This is a review for Just Ask Rental- Too bad I cant unselect the one star I gave them. Tom Neubert is the worst. Poor customer service. Unappreciative of the business that I give them. Though not often I have never called any other rental place in mankato Ive always just rented from them. Well needless to say after todays experience I wont be going back as long as Tom is at the business.He even complained about honoring the Scarlett card....it was only a savings of $5. But if he didnt want to honor it he should just leave his miserable company off of it.Jw
