I did an online photo order and received the email to pick it up in store. I verify with the associate that I had the correct address and gave her my name. She stated she doesnt have any orders for that name. The order was sitting right in front of her but she was spelling my name wrong. I found her to be very short and unfriendly. Rude and impatient. Her name was Michelle and she was a team management associate. I will no longer do business at that location. There was no reason for her snide attitude.

I’m here on vacation from another state and I forgot to refill my birth control back home before flying here to myrtle beach. I called this pharmacy and after a weird phone glitch I was able to get amazing help with refilling my prescription. I was doing mail order so they were nice enough to write me a script for a 1 month supply of what I was already taking for years (laws wouldn’t allow a 3 month supply) so that I wouldn’t have to go off my birth control for the week. I can’t remember the woman’s name who helped me but I’m sure if she sees this she’ll remember the phone glitch and me saying “please don’t hang up again” haha. Amazing staff even with how busy they looked and were patient with me. They even added a coupon card to my prescription since my insurance only covers 3 months at mail order! I used to be a pharmacy tech and know that takes extra time so I’m very thankful for this pharmacy for taking time out of their busy day to find me a coupon card for my prescription. Amazing store, will definitely be using this one for the next vacation if I need it.

I made an appointment for COVID-19 shot on September 27. I got there and waited and nobody told me anything. They were obviously behind schedule and shortstaffed. The person giving the shots was also waiting on customers at the cash register. Then she gave people shots that had appointments after me.When I asked her a question she was rude to me and told me to sit down.It was organized and she was unprofessional. I wished I had gone to a real medical facility

You’d think that after years of complaints, they’d update their hours. But here I am, 15 minutes after it’s supposed to be open, and there’s not a soul here. Judging by the lack of cars, I’d say they probably open at 9, not 7. I’d really like to take my medication today, but apparently that’s going to be a challenge. Updated hours aren’t that big of a deal until you’re messing with people’s medication, which could be life-saving. Get it together because at this point, it’s a serious ethical issue that management clearly does no care about. Years of no effort to update these hours, which I have done for businesses in *minutes* when I worked for a company. Keep this in mind when you give your prescriptions here.

I went into this location today to speak with someone in the pharmacy to figure out why my insurance wasnt working on my meds. First of all, the girl whom came to the counter to help me act like it was an inconvenience for her to even come over and speak with me. Her body language and tone was very condescending and she kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain the situation and that I came back because the lady who helped me before told me to come back. I cant remember her name but I do recall her having a nose ring. Needless to say this is the worst experience Ive ever had at any CVS and Ill never come back to this location ever again and Im pretty sure Im going to just transfer my meds to another pharmacy.

CVS does not care about its customers. The meds are highly overpriced. They dont help u find the lowest price and they say they price match, when they dont. My RX was $140.16 at their pharmacy. I went to Kroget and I was charged $18.61. Move your prescriptions. They are crooks and they boast about it.

Last night I drove over half an hour, from NC, to get here just because according to this page (and the CVS app, to be fair) this CVS was the only one open anywhere near me. I arrived shortly after 10 pm which shouldn’t have been an issue because the store was supposed to be open until midnight. I had coupons to use that expired that night and I had my whole list planned out and everything. I go to walk in the store and it’s closed. CLOSED. Two very unofficial signs taped in the window stating their hours. Apparently they close at 9, which would be a cool thing to know before I dragged myself down here. Again, CVS App and Google maps said store hours were 7 am - 12 am. Don’t advertise to the world that you’re open when you’re not. Don’t disrespect your customers like that. The debris from road construction on the way literally damaged my vehicle and the drive was so stressful, so I had to figure out an alternate route home. I didn’t get any of the things I badly needed that are only carried at CVS. Today, the Customer Service reps were kind but not terribly helpful. The lady couldn’t even say that anything would be done to change the hours posted on the app! What’s even the point of listing hours if you make no effort for accuracy? They tried to make it so that I could use the coupons that had expired but were unable to do that either. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I’ve never been so disappointed in CVS.

Ive always been happy with CVS - until a few weeks ago when I had a phone encounter with a rude pharmacy assistant. She interrupted me repeatedly, never listened, and then hung up on me .Tonight I was the third car in line at the pharmacy, and it took 20 minutes to get through the line. When I got to the window, I sat and watched the lady put bags of medicines into bins while she ignored the window. I finally blew the horn, thinking she didnt see me. She ignored me and put up more meds. When I mentioned the wait, she said she couldnt be everywhere. Taking care of customers comes first, and there is no excuse for rudeness.Revised. After reading the other reviews and seeing the lack of response and concern from employees in the pharmacy, I am transferring my prescriptions to a store that cares about its customers.

My husband had fallen and was bleeding out of his Bandaids. We thought we could be seen by the minute clinic since all the advertising says walk ins welcome but the woman said she wouldnt see him without an appointment. Its by appointment only she said again. Fix your advertising CVS or fire the nasty person who isnt following your policys.

I have been waiting for three weeks now for someone from CVS to contact me about a run in with two rude pharmacy employees, one of them was the pharmacy manager.I guess my only recourse now is the only way I can make myself heard is to do this review.My second option is to no longer use the CVS in North Myrtle Beach. After almost 20 years of using CVS for all of my healthcare needs it comes to this. I will no longer take my prescriptions or my familys prescriptions there. I will also tell anyone who cares to listen not use CVs period. There are plenty of options available.

The pharmacist (Zach) is a joke. I dont think he has any clue how to do his job, he certainly does not have any customer service skills. For that reason and many others, plus 2 other CVS pharmacies near to this one, this one should be closed and Zach should be fired. He has no ability to deal with the public. There was an issue with a prescription, totally made up in his head. He absolutely refused to listen to me, he embarrassed me, belittled me, and yelled at me in front of customers and staff for no reason. He actually said when it comes to your prescriptions, I am God I never became nasty with him, not even once, even though I had every right to be. A nice woman handed me her name and number on my way out and said I heard and saw everything, if you need me call. I suffer from a few serious psychological issues, and he triggered every one. I cannot explain how this made me feel, but I can assure you they are going to find out. Although I suffer from certain mental issues, this in no way makes me unintelligent. In fact just the opposite, and they will definitely find out because I will certainly not let this go. The manager was nice though so 1 star.

Ive been going to this CVS for 20 years. They are always clean, efficient, and helpful. Well, with this one exception:Avoid Ashley in the pharmacy. Shes very impatient and short on the phone. She Interrupted me 3 times before I could finish my sentence. When I asked her please not to interrupt me mid sentence, she actually hung up on me. Her supervisor in the pharmacy is far more helpful if you have more than a yes/no question.

Not only is this the absolute WORST run establishment, but the people who work the pharmacy are incredibly rude, most of the time I need a script filled they don’t even have them in stock so I have to go to a different CVS and then to top off this enchanting experience, the pharm techs, (who always seem so friggen bothered to help you and do their job), can’t seem to help themselves treat me like a drug addict when I call for refills solely because I take 1 controlled substance. I dread every month when I need to call. If you have a different option for a pharmacy I highly suggest using it.

Store is clean and most people working there are nice. My 1 star rating is for Zach, a person who calls himself a pharmacist but is very rude to his customers. I asked to be taking off of auto fill and he was loud with his answer that there was nothing he could do about it. Then I was charged $31 for a prescription that was actually $0 with my insurance and when I complained he told me he could refuse filling it if he wanted too. My next contact will be with CVS headquarters about his customer service.

My Dad, a retired physician from out of state needed a prescription refilled (long story) so we made an appointment with the Minute Clinic, and the RN that assisted us could not have been nicer or more competent. She asked all the right questions, and was charming with my 87 year old Dad. Thank you Jennifer Humphreys for saving the day! I’m very impressed with the quality of this service.

I can see why they have such a low review. I am starting to get sick (very sick), my doctor called in a script for me.They close at 6pm, I showed up at 5:55pm. The drive up window was already closed. I quickly parked and RAN inside. As soon as I walked in the door (5:58pm) I looked up at the pharmacy and the metal barrier was already down. I got to the counter at 6:00pm on the dot and said “I thought you close at 6:00pm? I was at the window 5minutes ago”. A voice from the other side rudely said, “sir we have to close at 6pm, you were not at the window at 5:55pm”.I said, “can I please just get my Madison?” They ignored me like I wasn’t there.If I was late, I understand, but I had a few minutes to spare.

This CVS needs MAJOR training in customer service & how to do their job well. I have had complications getting my prescription filled & they dont seem to know how to do their job properly. You guys do know you are dealing with medications & need to be sure you are getting prescriptions filled correctly. Not sure if it is the management here or what... but please, learn how to be nice to your customers and how to be knowledgable & professional while on the job. I do not feel welcome when I come to this CVS pharmacy. For these reasons, I am not returning. See ya!

I know nothing about the service 3d shift service, but 1st shift: I will never be back. Tiffany, pharmacy assistant, did not know where Cold-Eeeze is kept, and when a coworker whispered the answer to her she muttered the answer to me. When I asked her to repeat it, she said 10-a (or whatever) in a tone and with an expression that let me know I was beneath contempt. I admit, I was dressed like a tourist and my hair was pretty wild from the water and the wind, but I really was nice and polite, and no customer should ever be treated that way. I do not believe Tiffany is alone in her aggravation with customers, because at the front, when I asked Brittany to use the pen, she also was terribly aggravated with me until she saw me writing down the name of the manager, and then she was suddenly Ms. personality.

Went into minuteclinic bc i didnt want to use urgent care while here on vacation, i also dont have any insurance and i spend less than $200! i held my spot in line, online when i woke at 10:30 and they informed me to show up around 11:40am and got in at 11:43am. i was diagnosed with bronchitis, dr. S. Gniadek was very friendly we even had a good laugh. the pharmacy had my meds and inhaler ready in under 5 min and we were off back to my family vacation. would highly recommend cvs and holding a spot in-line, online before you arrive!

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would.Im a single mom, who works a billion hours a week, drives far too much each day... I often plan my routes and stops efficiently to maximize the little free time I do have... so when I search your store hours and it says open til midnight and I pull up at 10:17 to a sign on the door that says you closed at 10 pm I get REALLY REALLY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED that I have to turn around and BACK TRACK to find a drug store.

I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. A pharmacy intern was nice enough to try and help me find what I needed since an actual pharmacist (there were 4 working today) didnt even bother to look at the photo of the product I needed, which the doctor had me take and told me it was over the counter. Instead the pharmacist told me all of that brand was on aisle 2. After failing to find the product by myself AND with the pharmacy assistant or intern, I simply left. I am absolutely livid since I was told it was over the counter which I reiterated to the pharmacy intern and they would not even take the time to look at the picture and check for me. I will never be back to this location!!!
