As always. Great service. Told me it could take an hour or 2.. they were done in about half an hour. They Found me a discount too and saved me about 60.00 on a new 3 year battery.Not bad!!

I went to get 4 new tires about 2 months ago. It took over 4 hours, when they originally told me an hour and a half. There was one guy running around, doing everything. Today my mom went to get new tires here. they told her it would be done in an hour and a half. After having her car for 3 hours, they called and told her that they couldnt do her car because she needed all new lug nuts and they dont have any. I definitely dont recommend.

Twice Ive tried to have tires installed here. The first tire they said they had to replace all four, even though 2 were already new tires from Napa, because they were the wrong size..... then today I dropped my car at 12. They said it would be ready with 4 new tires no later than 130. At 2pm they called and said I needed all new lug nuts and they couldnt replace them, again. Picked it up, took it to tires plus.... no issue with the lug nuts, better tires and an alignment for $50 less than the Walmart quote. I dont shop there anymore.... now I will never consider Walmart for anything again.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday. Brought the tire in to be repaired and was told its first come first serve. To repair my tire it took over an hour and a half.....normally a 20 min job. Four guys working and only two cars there at the time. Will not return. Do not recommend.

They were ok. Knew what they were doing as far as my battery goes. Polite and helpful.

Cheapest tires and oil change supplies in town. Much cheaper than the auto parts store or getting your oil changed by a professional

Tires, batteries, and oil changes. Poor quality new tires. Bought set of 4 Goodyear tires for my Toyota Sienna and all 4 had to be replaced in less than 6 months because they were worn to their limits. Warranty covered but it wasnt easy to get Walmart to replace them and the replacements were no better. Good Batteries. I would rather save time and $ and change myr own oil ... and Its really not that hard.

For the record, hours posted by the Walmart for their tire department are WRONG. TLE closes at FIVE PM on Sunday, per the technician I just spoke to (at 4:37PM Oct 4th, 2020) in that department.

I would give it a negative 10 if I could. Poorest service ever. They had no idea what they were doing. Bought battery took 1 hour to check out. If I wanted it installed I was told it would be 2+ hours. Returned core charge took longer to return than it took me to install.

I will never come back after they wasted my entire day to put just two tires in front of my car. It was suppose to be a two hour wait that turned into almost a six hour wait. All bc they didnt know how to check to see if a tire was good after fighting with them for three hours that my tire was indeed messed up and unable to drive on they finally realized I was right, yet they took my bad tire and just moved it making it my back tire while taking one of my good tires, thinking I wouldnt notice! Thank God I checked before I paid and left!!!! Im feel like all these good reviews are from the employees themselves bc Im convince they just hire just anyone to work on your vehicle.

Took one and a half hours for a simple oil change. Price was slightly higher than average. Only benefit was being able to shop while waiting.

I called ahead to see if they had 2 tires for my car. They looked it up by the vehicle. They said they had tires and gave me a quote. I told the clerk I would be there to put them on. Once I got there I waited outside in the heat for over 30 minutes only to be told to go inside to get a work order for the 2 tires I wanted to buy for my car. They ask for my tire size, run a quote and make me walk back outside where I was to get wrote up. More waiting. Finally wrote up and my wife and I left to pick up the car after the work was done. They call me and say they dont have the tires because the ones they quoted me were not speed rated for my car. So they cancelled my job. Maybe check for speed rating before writing me up and wasting so much of my time. Ill never be back.

I brought my car a few days ago for a new tire . The staff is lazy, rude, and physically slow. They don’t want to use the great tools the company provides them to do their jobs. It took a whole to check my car in . I went to the counter told the clerk what I needed and she printed me a paper and sent me to an outside booth. The man outside was confused why I was sent out to the booth . He told me I had to go back inside . I told him I already did and was directed to see you at the booth and give you the printout job order and my key. The car took 30 mins only car in the garage the entire time with 4-5 mechanics. Before paying I asked who was the auto manager to help me locate the correct tail light for my car . I had to ask him 4 separate times because each time I kept going back to the bulb area to keep checking . Finally I asked him if he can just walk with me and physically show me because I don’t understand auto mechanic terms on the boxes, he was still bent over on the counter doing nothing and he turns and ask a black woman who just arrived for her shift to do what I asked him to do . It took 10 mins just to get him to help me and he makes someone else do it . I had to remind him my car just got a new tire and the other 3 replaced by them a few weeks ago. I had to remind him I’m a paying customer and he should be providing me with the service I need.

I went to get an oil change. I waited hour and half. I was ok with that. A week later I ran out of wiper fluid. I specifically asked when my oil was being changed if they topped off the fluids. They said yes.. hmmmm. Guess they forgot about that part.

The staff mechanics I overworked and underpaid full a lot of them dont care about quality mostly about production unfortunately but most of them have pretty good attitudes and are helpful

Poor service, poorly trained mechanics couldnt fix flat tire Mechanic damaged log nuts installed it incorrectly cause to replace entire piece with log nuts.walmart denied to reimburse . $10 flat repair cost I end up paying $180.00 dollars. I will never go there again.If you want to take a chance you better watch and record their every moves.Othervise you will be burned like me.

Went for an oil change waited 2.5 hours and finally decided to go check on it myself just for them to tell me in person that they couldn’t work on it cause it’s to low for their lift. But no one ever called and told me that.

Auto center is the worst Ive been to. The mechanic was very rude, he laughed when I said I would take the car battery out of my car on my own and Im a women, I got very affended. The cashier lady was ignorant too. Poor service.

Disappointed with how walmart made me buy certain products after i asked for the one i wanted they insisted on selling me the more expensive one and werent very pleasant, now let me qualify this, it never happened when i went but when my wife and pregnant daughter went i believe they took advantage of her situation and 2x sold her other then what i said she should get, ie the same products i had bought when i was last there.

Had keys made. However could not make RV storage or door keys.

It was me and one other person in there told me to be 30 minutes to do an oil change end up being over an hour and a half

Took 3 hours for an oil change. Employees were standing around doing nothing while other employees were so busy at the register, they didnt even notice two men walk out without paying for 2 tires. It just really shouldnt be 3 hours for an oil change. I will go elsewhere in the future!
