The coffee was really good and I am a purist. It was smooth and not acidic or bitter. It was hot but not lava hot and ready when I pulled up to the window.

Always exponentially slow, even if its just two customers. My basic Starbucks drink is usually made incorrectly and Ill have to go to a real Starbucks and have my coffee remade. Id wait for them but I may die before they actually make it right.

Too pricey. For the cost of their drinks ($6+) they should get it right every time. They dont.
