I love this store, if I want to just look and not really buy anything, this is the place for me. My grandson loves shopping here

This 5 below location can be a hit or miss. They have summer activities and always have the new trends. They have also added self check outs which i feel are more slower (the system is very unresponsive). A lot of technology and knock offs. Even though it’s called 5 below, phone cases, and other items are $5+. I do not recommend for any snacks since they are over priced and can be found cheaper literally anywhere else. Decor section is okay, a lot of choices but items like lights or anything electronic in general don’t last very long. They have a big arts and craft section which is extremely good. Like i mentioned before they have some knock offs, which isn’t always bad. You can find copies of some games which are the same thing but for WAY cheaper. A huge selection of water bottles, work out items, make up, and personal products!

Its basically a higher end version of a dollar store, but has many items over its $5 name - company greed no doubt. Its junk gifts or items for short term use before disposal.I dont recommend, but also not against them. There is no loss if you dont go, and no gain if you do.

Great for costumes when party city does not have what your looking for, youd be surprised what they have.

Best selection of t shirts, Nick nacks and of course the best selection of candy.

Workers are helpful and this store has amazing items for 5 bucks or less. I always walk out with way more than I came in there for.

So much fun and tons of bargains for $5 and under. I got a great yard game and they have fabulous pool toys for your summer fun. Clothes, t shirts, books games, you name it! A childs delite!

If I cant find it nowhere else to go to Five Below they always have and always fix me up

Great staff and friendly atmosphere. The store is fully stocked and they have hand sanitizer available. Good social distancing!

It was good. They now have self checkout. Quick and simple.

This place is very well organized, the only time I had an issue was when I was told I needed the actual receipt, not the emailed receipt. Why allow customers to email the receipt if its not being accepted for returns or exchanges? It has the whole receipt barcode on it.

Everything was automated. It was interesting change.

Again a place you need Monopoly money love it

I dont know whether Five Below is suffering from the covid- 19 considerable challenges, this was not such a good visit. The store was not stocked as in past visits. The store is clean and employees are remarkably courteous.

Really love this store. You get a lot of variety for a good price and it isnt a lot of garbage material like what you would find at Dollar Tree (not to knock Dollar Tree).

Ran in to get cell phone holster. I knew exactly where they were.

I love this place. They have a large variety of low priced items. Some brands we know and some brands we dont, but theyre all good items especially for the price. Also quick checkout lines.

The store is way too much fun. Great prices adorable unusual items stationery cosmetics all sorts of unusual Confections and candies you wouldnt find anywhere else. Truly a Wonderland. I enjoy it as much as my children do and they are 81/2 + 11 yro. The store is clean and well organized and staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very hit or miss, and often very crowded, but the staff is friendly and helpful. They sell a lot of random junk but you could find a gem or two if you look around. Great for grabbing some candy before heading next door to the movies to save some money.

I love this location (00430 north haven ) because it’s near home but i don’t appreciate the guy that works usually in the evening ! I just left there and I’m not pleased with his nasty attitude ! This is the second time he crossed me the wrong way ! I’ve been in the customer service business for several years and as a store manager and owner of my own business i do know that customer service is NUMBER ONE in the business and being rude is not the best move ! I asked him a question he acted like he didn’t want to answer and his response to my question was I DONT KNOW BECAUSE IM TRYING TO GET YOU OUT OF THE WAY AND CLOSE THE STORE ! Let’s be clear i wasn’t the only one in the store in fact there were more people still roaming around while i was at the register ! But regardless if the store closed while i was at the register you don’t get rude and brush me off due to you wanting to close ! But i do want to say thank you to the girl working with him because she was patient and she answered politely ! But this guy sucks and you shouldn’t want nasty people working for your company

They always have good deals for $5 and below. But, their new thing of charging $5.55 for quite a bit is upsetting, going against their actual NAME.

They sometimes have discontinued or rare snacks for cheap, like different types of Pocky!
