I took my car in because it was making noises when turning the steering wheel. Jerry found the problem with the steering, but also took a look around and found that the frame was cracked, making the car unsafe to drive on the road. Its thanks to him finding this that I didnt get in a deadly accident after hitting a hard bump on the road. I will absolutely be back to have my new car serviced in the future.

I cant say enough good things about Jerry and Premier Auto. When we moved to the area in 2016, we started bringing our 16-year-old van to him. Hes fixed so many things on that van, always with high quality, reasonable prices, and great customer service. One time, my van died as I was pulling into the shop, and Jerry and his staff rushed out to help me push it the rest of the way in.Now as were on the journey of replacing that van, Jerry has been so helpful about inspecting cars and steering us in the right direction through the process. If youre looking for a dependable mechanic--when you need to say, Ill have my guy look at it--Jerry is it.

Im so happy I was referred to Premier Auto. I called multiple places in the area to get price estimates on front brakes and rotors. Every place I called quoted me around $550-$700. I called Premier, not only did they quote me a much more affordable price, they asked if I wanted to come in right then and there AND then had it done in about an hour. This was all at the end of their work day and before closing at 6:00. They are so friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Its so hard to find a reliable and trustworthy place that I feel comfortable going to. Im so impressed with the high quality service I received today. I just bought a car and needed to find a mechanic in my area. I was drawn to Premier Auto Service due to the outstanding reviews and boy, I couldnt be happier with the service provided. After the inspection, Jerry called and explained what could wait and what needed to be prioritized. He was able to replace a tie rod, resonator pipe, and rotate and balance the tires the same day I dropped the car off for a very reasonable price! The shop itself is very clean and the staff is professional which what I liked the most.Jerry helped me out when I got there, he was knowledgeable and professional.My car had bad back breaks and I thought I had a tire issue, he got it diagnosed very quickly and proposed a same day repair. So i decided to try the place out; All of the reviews were 100% accurate. I got the oil change and tire rotation, but also ended up with new rear breaks. Everything from customer service to pricing is top of the line and I will definitely be taking my cars there from now on!

I just had my first service at Premier Auto Service. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The guys in the shop were so nice! The shop was clean and organized. I didnt have to wait for an appointment and my car was done very quickly! After I got my car back, I noticed it was not as smooth as it had been before I had the service done. I called and talked with Jerry and he had me bring the car back in and within an hour or so he figured out the problem, which happened to be my fault for waiting so long for a tire rotation. Jerry fixed the problem and didnt hit me with any surprise charges. He was honest and very helpful! I will be using Premier Auto Service from now on and would recommend it to my friends and family!!!
