They notarized a pension document for me. Excellent, courteous, instant, and friendly service. Staff is awesome. I highly recommend.

I waited in line for quite a while which was expected with the holidays. Everyone was very helpful however Jennifer was above and beyond. Just wanted to give some appreciation.

Absolutely awful experience... the young man that addressed me as I entered the store was immediately rude and from start to finish was disrespectful and treated me like I was patient zero. More than once he made a comment about how he was “just trying to help me dude” and that this is what he does every day so I needed to back off after I asked if there was tape available to seal my package. Horrible experience, and on top of that the price to ship a 2lb package was over $40... I will be using USPS going forward!

We’ve used this store since the original opening. It is always a pleasure to take packages for shipping to them. Friendly and knowledgeable employees.

I needed some assistance from this particular UPS Store, and they were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I know I spoke to the owner once and two other employees and every time they went out of their way to help me. Anybody who needs any kind of packing or shipping don’t hesitate to go to here, great people.

Rude, Rude, Rude, Rude.....I mail with UPS all the time but these were two of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Will NOT being using that store, nor will I ever probably ever ever use UPS again. THATs how rude these people were....date of service 5/22/2020. Maybe better teach these girls that we are the CAUSE of their jobs, NOT the interruption of it.....Seriously, I have NEVER encountered more rude people. I will be telling my friends.Awful experience. I would give a zero but thats not an option.

Good for shipping and photocopying but if you need a Notary Public forget this place and go to the Huntington Bank in the Giant Eagle Supermarket a few stores down in the shopping plaza. The notary public has not been there when we needed one.

Gets yours packages where they need to be quickly, has a very helpful staff & the store is kept clean & neat.

So crazy understaffed 1 (one) person working a week and a half before christmas. line out the door at opening waited forty five minutes to sendone pkg. was there 10 minutes before opening also.

Without the ability or willingness to contact the driver on behalf of a customer and to request the parcel to be handled with high priority I will avoid using UPS whenever and wherever possible.7 PM is too late for my shipment. My business will be damaged. My income will be damaged.

Always friendly. Never spent more than 5 minutes waiting for a pick up.

They say my packages were delivered to my doorstep but they actually leave it in the mailbox

They say they have a notary onsite, but they are never there. Only there certain hours. Doesnt state hours for notary. If you say you have a notary, then there should be a notary there during business hours.
