There was no wait time. The staff was very nice and respectful.

Been there 3 times, have not been able to complete any transactions. There is always some flimsy excuse. 3 strikes and youre out. A rebuttal to your reply... as long as you are right and the customer is wrong, Im happy foryou. Did they also tell you I cannot print from my phone because its not an IPhone? Strange you as a business would not be able service customers without an IPhone would that be classified as a form of discrimination? All of this could have been avoided otherwise but again Im wrong and youre right. Now Ill tell everyone I know not to use your business. It also doesnt matter to you, but, your employees were very friendly. With your ownership it really surprises me. Please grade this and make sure that you let me know of any mistakes, typos, or improper grammar.

Very friendly clerks. Packed a guys key lime pie with no problem! I was there to fax paperwork, but noticed a large selection of greeting cards.

This is the best of the best of post offices and office assistance. They we so helpful to me when I was new to the area. They have the best and friendly employees they were so experience in all that they do. I cant thank them enough for everything they did.

Been going here for a long time. Always had good service. There are some busy times but they work hard to get you waited on. They will share if you can save money from how you packaged your items. They don’t mind helping you find the best rate. Once you mail from here your name will be in the computer for next time.

It was crowded and only one worker was there. BUT, he was very efficient and took care of everyone in a timely fashion!

I went in for finger printing by appointment. I got there a little early as I often do for appointments but I dont suggest doing that there. They made me wait until my actual appointment time. When it was my turn between the customers that were there for shipping or copies Etc. They were very nice. Even though they told me that my fingerprints werent coming out good.

Have been using this store for 2 years. Very personable and helpful staff, especially Jackie - even when she is busy, she gives me her full attention, has a can do attitude, and takes a personal interest in me as a customer . Jackie always greets me with a friendly smile and remembers details about my dealings there. We currently have a mail box at this store and frequently have mail forwarded - Mail always arrives when promised. I have also used the finger printing service here - again everything went smoothly and professionally.People always use these reviews to complain, but I feel it is also important to tell people when they do well.

Went to ship a package here today. We paid a lot of money for shipping, which we were fine with. But the way we were treated was beyond awful. The lady that waited on us was straight up rude and nasty. You charge a lot for their services and then get treated in a disrespectful way? She recognized she crossed the line towards the end of the transaction, but it was too late.

Jackie went the extra mile to remedy a shipping issue! She was customer friendly and answered all my questions. Jackie was professional, personable and prompt.

Great service. Very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended. I needed 33 pages copied right away and they did it quick and easy. And faxed them for me. Will be going back again when needed. Also conveniently located in NFM on Pondella Rd. Saving the hassle of all the traffic in town.

Jackie and Melissa are amazing. Have used this service for almost 10 years now. They consistently go the extra mile with their help and service. Never had a problem with any deliveries, and they always ask if I want to insure my packages. They are often VERY busy, and try to get to everyone in a timely manner. I sooo appreciate this Pak nShip and the staff.

Tried to drop a return package for UPS. Heavy set blonde was very rude. Lied to me and told me they were not a UPS store and I had to go to a different location. So I google searched for UPS store near me. There store was top of the list. Wont use this location again.

Its good to have it as a drop off center. But they make you wait in line and discourage you from waiting for a receipt for a drop off when all it takes is a second for them to scan and print. Plus you have to wait behind the old ladies who want to socialize and take 10 minutes to make a decision on what gift wrap they want to buy and wait for them to take the pennies out of their purse. I feel bad for the elderly who are lonely and want to speak to someone but maybe you should pull them aside for a chat and not make several people behind them wait while they are shopping for ONE stamp and you are showing them the flower one, the car one, etc and they cant make up their mind.

Upon asking an employee a question, I was told you must want a different answer when I didnt get any answer! It was a simple yes or no. Very frustrating. Then after that trying to get directions to a different location then the one he was giving me, he wants to talk about south of the river when Im not sure where the river is, so instead of just giving me directions to a different store, he kept explaining directions to the same store that is way to far. Very frustrating. Communication skills lacking horribly.

They were really nice. I needed to ship out a fedex package and they made sure I got confirmation and I feel completely confident that my package will get to where it is going. I would use them again for sure.

Its nice because theres never really a line, but be prepared to be very overcharged. A $6.00 ship anything box at the post office just cost me 19.00 and a bubble envelope just cost 6.50 I should have just stamped it myself. Never again. Only came here because I work mon-fri and cant get to the post office during business hours. Very disappointed

On May 17th my grandmother went to what she thought was good will. However she made a mistake as we all do at times, and went into your store next to the goodwill in nfm. She had 4 bags of clothing that she was dropping off (donating) and thought she was in the right place, the short blonde hair lady was so very rude to my grandmother. After realizing my grandmother needed the goodwill next door, this lady unpacked her bags, kicked the boxes and stormed out the door with my grandmothera bags, leaving her confussed as to where she was taking her clothes. The other lady that was there apilogized to my grandmother, as she didnt deserve to be treated like that for making an honest mistake that we all make. My grandmother loves your store for the convenience and goes there all the time, and has never been treated like she was that day. She was in tears as she was telling me about her expierance at your store. I hope that lady doesnt treat all her customers like that when they make mistakes.

The shipping clerk was very helpful by explaining shipping costs and assisted in repacking items which saved me $30.
