My car broke down coming off the Maine Tpk into NH on a Sunday night. It overheated and others thought the radiator cracked. I had kids with me so we spent the night at a hotel and had the car towed to this Midas. I only needed a new thermostat and it was promptly fixed early Monday. Great job!

I show up, for my appointment for my oil change at 11am. They didn’t even start work on my car until Noon. After which they tell me they’re gonna need to change only 3 Tires? Which took them another... 4 HOURS!!! To change 3 tires are you kidding me? Some of the shop workers looked high on the job. And the shop smelled awful. Not to mention THEY PUT OLD TIRES ON MY CAR!!! so I was throughly shocked when. Less than a week later, the front drivers side tire EXPLODED on the highway on my way to work. 0/10 would never recommend getting work done here. Honestly I might try and sue these guys if it’s even possible

Cant find better management than Marice this guy is a machine there is nothing he and his staff can not fix. Professional attitude and takes care of business with a smile. I will always return here for all of my auto service needs! You just cant go wrong!

We had a stuck rear brake caliper on a Saturday afternoon. The Midas on Lafayette Road was open and PJ (the manager) checked around for parts and found them. He and his guys then got the parts and changed both rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers in less than an hour. It was amazing. PJ was kind, professional, and did great work. We were able to continue our trip home. The work is excellent and we would give our highest recommendation to this particular Midas and its management. Thank you, PJ and Lafayette Road Midas. It was a life-saver (or at least a giant time and hassle saver) for us! We could not be more pleased.

Went in for brakes an roters. Was charged over 500$ an the job was done poorly. Would not recommend this place . not ok to be over charged an job wasnt done ! What do you do about something like this?

I have only had fantastic experiences here! The staff are friendly and do great work. I have always been treated well and more than fairly. I highly recommend to anyone whether you need an oil change or more extensive work!! I personally had my drivers side window stop operating and they had me in and out the next morning in an HOUR! So thankful they’re still open and treating everyone so well.

The kindness Maurice showed me not even as a customer is hands down why he will always have my future business! My car lost ALL transmission fluid at the dunkins across the street, he saw I was in need. He helped me facilitate getting my car to the dealership for service and EVEN gave me a ride so I wouldnt be late to my shift at the hospital! He went ABOVE & BEYOND! Maurice is very pleasant, knowledgeable, goes above the call, and incredibly respectful!

The team at this Midas garage are fabulous. Knowing that my cars AC died, Maurice and team were able to diagnose what I needed and replaced. Very expensive but we were able to agree on a final cost and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. This place is really clean, organized and set up comfortably for waiting. Ill be back when my tires need replacing.

I went to leave work and my truck would stay in park they were great and very helpful. Told me he could do it while I was at work so I didn’t miss it.i would go to this location again! They were super fast and super friendly! The fact that they got it done while I was at work and in one day was such a blessing to me I will forever return to these guys!

Had a great experience! Came down from Maine and my caliper came loose. They had people that had not come in, yet had me pull in, fixed it within 5min, and was off. Very good service! They were concerned about my problem and they were very excited to see me go back on my vacation. Great experience!!!

Recent visit during covid 19 outbreak, guy at counter was not wearing a mask for our transaction, and asked why I was wearing one cause he’s not sick. ! No distancing rules or plastic protection screen at counter.

Very personable and even a place where my wife feels comfortable bringing her car (she usually gets the female run around at other places). I am writing this review as a very dissatisfied customer of the North Hampton Midas. Recently a new tech gave my car an oil change and stripped the plug connected to the oil pan. I went back to the North Hampton Midas to see how they would fix this for me. They offered to fix the plug saying that they would not charge for the labor, so all I would have to pay for is the part. I did not agree that I should be paying anything, as this issue was 100% their fault, not mine. After speaking with the mechanic I spoke with the owner Rhonda to see if she would take care of the issue. She was very rude to me stating that it is was not their fault (even though the plug was not stripped before I brought my car to them). After a lot of back and forth she agreed to change the part for free but she would not change my filter because that would be considered an oil change and I was not getting that for free. After she agreed to give me the service for free she told me never to return to the North Hampton Midas again. Rhonda was extremely unprofessional and rude! Needless to say I will never go back to this establishment again.

Great place to get an oil change!

We had a key in our tire at 7 in the morning and these guys patched the tire no problem, great and fast

I waited probably 20 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. Then when I finally did get helped the guy treates me like I was an idiot for not knowing how to check my brakes by myself. Maybe he thought he was being funny or clever but I wasnt impressed. Then to round it all out he was yelling and cursing at me in front of other customers because I didnt know where my brake fluid was. All in all a rather disappointing experience. On a positive note whatever the other guy did my brakes seem to be working better. Also the waiting area is very nice and super clean. Id probably go back if I didnt have to deal with that first guy.

Unfortunately,Ihad a very poor experience at Midas. I went to get my oil changed on my VW diesel Jetta. The tech must not of known what he was doing . The Oil filter is in a different location on a diesel VW . He mustve advertently cramped a pipe that is near the Fan pushing the pipe into the fan causing a coolant leak 24 hours later almost leaving me stranded on the highway . I had to take the car to another VW garage they noted this error and fixed it. After this I went back to discuss this with the manager at Midas he refused to take responsibility for the error . That cost me $300 to fix.
