This was what I was told by the Best Buy staff where I purchased the hot spot NOT by Verizon. I was told the monthly service charge for my hotspot will be $85 a month for the data plan not including taxes and fees actual price was $110 a month and when I went into talk to the management about it they couldn’t have cared less that I had been lied to or misled or just given wrong information whatever the excuse was.

Love this place but it takes a long time to actually buy something when i went it took 3 hours to by and iPhone 6
