Absolutely do not shop here! Would rate 0 if I could! Walked in and was immediately harassed by the worker about my hair color! Was laughed at and demeaned for the choices I’ve made with my hair! I don’t know if the woman working was the owner/manager but I sure hope not! Learn better customer service!
I was asked if I needed help and shown the product I needed but there wasnt a single smile from the 3 employees as if they were bothered by my presence.....
Seemed very short staffed. Poor girl was running to 3 different customers to help and answer questions. She answered all my questions and told me other things that I would need that I didnt know I needed because Im used to buying hair dye at like a pharmacy and those boxes come with everything you would need. But I didnt know that the boxes of hair dye at Sallys didnt come with everything. Saved me another trip!😊😊😊

I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 13years and always have used Sally Beauty for my salons products. Today I came to return an unopened box of peanut clippers 4days after purchase. I had the original form of payment and receipt. Not only was I refused and told it says it on the receipt no returns for clippers with attitude and the box being thrown at me but then a manager walked over and attempts to make a scene. She argued with me about not being able to return it even though I hadnt argued I said no big deal and was already heading out the door. I stopped her while she argued and stated it wasnt that serious and took the clippers and my receipt and left.I knew something wasnt right so I read the receipt and in print it says all clippers sales are final, however it says you can do a return within 60days if the box is unopened and in its original form with the receipt. I called corporate and they stated the receipt is correct and what should have happened is the store offered to call to get the approval from corporate since I had everything for the return. Corporate stated it sounded like they just didnt want to serve me. I agree for whatever reason they didnt want to serve me. And for whatever reason the manager wanted a confrontation. Corporate quickly called another store. They knew what the receipt policy was for clippers and it took them less than 5 minutes to issue the refund. There wasnt even a second thought. Customer service is everything and I hope this brings awareness that ALL people deserve respect and to be treated with dignity and service.
This is the only sallys in or near canton that was actually open until their posted hours. They didnt have a few things I wanted but im just so grateful they actually stayed open during their business hours! I drove to 3 different sallys around this area one next town over and they all were closed before posted hours. Including their covid hours that they tell you when you call. Thank you for being better then the other sallys. And saving me from almost buying the sketchiest hair dye from hair world because I just needed it!

This Sallys is never open when they say theyre going to be 9 a.m..... haIts 9:10 am the girl working is standing inside at the register looking at her phone all the lights are offShe clearly saw me and still not open.... Hmmmm
The girl recommended a toner for my hair to get the yellow out! It turned my hair puke green! I went back to the store because the receipt clearly states “love it or leave it” to get a refund! Now she’s saying she can’t do anything for me! Good thing I found the customer service number, Hopefully they can help me! Do not go here, they know NOTHING about hair! Google could give you a better answer!
Last week, I stopped in to get a toning shampoo. They were 4 snotty girls working and asked me what I was looking for. Well, I mustve been taking too long for their liking because a girl yelled from the front, did you find it?. About 2 min later when I was browsing around, this girl comes up to me quickly and says, now what were you looking for again?. I told her and said that Im also browsing around for other things. I was approached a 3rd time. I have never felt more uncomfortable or harassed in my entire life. I know I looked like trash: no makeup, yoga capris and hair thrown up haphazardly in a bun, but damn. Way to profile me as a potential thief. I usually dont shop at garbage stores like Sallys but I need some shampoo. Wont shop here again! Teach your snotty girls how to respect all customers even if they look like trash.
I want to highly compliment Tiffany, the Store Manager, of the Belden Park Crossings Store, in the Target/ Kohls Plaza. I am originally from Ohio, and returned here to retire. I was the Store Manager of the Sally Beauty Supply, in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. for 7 years ( 1989 to 1996). When a person was a Store Manager that long, we can recognized a Wonderful Customer Service-oriented person.Tiffany gives 200% of herself in helping customers. Her product knowledge is amazing. She keeps up with all of the new monthly promotions and sale prices. She dresses stylish, yet professional, and her hair and makeup are always impeccable. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.Lois Roush-Hintz( I do have a Professional Sallys card, so all of my personal information is on there, if someone from the Corporate Office would like to call me.
We would rate zero: One of my employees went to this location and bought a pair of trimmers. When the employee rang her out she was not told about the policy change, didnt highlight on receipt or anything. Clippers and Trimmers are now final sale!!!!! Cosmetoligist and Barbers beware. Even if you just open box to get a feel for them and dont use on customer they still wont take them!! They still wont take them. They tell you to call the company that makes them. I have called Sallys customer service department, and the customer service agent was no help, even asked to speak to her boss and no has called me back!!!! Really poor customer service. DONT BUY ANY EQUIPMENT.
Unprofessional, manager Tiff was talking on cell phone about very private things that should be kept in the bedroom. dressed like she was in a club. belly hanging out and skin tight clothes. I think she might of been high or drunk,
Theyre not doing curbside. Should update their store to save time of customers.
I have been a professional stylist for 3 years and am very knowledgable in my industry. While shopping for hair extensions I asked for an associates help so I could see the true colors of the extensions in the packages that are kept locked on the shelves. She acted as if it was a hassle to help look at the colors, Im not going to make a $150 purchase without knowing the true tone of the hair, and rudely stated that the blonde extensions wouldnt match the color of my hair which I am well aware of since I was purchasing them for a color application. During the checkout she was pretty much emotionless and didnt even offer a bag. Rude employees with no work ethic or passion for this industry will really hurt your business.
Found just what I wanted, although salesgirl had to show me what that was!
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.
