MSC needs to vastly overhaul their billing practices.Their invoicing is confusing and does not reflect total amounts due, so its always a guessing game how many payments are remaining when paying off medical equipment.Getting accurate information on billing always requires calling because all that is available on the website are their very sparse invoices. Their billing department has a hard time explaining billing timelines. For example, why a June 30 payment applied to a May 28 invoice and not a June 28 one. I was told erroneously by a billing clerk that I had satisfied my payments, only to get auto-drafted again the next month. On top of this, their sales department is OBSESSIVE. I get 4-5 voicemails a week asking me to order supplies from them. Its TOO MUCH.
Terrible place they dont care about there customers I would never ever use thus place ever
I have been serviced by this company for 10 years. No matter what the issue has been, they always answered my questions, contacted my Dr if necessary to get a change order, and have been very expedient on filling my equipment orders on a timely basis. They even went above and beyond when my portable oxygen unit went bad the afternoon before Thanksgiving last year. They made a 50 mile delivery Thanksgiving morning to my home with a new unit, so I could spend the holiday with my family later in the day.
I was introduced to medical service company when discharged from the hospital in August 2019.They have truely been a life saver for me.most important phone number in my contacts.
Very friendly !! On my first visit they were very nice and I enjoying coming in and learning about my machine that they had give me, she explain how to use my machine and answer all my questions. Thank you!
This place used to be good 3 years ago when my mom was alive and used them but now that my sister on oxygen they are not. They keep telling her every week she need a breathing test. She got no regulator for her oxygen tanks. We are looking for other place.
What happened? Why did MSC FALL APART?August 11th I had an appt for my medical sleep supplies to be refilled (I get a 90 day supply at once). I was not able to pick them up as I have in the past, the respiratory therapist said she would have to have them mailed to me (this was not the same RT I have seen in the past). I wait 2 weeks and NOTHING. I call in to check on my sleep supplies around August 24th as Im using old, worn equipment at this point in time. The MSC employee tells me the respiratory therapist FORGOT to hit enter on my order so it was displayed but not sent and left in limbo. The employee apologized and entered my data again and told me my order will arrive in a couple of days. A week goes by and nothing, I call in AGAIN a third time around the 1st of September only to be told by the MSC employee that the SECOND employee forgot to hit ENTER on their screen also. She brings up my order and tells me it will be sent this time.Several days later I get a small parcel in the mail and it is a single pillow cushion. I cant use that, I got a whole new head gear with pillows, tubes, reservoir, everything!!!! I was sent a nasal pillow mask but no headgear to connect it with!! I call back a 4th time (around Sept 7th I think) and ask for a manager. I am patched through to Donna who tells me she is going to set this all up for me, a whole 90 day order and make sure it gets done right and 3 day air ship it! Woo!A week goes by and no order (I give them a few extra days in case the USPS is behind on delivery). I call back and ask for Donna again (September 12th-ish I think?). She looks into it and sets it all up again and tells me my order will be shipped 2 day air for all the hassle so I can get my NEEDED medical supplies soon. (Keep in mind, Im still using my worn and out dated medical equipment.)Im grateful Donna has it right finally. Guess what? A few days later I go to check my MSC app and my email anndddd.....No tracking for shipping.....Nothing!Ive lost track at this time of how many times Ive called, I called once more for someone to look into this it might not have been Donna but you can guess I got nothing accomplished.A new message showed up in my email from MSC on October 2nd saying my insurance wont cover the resupply its past date or something like that until 12/14/20.12/14/20? Had MSC DID THEIR JOB Id have my medical supplies already and now I have to wait until 12/14?!?!?Covid may or may not get me, but I swear I will NOT ALLOW the failures of MSC to ship my medical supplies on time to go unnoticed any further. This MESSAGE will end up on the desk of someone who will get things done or replace the person who isnt getting these orders out on time.MSC, Im disappointed at your MULTIPLE failures! What the HELL happened? I WILL see to it this experience lands on the desk of someone who will address this situation. Im supposed to have medical supplies on a schedule and now Im 60+ days past due! My health problems are worsening by using my mask that is worn down, it is leaky and doesnt fit snug anymore and it greatly affects my sleep routine....Im not getting the rest I need and my body is paying for it and its bleeding up to my mental health. Your poor efforts could harm me and others if there are people not getting their medical supplies on time!
Anything medically needed. They are very polite knowledgeable and will help you with billing your insurance and they get you your supplies super fast.
Great service, polite friendly, did as much as they could for me thank you
The People are nice when you buy but EXTREMELY POOR WITH SERVICE. THEY DON’T RETIRN CALLS, and you are left stranded without the use of your machine. I fully intend to write Medicare and have payments STOPPED, and issue a formal complaint against the Company.
Had worked with 4 different Medical Supply Companies and Medical Service Co. is the best hands down.
Problems with orders, supplies and billing, machine leaves you on hold forever and they never return calls, very bad service.
They wont return calls.
