Did some shopping around before going with my Yamaha R3. These guys were by far the most helpful, I’m a new rider and had some questions. Ryan in sales kept me updated on my bike as I waited for mods. Parts and finance guys were chill. Easy, fun experience. Will probably be back in a month or so for a KTM Duke.

We went to just look at the CFmoto side by side they had in stock knowing we wanted to get one in a few weeks. Ryan was so incredibly helpful that we ended up putting a deposit down on not only the side by side but a 4wheeler as well. He was not pushy at all but because of all the work he did looking up accessory prices, the paperwork needed for the loan from our bank, and helping us figure out the extended warranty, we decided to give him our business. When we went back a few weeks later to pick them up, he helped us load and strap everything down. We are already sending others their way for their great selection of things in stock but also for the knowledgeable sales people!

Im from a small town in Nebraska going through mankato and I have a front flat tire on my gold wing they said they couldnt repair the tire but could replace it.$265 later Im out the door. Nice.. Well 40miles down the road it gos flat on me again. They told me they couldnt get it in till the following Tuesday cuz of the 4th of July Holiday. So I get a trailer to haul it back to Dillon brothers in Omaha and the said it was a bad valve stem. Need I say more? Good staff yes.

Never got my change from a cash purchase, owners manual was out of date, and no help with helmet and gloves yet was repeatedly told that I would like help in that area.

Great staff, great service. I have had them work on my Aprilia a couple times, and they do good work. They dont have a huge selection, but they are very knowledgeable about what they have. Their prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is good.

The staff was really helpful. Was a little surprised how few bikes they had. But it could of been covid related. So will head back to check them out again

Highly recommend Starr Cycle! We went there this morning to look for a wheeler and we were instantly greeted at the door by Ryan who was so helpful every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable about the machines and they were not pushy at all! We also worked with Duane and he was very helpful with the in house financing. The employees are very knowledgeable of the bikes! Amd every time in there I have had an excellent experience. But there could be more variety childrens accessories such as boots or gloves.

I recently purchased a bike from Starr Cycle. I have to say they were excellent to work with. The ownership and management team were very fair with negations and trade in value. The service guys were very knowledgeable and did a walk through on the new bike answering all questions. They took a lot of time with me making sure I made the correct purchase for the type of riding I was looking to do. When I brought in my trade bike they gave me additional value off on my purchase. Did I say these guys are great! I worked directly with the manager on the deal and he could not have been more up front with everything about the trade and the new bike. The crew from Starr Cycle are extremely helpful and also very knowledgeable. I have an older Honda Nighthawk that isnt the easiest to find parts for but theyve been a great help in giving me pointers on what actually needs fixing and what doesnt. My co worker also purchased a bike through them and as far as I know the process went very smooth. I can trust these guys with my bike.

Randomly stopped here on our way back to the cities. Ryan and Nate were more then helpful, as they answered all of our questions and walked us around the showroom to talk about new bikes. Overall this was a nice place that has a ton of options for you to choose from: atv, side by side, cruisers, sport bikes, dirt bikes, etc.

Let me start off by saying I live in Wisconsin, and I found a bike for a great price. I called them and the salesman sent me a 5 min. Video of a walk around the bike. I made up my mind a was going to drive to Minnesota and look at it in person. They were willing to meet me half way. I couldnt be happier with my buying experience!I worked with Ryan to purchase a 2003 Honda Shadow. I finalized my purchase at the last minute just before closing time. They got my bike through the shop to make sure everything was good and ready for me to ride with Ryan ending up being the last guy to leave the store.Ryan is a very kind, no pressure type of salesman. It seemed like the word had been spread around the store so as employees walked by, they made sure to congratulate me on my purchase which was pretty cool considering how excited I was.I had been in the store multiple times before finalizing my bike purchase and have never felt any sort of negativity. The store and all of the employees give of a very light, I WANT to be here type of attitude.I could not recommend Starr Cycle more!!

Great selection of used bikes. Would give it a higher rating, but their selection of used motorcycles is lower than I anticipated. They could do a dealer trade, but wanted to see the physical bikes for comparison.

Purchased my Honda CBR250R there a few years ago. Ever since, they have been there to help me whenever I had questions and even fixed the poor thing up when I had eventually scratched it up. The people at star know their stuff and are happy to pass that knowledge on. If you want to get into riding, this is the place to go if only for information but especially for a bike.

IF YOU DONT WANT A CAR, GO TO STARR!! I got a bike from starr about a year ago used and a very fair price. The staff are100% for the customer. If your looking for a bike this is the place to go. The service team is fair and everyone is very friendly. I have my honda shadow there getting work done right now. I seen a 2001 gold wing for 6,000 bucks in amazing shape. I would have got it but Im poor. So if you love Hondas like I do go check it out.

Do not have your bike worked on here. They worked on my bike a while back and torqued the tire way past factory specs. Breaking the speedometer bracket in the process.They mounted the tire backwards on a friends bike, making it unsafe with minimal breaking. They said they worked on valves on a friends superhawk but turns out they never took it apart. They blew the front forks on a test ride on another bike. So they dont care or dont know what their doing. Take your bike somewhere else to have work done.

Stopped in today to check out some Honda Groms, didnt know they closed at 3 and walked in at 2:58, was greeted by Bryan who talked with me and walked me through the paces with the grom, got me estimates and everything. 3:30 rolled around and a light shut off on the showroom floor, which only then Bryan informed me that they had closed a half hour ago. Amazing to me that someone would take an extra half hour after close to help out customers, even a customer like me who is coming to look at a first bike and knows next to nothing when it comes to the whole ordeal. No doubt if I buy a grom come summer, Ill be taking my business to Starr Cycle.

Service is super slow and unreliable. Expecially if youre riding on 2 wheels last thing you want is some un professional shop messing with your life. Let me make that clear. Negligence in the shop can kill somebody. Used and new bikes fairly priced. Id take my bike somewhere else for service.
