This is one of my favorite places to shop in the area. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. Hitesh and Karen are the best- they will go out of their way to assist and never will you hear them say No or Its not my job like you get in retail a lot . I am a Top Performer in my job at customer service and these 2 people fit the bill as well. They have had some great deals on items as well. Its not easy to save money anymore but here you can, and I enjoy trading where the people make it fun. Its a nice break from making shopping chores tedious.

I came in to grab a few things after an awful day at work, I just wanted to get home, and the line was a little bit long with one cashier. Her name was Karen, and she was so personable and friendly and it was just what I needed after such a rough day. She apologized that the line was long after seeing me struggle with the amount of things I had in my hands and helped me with my rewards account. The exchange really made me smile and I am so thankful for her bright spirit and friendly attitude!

I always have a pleasant experience at this Walgreens. I find that as everywhere else, if you are warm and friendly, your experience will reflect that with the persons who are there to serve you. I have seen customers with mean attitudes expecting privileged treatment. The workers there are helpful and willing even when customers are irate and unfriendly. Respect goes both ways, always.

Woman working the pharmacy was super rude. Arguing with her other co-worker and very condescending to me. I think I inconvenienced her by existing.

Worst customer service. Went into the store to buy the laundry detergent on sale no where did they have a sign that says there is a limit. When I was about to finish paying the manager came up and said you can’t get all of those only 4 I said ok where does it say that, is there a sign or is it in the flyer? He said no. So basically they can just make whatever rules they want when they want. Fine but you just lost a customer that shops at Walgreens 2-3 times a week. And I can also take my money elsewhere. I wasn’t even taking half of what they had, it doesn’t even look like they sold much. I never have a problem following the limit 4 when it’s actually posted so the customer knows about it prior. There are other stores that have sales also. No wonder various locations near me are closing bad customer service and expensive prices on stuff not on sale.

If I could put half a star I would. Representatives never pick up always disconnect call. Unprofessional

Great service. Like the drive up pharmacy options. Dont like the shortened hours.

This is the WORST Walgreens in the world! The Pharmacists are the most ignorant people Ive ever met.. I live in North Reading, and go to Malden, thats hott with bad they are..

Visiting from out of town and our two year old had an accident and needed an urgent care visit and a prescription. The pharmacy closed as we walked up to the counter. If I could rate it a zero I would.

All are very pleasant and helpful.
