Not all NAPA stores are the same I’m guessing. I was on the hunt for a license plate socket and pigtail for my truck. After going to the dealer where they wanted $80. for the two parts, I went to a NAPA in my home town (Tewksbury). I knew more than they did, and after 24 hours they still didn’t have the parts. And when asked when they would arrive, I was told when the driver gets here. Taking a chance I stopped in at t together NAPA store in N. Reading. They had what I needed. Friendly and helpful. And I’m $50 in the plus. My new parts store for sure. And unlike a previous poster, for all I care they can talk about whatever they want.

They have what you want but it isnt good customer service thats for sure. You feel more like an inconvenience to the staff than a customer.

The place to go if you like Fox News blasting while in the store and very uninformed and generally insulting conversations among staff about Trump and politics. SHAME ON NAPA FOR ALLOWING POLITICALLY DIVISIVE CONVERSATIONS BY STAFF IN STORE. I wasn’t the only person in the store at the time.

Good service by friendly people. Great price on the parts I came for (about 40% cheaper than Autozone), about all I could ask for.

Got some auto cleaners here, not a huge variety, but they had what I needed, it wasnt busy and I was in and out.

I bought a caliper assembly from an online retailer, and they sent the wrong part. I started the job without verifying the part, so I was hosed. Up on stands with a broken brake line, I needed an immediate, local solution. I called Napa, and they had one at a warehouse. I asked if they could delivery, and they didnt hesitate. Said 2 hours, showed up in one. Very satisfied overall, will definitely be going back. Thanks again guys, youre real lifesavers!
