I have them service and repair my work semi. Im sure that the vast majoriity of the vehicles they work on are used by the owner to make a living so they know the importance of a quick turn around. Ive always experienced exceptional and professional service one should expect from a company dealership.

Came into their shop yesterday 8 12 2020 with derate issues. Was a sensor on the def tank they ordered it got here early this 8 13 2020 they came and picked me up at the motel and as we were getting into the parking lot it was ready. Great job guys.

Needed work done to the truck and was scheduled 1.5 days out, they had an opening and got me in early...price was a bit steep but you get what you pay for....everyone was kind, knowledged and professional. BTW, they fixed what another shop failed to repair. Thanks Guys...youre awesome!

Over priced

I called them on a Friday told them I was having trouble with a low beam headlight. There was no juice to that lamp. Service told me they could look at it and that it should be an easy fix. So I drove over there and then they tell me they are way too busy to look at it and that they are booked tomorrow it would be Monday at the earliest. Just what you want to hear. Why not just tell me that before I even went there. What really pisses me off is that I have had nothing but electrical problems with this truck. Which is not Mankato peterbilts fault but peterbilt
