Went on a tour of plant. It was very nice. Guide was very informative.

Great chocolate and very fun and happy staff. They make the experience enjoyable. Open showroom is easy to navigate and see everything. Offers factory tours, with samples, which is a great hour of knowledge and samples. Worth the stop.

The cashier was excellent. She was very helpful. We laughed and talked. Ill definitely will return to make another purchase.

Harry London has been part of my life since I have been a little girl. My mom and dad took my siblings and I for Easter and Christmas every year. I remember being in Girl Scouts and taking the tour as a kiddo also. The shop has changed in the look of purchasing some but its been years since we have been in due to COVID-19 and life events it was nice to stop in this morning after an appointment I had in the area. My dad was with me and it was very nice to see first responders and military discount. Linda was a wonder asset to your team; she was very nice and helped me shop. She offered a sample also very sweet. We got the famous buckeyes and mint meltaways. I do miss the mint joy cookies. Linda said they were not being made but maybe someday again. I recommend making I was looking forward to those I was happy to see I could still get the meltaways instead. Thank you again for keeping Harry London running and having kind staff. Hope to be back for Christmas season.

We have gone by many times, glad we stopped in! What a fun tour! The people that work there are great and smile alot! Lots of good smelling and tasting chocolate. The history is very interesting here. They have an 8 minute video with chocolate samples of course and a surprise at the end of the tour! Great sale on chocolate! Yum!!

I wanted to mention that your employees seemed to be lacking on the hair net procedures.My wife bought a bag of your smore brand chocolates. As I began to eat them I felt a hair in my bite. I spat it out right away and found a very long black hair in with it! No, I did not keep it to show proof. But, cant say well be buying anymore of these.Signed, A disappointed customer because I thought they tasted very good!

We dont have these in Michigan any more :-( so I HAD to stop in and get Trinidads. One of the best candy manufacturers in the Midwest. Clean, roomy, staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Too bad the tours are shut down.

The tour was worth it and the chocolates are very good. They dont allow pictures during the tour. But you can take them of the outside areas and giftshop.

Love this Candy Store/ Factory! If you havent tried the Eggnog truffles, they are a must try, I buy a box for me and my cousin in Chicago and this year I sent it to her, due to the COVID19 restrictions! They practice Social Distancing and the staff was wonderful who served me at the check out counter!

No tours on the weekends but got lots and lots of free samples!!!

Great place for chocolate! Lori greeted us and offered chocolate when we came in, looked around and saw they had lots of chocolate on sale. We bought little pieces of chocolate from the case and she kept offering us more samples. It was great. Very nice place to go

DISAPPOINTING !!! Fanny May chocolate has diminished in quality after the Christmas 2019 foil wrapped candy was sold. Easter 2020 foil wrapped candy is a much lower quality. Ferraro must have altered the recipe. Many other chocolates are superior for your money. Dont buy if you are a loyal Fannie May customer as you will be disappointed. It is different. less milky and no longer represents the quality it used to.

I have not been in your store but Ican say1 thing FANNIE MAE IS THEE BESTcandie I have ever had in my life. The 1bad thing is that I live out in California So if there is no1out here on California that has not been to Fannie Mae put it on your to do list to make it over to visit Fannie May once in your lifetime.

I love Fannie May! We visit at least twice a year. The ladies in the store kindly and graciously greet everyone and offer samples of their delicious candy. Santa requests from our family were made and filled today. What fun it was to shop in their beautiful store.

Gained 10 pounds just walkong thru the store! Hahaha

Beware of expiration dates and ask about their coding on stickers! When we brought our 7 items up to purchase, I inquired and found that 4 full priced items had sell by dates that had already passed. 2 sale items had sell by dates within the next month (Id call them clearance). Staff was helpful and the sales associate was happy to find us better dated items on the full priced stuff. However the shelf life still wasnt great (3 months). Otherwise the store was nice, the staff was friendly and the samples were yummy! Just be sure to check your dates!

The store is beautiful and well designed. You can take a tour of the factory and then you can take your time looking at all of the sweet treats that they have. You are offered a sample as soon as you enter the store. The sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly. The pixies are my favorites. They are small chocolate Carmel turtles. The mint melt always are also great. They have chocolate covered cherries and blueberries. The truffles are so yummy. They are located on the same road as the Akron/Canton Airport. This place is worth the drive if you are a connisuer of fine chocolate. They have every kind of chocolate that you would desire..

My sons school arranged a field trip here. It was quite nice. I was in a wheelchair due to surgery and the employees were kind and helpful as well as accommodating. Very enjoyable!

Great place to visit. People are so nice and friendly. The tour is free and you get to sample the chocolate when you go on it. The sales are good. If you buy it by the pound it is $29. It is so delicious. Will go back for sure.

We participated in the factory tour. Our tour guide was Jessica and she did a great job of explaining the history and the process! Of course the samples were so delicious we had to buy chocolate to bring home. The deals were excellent so we dont have a lot of guilt over buying 4 bags of chocolates!

We went here with our grandad who is visiting from the UK today. Everyone was so lovely, the sysff in the chocolate shop, the tour guide, we felt very well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Its a very relaxed and light hearted tour with lots of interesting info and its great to see into the workings of the factory. We left with much more chocolate than we probably should have and had a really nice time doing it!!

The chocolate smelk makes you feel better upon entering and then the kind employees offer samples. Its a good stop to find wonderful chocolate served by nice people.

Honestly, Im disappointed with whats happened here since Fannie May bought Harry London. I used to get a bag full of the individually wrapped chocolates they have in the bins, but theyve completely changed the selection and I swear the chocolate recipe has changed for the worse as well. It seems like theyre phasing the Harry London name out as well. Personally, I think Waggoner has a better product. Theyre what Harry London used to be.

Good chocolate, very friendly staff. Wanted to do the tour but they do not do tours on Friday. 😣 Still the staff was very friendly and there where plenty of free samples to go around. Prices are somewhat high but they do have a sales corner with good deals.A must visit in Canton!We will be returning when we are back in town.
