So you can’t fully “blame” on Grill Gauchos something that you might not liked in the grill you bought.And we did, we got the Tromen Pampeana - over is good.Not liking the paint started to peel off from the first fire, and then rust easily will access those areas without paint.Now it makes sense why the owners grill was at the shop getting repainted.As I said, the service was great and truly overall I’m happy with the grill.I give Grill Gauchos 5 starts.

Went to the store today and immediately was greeted by Raymond, he was very friendly and his knowledge was immense. Needless to say I was 110% sold on this great product (Pampeana) and Raymond was very transparent on every aspect of the grill. Amazing place with great variety of grills and accesories. I have purchased a brasero grill a few months ago and have been using it every week with great results. I only had a small issue with one of the parts and the owner went above and beyond to have it corrected immediately. They also delivered the grill in only about 2 hrs after placing the order!! Delivered it to my place and put it together. Highly highly recommended!!! I also bought a disco de arado from them, as well as a stand to smoke /grill “gaucho” style. I could not be happier with my purchases! I recommend visiting the showroom as they have very cool accessories and they also go the extra mile in explaining the various grills and making a recommendation based on your needs.

Having followed them in Instagram @grillgauchos for a while I finally had the chance to visit their store just before Christmas 2019. Immediately there I was taken care by Raymond and Nerea and all my needs addressed professionally and passionately. As an Argentinean natural I could really relate to their love for grilling. I purchased a Tromen Gaucha at the spot and had their help to ship it to Houston, where I live. Throughout the logistics, all information was provided and the delivery took place even before original estimations. The grill arrived in South Dakota from Florida on time, as well as in excellent condition. The latter is easy to assemble and for those who like to be able to barbecue well in the Argentinean style with firewood and fathoms, it is ideal due to its size and the possibility of having a fire pit. Highly recommended both the product and the customer service. I bought a Parrilla Pampero w / Brazier as well as a cast iron disk for cooking from Grill Gauchos.
