Update: The forklift came with a used wrong size battery, the carb had a random spring installed to allow it to idle, their idea of a tune up/inspection and paint job turned out being painting over scale rust with incorrect colored non durable paint, a air filter, used battery, and plug swap. My fault should have taken a better look at the unit before believing everything I was told on the phone.PS: Picture of forklift head headlamps installed when arriving they were gone, when I called to ask where theyd gone he said the mechanics must have removed them (cut the wiring harness in half while at it) because they werent working. Gee, maybe try to fix one or two wires or replace a bulb? Or shoot just send not working but not cut out of machine.Looked around for a used forklift for a long time, private market, different dealers, and found Santana Equipment. There prices were fairer then any other dealer I tried locally. Didnt even make it out to the dealer as was tied up at the shop but my sales guy Nate was very patient with me, helping me select the right lift for me, sending me videos of it working, and any pictures/info I asked for! When it showed up was extremely impressed and still grinning ear to ear, he listened to what I wanted in a lift and nailed it! Love this thing, the final out the door price, and dealing with the guys out there! Thanks Nate, and Santana!

Bought a Rebuilt forklift from Rick. When it was delivered we parked it for 2 weeks until we needed to use it. We just went to use it and All belts squeak and low power and when i call they say sorry we only give a week warranty even though the hour meter hasnt moved since dropped off. Buyers beware and do your due diligence. My fault I suppose for trusting a legit business without driving north to see it. Would not recommend to anyone, just poor customer service but they did cash the check fast!!

Excellent staff. Didnt matter which part of the process I was in; from determining which machine would be best for our operation, to discussion about the forklifts with the lead mechanic (John), to signing the paperwork at the end, our experience was very good. Reasonable online pricing is what initially brought us to Santana Equip, and we drove a long way to buy one after lots of research and phone calls and visits to other places that were closer. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a forklift.

After spending 3 days looking for a dependable place to purchase a forklift I came across Santana Equipment. I schedule an appointment to see what was available not meaning to walk out the same day with a forklift as I had other places I wanted to visit. They had a great selection of forklifts and the best part is that they are very knowledgeable with the equipment and do not hold back any info. You can ask as many questions as you want and they will give you a very knowledgeable answer.

Not only that but Santana offered the best prices. The process was so easy, I went in, found what I wanted, and actually left with my forklift all in less than 2 hours. Servicio increible!

Like the other review where the guy purchased several lifts that didnt run or work as advertised we were duped as well.....then was accused of taking parts off machines or damaging the machines---were sold scrap parts trucks-at best all missing parts, pieces, broken, wore out.....I still have 6 lifts sitting here rusting away that all were tested that we bought from them a yr or more ago that all supposed to be good running machines...Im just waiting for scrap prices to go back up so I dont loose so much $$$...haha---tested but missing starters, half the engines, computers....junk

I bought 4 machines from them. Santana advertise every forklift as running and operating, when you get the forklifts, they dont run, you need to put in thousand of $ to repair them, some of them cant even be repaired and are only good for parts machine.

If they are going to buy equipment from another country, do not use this supplier, they offered me some equipment from a place where they could not control the shipment, they did not ship all the equipment that they sold to me, they do not have the capacity to tie them well. port had to pay delays and mooring payments and when they arrived in Colombia one of the equipment was not the one that was paid.THEY DID NOT ANSWER ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING AND THE MONEY OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS NOT MOUNTED IN THE CONTAINER WAS NOT RETURNED TO ME, ARGUING THAT IT WAS MINE THAT IT COULD COLLECT WHEN I WANTED.THEY MADE ME LOSE A LOT OF MONEY, THAT LITTLE SUPPORT AND BAD RESPONSE TO THE CLIENTS.
