiting for help as the first employee was handling a customer. In my business, were all trained to assist the customer.

Great location on main Street in North Canton. Employees very helpful. My check engine light came on. Stopped and they were able to hookup their computer to tell me what the problem was. This is a free service they provide. Seems it was just a loose gas cap.

We had our battery tested and Glen was very helpful and honest. He said our battery registered well rather than trying to sell us a new one. He offered for us to return if we had any trouble.

On the plus side, the N. Canton store has sold us the correct parts every time, and appear to have a knowledgeable sales team.Because of work schedules, we have had to come in a few times at the end of the night to get parts (out of will call), or return warranty/deposit items. Theres a younger salesman that is helpful and courteous every time. On the other hand, the (or one of) Assistant Manager is VERY RUDE. Hes very impatient with both employees AND customers. It is apparent his only concern is closing up and going home. It felt like he was in a race to see how fast he could get done. He rushed me and the other salespeople to get the transactions completed. This, in turn, slowed the process down because the train of thought was interupted and errors had to be corrected. It created a very stressful and hostile environment. At first, I thought maybe he was having a bad night, but, it has been every time Ive been in there. My husband has encountered the same thing on visits separate from mine.

EDIT (9/25/17) Things are looking up! I have had much better, and more pleasant, service here over my past three visits. My original opinion was based on several visits, but the recent visits are encouraging. ORIGINAL POST: Difficult to get service here. Employees seem knowledgeable, although sometimes a little grumpy. Customers should prepare to wait a few minutes at the register before an employee notices youre ready to check out.

Every time I visit this Autozone store, I have found the people who work there to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

AutoZone used to be my favorite automobiles store but I find it lately Ive been purchasing items at other places I do to the price at AutoZone have gone up considerably I go to different locations and shop and find better prices for example I just bought a rack and pinion for my truck AutoZone price was well over $200 plus $125 core charge was little bit ridiculous bought the same item at OReillys for 140 pus 105 courtyards big difference in price was even cheaper at Summit Auto but I would have to wait for the part at some OReillys had it I picked up the same day I just suggest that you shop around AutoZone is no longer best prices and they dont seem to want to match they say they do but they say they cant so they can only match if its a few dollars cheaper but they do have a loaner program that still cant be beat by any other automotive store
