I have been buying materials, borders and statues from Bayshore for years. During the pandemic I have put a memorial garden to my sister who died from COVID-19. The statue which is less than a year old is starting to spald from rebar rust close to surface. I called and questioned if they would replace. They related there is no warranty. I talked to Tiffany who answered phone who relayed my complaint to manager. She related there is no warranty.Buyer Beware!

ATTENTION!!! I will never again give these people any business. I ordered a certain amount of base rock and they delivered, I know they didn’t figure right on how much I needed. I called them and they said the order was delivered, but by looking at the pile of base rock, by the way was really just dirt was what I ordered. My contractor called and talked with the manager and she wasn’t pleasant to talk to from the beginning. They were going to fix the situation. Very poor customer and wouldn’t even try to make it right.

I highly recommend to look for some other place. Spent over 1.5k for a project. Needed to return some stones that I no longer needed. I no longer had the receipt. They gladly took the stones but refused to refund me. Wouldn’t even look up the purchase via my credit card information.

I osder 3 gravel yard to been delivered. I gave the instructions to drop the gravel in one side of the driveway. They came and dropped in the center of the driveway and leave my car locked out. . Those driver have to be very stupid .

I stopped in there today to get a couple hundred dollars worth of rocks for a landscaping project. I have to say first off that when I went to the counter to ask a question, the older lady behind the counter was pretty rude. I almost left and took my business elsewhere to be honest, but I had already picked out what I wanted. That being said, I went back out to the parking lot and the man who helped me was SO nice and helpful. Also when I went back in to pay for my stuff the younger woman helped me and she was sweet as can be. That’s why I still gave them 4 stars. I’m sure my $500 sale doesn’t mean much to them, but that First Lady was awful. Bad business guys. Good thing your other employees made up for her shortcomings.

I have purchased rocks from there for quite a few years nothing but pleasant experience and fast service Whether its having them deliever or me picking up. Always friendly loaders loading rocks into vehicle. The cashiers are friendly too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Wonderful landscape supply store. Specializing in hardscape products. Large selection of stone, gravel, stepping Stones, decorative statues, even pavers. Probably missing some items, but they are well stocked with friendly knowledgeable staff. Oh, and they load your vehicle for you!!

Good prices and products however the lady at the front desk is quite rude and wasted 2 days of my time because she did not know what she is selling and told me completely wrong information.. if they had better customer service i would be able to give 5 stats

Well Ijust called for possibly having a truck load of sand delivered to my home ~ The young lady says that a truck can carry 7 yards~ I said well that doesnt tell me much what is 7 yards~ With an attitude she says Well ok rubbed me wrong~I then said well if I am bothering you I will call someone else and promptly hung up on her ! There are too many other companies here that I can call. Doesnt bother me one bit to call the next one I see ! have a great day !

Purchased 9 pieces of concrete edging and 3.5 yards of granite stone. Stone was delivered, but the concrete edging looked terrible once I put it in place.The company refused to return the edging because “it had dirt on it”, which would have came off in rain.The lady at the front desk has been extremely rude both times my husband has had to deal with her in person.Basically, they are not friendly, so don’t expect good customer service. Also, don’t buy anything there unless you are absolutely sure you will like or it will work in the space.I realize they primarily cater to contractors, but no business operates at its full potential when it gets a reputation for treating customers with such rudeness and an unwillingness to help.I assume it’s the same rep all the other reviews remark on about her rudeness. I suppose $85 is worth a bad review and continued negative word of mouth.

Great place to find stone you need, large or small. Perfect for landscaping. Fountains are a bit overpriced.

Concrete statues are WAY overpriced and not top quality pours- A statue that sells for 200 anywhere else will cost 1200 here---keep looking

I loved this place. The only thing that should work one more day for people who work during the week. They can do their shopping on the weekend. Or maybe one day until after closing. This way they help the community more. To be able to fix its gardens
