I love this costume store, I first purchased my Halloween Cat Woman Costume, it was too small, so they sent me a larger size at no cost, and I simply returned the too small costume to them. I forgot to include my mask and ears, but this was worked out with customer service, they were very understanding, and I am sending back the missing pieces. Also, our costumes were great quality, with just a few adjustments, and I think we will wear them again next year!

The WORST place to order a Halloween costume for your kid....!! We paid a huge cost for shipping, the costume itself was overpriced...then didnt fit. So again paid the return shipping, and AN 18% fee for restocking. Robbery. Will never use this company again. Get your costumes at Walmart or Value Village instead!!
