This place was not helpful at all..... I pulled up with a smashed windshield and everyone there looked at me like i was a fish out of water or something like that... I called before i even went up there and guy over the phone said they have the glass for my car when i got there aome kid comes out and says he dont have the glass for my car and thats all he said and turned around and walked back in the office didnt try to get a glass shiped or anything like that ......DONT GO THERE....

I’m not even able to use this business due to the fact they don’t answer the phone. I’ve called for two straight days and my call either gets forwarded or no one answers! How am I supposed to fix my problem if you can’t even pick up the phone! Awful business and poor quality.

Great experience. They had the best price on changing out a window i needed repaired. Very professional. Just a heads up at the moment it was cash only.

After my regular mechanic (with whom I trust for big jobs like replacing my transmission and repairing my air conditioning instead of replacing it like another place wanted to do) told me they had to replace my window regulator, I called this place after finding them nearby on Maps and found out they they could fix the regulator for less than a quarter of what replacing it would have cost. My kids and I waited on their comfortable couches while it was fixed in about an hour. It was such a relief to have my window working again when it had been a rainy week. Ill absolutely go back if I have another window issue.

Honest and good customer service, i went in with a window regulator thinking it was the problem. Instead of charging me for 2 parts when it was the switch only they were honest n said i didnt need the other one. Whole job came out to $40 part n labor. I was sooo happy with saving money and was out the door in less than 20 min

Had an appointment at 9. So at 930 I had to call them to see where they were at becuase they did not arrive yet. Dummies wrote the wrong address and didnt even bother to contact me for my address again. Then the driver took the wrong glass and had to go back to the shop and get the correct one. it is now 1015 and they still are not here... a lot of time wasting.. horrible customer service!!!! They really suck!!
