The moving team of BB and TC did an excellent job moving me from Canton to Cuyahoga Falls. The weekend I moved was one of the hottest and humid day this past August. However, this did not phase either of them at all. Both had positive attitudes as they worked through the unpleasant heat and humidity. They worked in an organized, effective, efficient and careful manner throughout the afternoon; and kept a good pace (was impressed at the pace) moving and did not slack at all. Both BB & TC made the move painless and exceeded my expectations..The office staff also provide great service by keeping me in the know leading up to the moving day.Thank you team

Could not say more about the experience we had with these guys. They were efficient and mindful of all of our items, walls, floors, etc. We had a large treadmill that need to taken apart and reassembled and they found a quick solution. The pricing was straightforward and a great value.

Worked closely with Move It Now. The move was from North Canton to Stow. Their website was easy to request a quote and list the items to be moved. After the quote was accepted, they sent links to suggestions on how to save money on the move. The links were very helpful. Our previous moving company canceled on us the day before our move but they did connect us with Move it Now. Gary was very understanding and accommodating. Although Move it Now could not move us the next day, our schedule fortunately permitted some leeway, they did move us the following Saturday. They eleven took time to get to know our little, old dog Missy so she wouldn’t be too stressed by their constant coming and going.The time estimated for the job was 8-10 hours including drive time (1 hour from old house to new house). Today was moving day. Our Move It Now movers were TC and CW and they were awesome. They arrived on-time, laid down floor runners to protect our flooring, added pads to doorways to protect them also. CAUTION!! They moved us on June 2, 2021 from North Canton to Lakewood. They arrived a little after 9am. My husband stayed behind with them. I do not know where to start. We had a two bedroom apartment and a garage full of stuff. Everything was taken down, wrapped and ready to go. They moved at a snails pace, taking one box at a time to the truck. After a few hours, my husband started smelling marijuana and they started to move even slower. My husband had to fill all of our wardrobe boxes himself. By the time the truck got to our new home, it was the evening. We had 3 movers, 2 of them had blood shot eyes and smelled of marijuana. I phoned the manager, he said he would talk to them after the move and follow up with me, and that never happened. They completely crushed all of my Christmas ornaments and boxes that were clearly labeled glass, fragile, where placed under heavy plastic tubs. They left my side door wide open (we have 2 dogs that will run away) and left the garbage cardboard/wood from our treadmill in our driveway in the rain. My family was present and witnessed this disaster. The only one that wasworking hard and that was sober, was CW. This is the last time we use this company. I caution anyone to think twice before hiring!!!

So Move it Now Canton did a small local move for me on 3-20-21. Left a townhouse with lots of stairs to a one level condo. RB and JS were on the scene on time. These guys were great!! Got the job done and didnt complain once about all the stairs. They were careful not to bump or damage anything and everything was packed neatly and covered with protective blankets. At the new place everything was placed where I wanted it and they even helped set my 75 inch TV on my entertainment hutch!! These guys were the best and I highly recommend Move It Now Canton you will be impressed by their respect for your personal items and their professionalism.

Move It Now did a fine job with moving a grand piano first to storage 18 months ago and now to its new home. They are aware of the specific challenges that such a heavy yet delicate piece of furniture present to the mover. I am happy to recommend them for their competence and courteous service.

I had the pleasure of working with the team of Mike and Toby out of the Cuyahoga Falls office on this past Saturday. They arrived on time and surveyed everything that needed to be moved and got right to work. There were three pieces of furniture that I didn’t have time to break down—before I could even mention it they were loading the items on the truck. They reassembled them just as quickly and really treated my items like they were their own—there was zero breakage...mats used. Best of all...they were also done earlier than the estimate. We used Move It Now a few weeks ago to move from our 5,000 square foot house to a teeny tiny ranch (where we are living while we build a home). Found some nicks and dings on stuff afterwards, and marks on walls of new place and large scratch on floor. Affordable and efficient...buy if you have antique or expensive furniture, you may want to wrap them pre-move.

I had an amazing experience with this company! From the very beginning of when I initially called for a quote, Gary, was extremely helpful and took time to answer all of my questions. He was always very professional but also gave you the “feel” as if you were a friend getting VIP service. The company kept in contact the days prior to confirm everything was still on track. The morning of my move, Thursday 7/8, they promptly arrived at 9:30am with 2 trucks and SIX guys!!! I had booked 2 trucks and 4 guys and they sent 2 extra that just wanted to help out! (No I was not charged extra for the extra man power!) The house I was moving from (SW Canton) was a 2 bedroom, 2 floor, home, with a basement and 2 car garage. They had the whole house on the trucks by 11am! An hour and a half!! Once at the new location (Massillon), they had everything unloaded and were leaving at 2pm! I am extremely amazed by all of the guys who helped! They joked and made things very relaxing for me on what would’ve been a very stressful day. These guys (DR, Dev, CW, AF, JB, BB) are very hard workers and the company, as a whole, will not let you down! I recommend them in a heartbeat and will definitely use them again if needed.(MIN, these guys deserve a big ol’ dinner or something! Seriously!) And by the way, this review is totally unbiased. TC, JS, and CW moved us on June 10. These young men were very helpful, kind, polite and very professional. They worked with us, helped us out with getting an oversized picture off the wall, and answered any questions we had. We had a issue with our storage unit compony and these men were very patent while we worked through it with the Storage unit company. I would hire Move It Now again and I would ask for they same men to move me. I truly can not say enough good thing about this crew of men..

Our moving crew (ZM, KG, AF) were excellent. Very satisfied with attention to detail protecting our furniture, pool table, and tools for our local move. Set-ups with padding protecting doorways, staircase and hallways were on both ends, the move-out and move-in. Definitely will give Canton Move It Now repeat business.

Gary was great and easy to work with! Always answered any questions or concerns prior to the move date as we did not know what was to be expected as we have never done this! The experience with the actual packing and move was a little more disheartening. The 2 (only) employees that packed and moved our entire house seemed to be more concerned with time involved and how much they were going to make than anything else. We feel they rushed as the time & move calculated was not enough to match the quote. They mentioned several times that the quote was not done properly and should have charged more. We also feel they needed more assistance and/or better directive from management. Gary & the owner showed up late on the move day to help get them on the way as time was running late, Gary even had to take a couple items they left behind. We had to wrap all of the pictures, artwork and misc items as they were just going to throw them on the truck! We paid for packing services and many, many loose little things were not packed at all just thrown in the truck. The boxes that were packed seem fine but they were not going to even label till I said something. They did not take any furniture apart as others have indicated, didnt even take drawers out of dressers, even got stuck on our stairwell with a dresser and I had to assist. The good side is that everything did make it our new location (storage facility) with little damage that we have seen so far (TBD). Our expectations may have been higher than should have been but we felt had they had the proper employee help with a little more moving knowledge things would have been different and so would our review.

AMAZING AND PROFESSIONAL! Tyler, Kevin, Zinin, Tim and Ethan showed up with two trucks and had to move a ton of stuff. I was with them almost the entire time and never heard one single complaint about how much was needed to be done. These guys were A+ attitude, work ethic, timely, everything!Personally, I enjoy when a company has a uniform that has to be worn, even if its a matching t-shirt and they had it! We also had a fridge that wouldnt fit in the kitchen so they called another guy from the company to come out and take care of it. He came right over, performed some magic and got it in the kitchen. Unfortunately, I’ve had to move a few times in the last several years. These guys are awesome, no doubt about it. I’ve used them twice now and they get it done! They hustle like crazy and both times have come in under the time/cost estimate. The guys I’ve had were awesome, too which helps. First off I was initially scheduled to go with another known local company. However their prices were significantly higher. When I contacted Move it now Canton. We used Move It Now on October 14th, to move a cherry desk and a table and six chairs we bought from an estate sale in Solon to our home in Hudson.Eric and Avery, who were our moving crew were just fantastic. They showed up at the home in Solon at the time when they were supposed to, moved our new furniture without a scratch, assembled our new cherry desk and moved an existed table and chairs down to the basement.They did an outstanding job. These guys did a tremendous job of packing furniture and loading boxes on the truck. Everything arrived safely and intact. I was also very impressed with the management’s willingness to engage when needed and work with me due to unpredictable difficulties encountered and resulting time adjustments.I was amazingly relaxed throughout the entire process due to Tray and Vince’s skill of packing the truck with care, their pace, both steady and careful, their attentiveness to my personal needs in unloading, and in spite of an very hot, unexpectedly long day and unexpected difficulties, they maintained their efforts and gracious attitudes.I would hire them again and do recommend them without hesitation.
