The Employees and Service is above and beyond. They are great on the people side, however this is the second time Ive bought a glass product from you and it cracked from heat. Its not supposed to do that, especially on glassware intended to be heated up. Id recommend thoroughly testing these products or getting a new supplier.

I went into this place bought a nector selector and some other things I spent over 100 and when I got home and put the plastic clip on my selector it cracked immediately without use. I called em up and asked what could be done they wouldnt help.me at all, they buy trash glass and sell it at an upcharge n dont even work with their loyal customers.

Excellent selection of tobacco & everything necessary to smoke it enjoyably. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, genuinely helpful. Prices are by far the best in town. I very much look forward to my next shopping excursion for certain things I cant find anywhere else locally.

The prices here don’t get much better. This is the only smoke shop that doesn’t charge an arm and leg. Friendly and professional staff. They mean business and will have you in and out with a smile on no time.

Good selections, lenient prices, and perhaps the best service I have ever received at a store of this sort; the workers having encyclopedic knowledge and insight into their inventory and products. The cigar selection may be smaller than other locations, but they have perhaps the highest quality cigars in the area. Highly recommended, and perhaps cheapest cigarettes in North Mankato.

Im 19 and I walked in today and They had a rep there and let me get this straight I can buy cigarettes but I cant get the coupons to buy them because I have to be 21. People under 21 that smoke have to pay full price while the people 21 and over can sign up for all these coupons and get discounts so stupid
