I dont know if its Covid scare or just their new normal, but you cant even open their front door (must call them to come out), and they are apoarently no longer doing small work for individuals. Very poor customer service, communication, and attitude.

I Had a zipper broken on my tent bag. I didn’t want to purchase an entire new tent because of this. I asked Mankato tent and awning if they could fix it. He looked at it and went inside for about 3 mins. He returned with my zipper fixed! Best of all no charge! Thank you for being so great! Definitely would recommend this place!

I brought in a cardboard cut out of some custom doors I need a made for my insidious six wheeler. Not only were they a perfect fit when I got them back but the craftsmanship was amazing. No I just got to think of what else I can have them make.

Mankato Tent and Awning had our pool cover for a month and didnt even look at it. We had time constraints which we explained several times when we dropped it off as well as in our phone calls checking on progress. They were irritated with our phone calls. They are definitely not interested in good customer service. We ended up having to take it to Viking Awnings, who were the nicest people in the world and had no problem with our time constraints and were HAPPY to get our business. Viking Awnings is the place to go.

When I dropped off my awning for the camper, I was told it would be awhile. I wasnt in a hurry, so no big deal. They had it done within 10 days. It took me longer to get down there and pick it up. Thank you for a great job.
