Wow went in to buy a new windshield wiper and salesman came out to look at it and said yours isn’t broken. Proceeded to properly snap it in place no charge!

Pretty standard auto parts store. Fast friendly service. Had the parts i needed.extra points for being open during ONREY the failure of a hurricane.

Auto zone in North Providence is a very clean and friendly place to get everything for you vehicle. I picked up some car scents today so my car would smell nice on the inside. Many different choices today. One of the associates even tried to ring me out while he was on lunch.

Employee very very helpful. Tested and charged my battery and even installed it for me.

Helpful staff huge inventory. If your vehicle needs it they probably have it. Reasonable prices.

These guys are honest brokers of a better kind...Very helpful!...I have an older foreign car of which is a challenge to maintain, so I often find myself replacing the simple things..In this case it was the low beam headlight... Understand that a burned bulb on Mineral Springs is a recipe for North Providence finest to dig in an old guys wallet...Just saying!!...Its no secret... Anyway, to the point I had a gentleman (Anthony) from this location both field my call for my bulb search and proceeded to install the light upon my purchase...He had it waiting for me...This goes back to my earlier now edited post that this North Providence location is exceptional...Kudos to management who obviously knows how to spot talent... I upped initial four star to a new well deserved five star...God bless this place...North Providence needs these guys...

Parking lot is a bit of a mess but thats nobodys fault that works there, its corporate. Worker helped me pick an AC recharge kit and as stupid simple a request he allowed me to borrow a pair of scissors to open up the kit and I appreciated that. Some stores wouldnt lend you something simple like that so thank you very much.

Been here 6 different times for a belt. Each time, they gave me the wrong belt. Its like they were just guessing instead of actually looking it up to see what kind I needed.

These guys are all about customer service. They are not afraid to get out of the store to help with logistical part issues on your vehicle. Theyll come out help you install basic things like air filters and windshield wipers. They installed my wipers (I could have done it myself but they offered) about a month ago. One of them flew off and went bye bye on I95. I went back and they replaced it for free with another gratis install. I hope this one stays on.

I havent been to AutoZone in many years and OMG did inflation take presidents. 1qt. of oil was 7.49 as opposed to the 2003 price of 3.28. So needless to say I was a bit blown away by the prices for auto parts & accessories. My opinion of this store though was excellent, everything I needed and more was there for the taking, aah I mean the buying. So, if you have the time and need speciality parts etc., AutoZone is the joint to frequent. - P. Howarth44

On a previous post I dogged Bald Hill Kia because they wanted to charge me $50 to install five bulbs. I was already pissed at their service so I didnt want to give them any more money if I didnt have to.That leads me to Heriberto and Darrell over at Auto Zone on No. Main Street. I walked in that store as stupid as can be. I had no idea what I was looking for and these guys came from behind the counter to help me get the right bulbs. Customer service is sorely lacking in the retain industry and these guys have restored my faith in the possibilities of good customer service when folks care and are good at what they do.

The staff was wonderful helpful and so friendly.. I know nothing about cars! Id prob be annoyed with my self had I been the associate lol none the less he took his time and also exchanged the wrong lights I bought for the rite lights and also installed them for just purchasing them there which I thought was awsome!!

Decent selection of auto parts and accessories, but sometimes the stock is limited. Great rewards program for frequent shoppers.
