EZ online shopping, able to find what I needed, find a discount code that actually applied at check out, and quick pick up. Received another discount or refund for something having to do with core deposit, that was credited directly to my credit card, when I dropped off my old battery, while picking up my new one. Sean and his team are amazing! THE BEST customer service of any place Ive been to. When i walked in the store today there were about 6 people in line ahead of me, and within 3 minutes everyone was taken care of and on their way. I brought my cell phone to Sean so he could clean my charging port... it was dirty, and i couldnt charge my phone. He had it cleaned in 30 seconds and ready to go. Great place to go for batteries and cell phone repairs! Honest, quick, and super friendly!!

Went in to get a fob replaced. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt have all my fobs and the clerk said he would give me a break on the price of reprogramming when I return. We shall see.

Sean was awesome! He assisted with me with installing a battery that was clearly dead. I was at a different franchise and the gentleman knew my battery was dead and offered to have the corrosion cleaned off the battery. Will come back again.

If you cannot find the battery you want or need these people probably have it or can order it. I have an old VCR (video camera rdcorder) that records on video tape like you find at Blockbusters long ago, which I found in the trash and these people had the battery for it that is recharged when your use an extention cord for reordering from a tripods etc. 📼 !Cherokee 🏹 Mike

I feel bad about not liking this, the employees are great; The manager on the other hand was rude. I brought back a car battery that was still under warranty but he didnt want to honor the warranty because he said the voltage was too low.I started to ask him what happens to the battery that causes that, but he would keep cutting me off, talking over me. Gave me a dishonest fast talking used car dealer vibe.Maybe it was an off day, but I think I will still find a place with a better warranty and hopefully a manager with a calmer, professional demeanor.

This is my second visit for iPhone battery/screen. Jason, the assistant manager, goes above and beyond to help customers. He was willing to stay late to fix my screen. Service was fast and friendly. He was also kind enough to let my toddler use the employee restroom while we waited. Thank you! I appreciate it!

I have always gone to Walmart for auto batteries. I have a battery that is hard to find so I tried to call WM to save time. I called five, not one store ever answered their phone. I called Batteries Plus, they had it in stock, good price, great warranty, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I also found out they install phone batteries while you wait. No more Apple stores or mailing it off. These guys are great and know their stuff. Glad I have a new go-to for all my battery needs.

They did not fix my battery on my phone and Im not satisfied with that, I paid 75 for the repair and it still wont charge even wirelessly

Took my sons iPhone in a few weeks ago to get a new battery. Well before they did it I told them it did have water damage and I had to get the screen fixed on the front and back. They processed to put a new battery in it and I payed for it. When he was done, it was showing in the battery health life that his battery max capacity was %100. Well as of this past weekend it won’t hold a charge and after a full nights charge it still shows %0. We took his phone back here last night and he was saying because it had water damage there is nothing they could do. Well my question to him was “well then why did y’all put a new battery in it and make me pay for that knowing before it had water damage to it????” To be honest they should have gave me a refund then and there. But no I got excuse after excuse. Total BS! Will never go back to this place ever again for anything! They just wanted my money I guess.

Had to special order my car battery,these folks took care of it for me quickly and efficiently. They even installed it for me,no extra charge. They have every kind of battery you can imagine and if the one you need isnt in stock they can order it.

I went to this battery store at 2:30 pm on 12/09/2020. The kid working there was not helpful whatsoever, as a matter of fact he acted as if he was doing me a favor talking to me. I was looking for a battery for a robot vacuum. I told him the brand of vacuum I have and he pointed out 2 batteries they had in stock. I asked him if one of them would work with my vacuum, he said he didn’t know. I asked him to check and see if one of them would work with my vacuum, he said he had no way of checking since he had no access to Google.This kid has no business attending a store with the attitude he has. He could at least pretend to be happy a customer walked into the store.I will never go to this battery store again. Hopefully the owner fires him before he loses more customers.

Great experience. They allowed me to bring in the ride on toy I needed to get a battery for. They took it apart and figured out everything I needed to get it running again! They were very awesome and super patient! They got me a battery and a charger put everything back together and even loaded it back up in my trunk for me.

I have a Samsung smartphone and the back glass had broken and I needed to get it repaired. Samsung was too expensive and it would be a week or more due to shipping to get my phone back. I called Batteries Plus and the have Samsung OEM parts, as well as certified by Samsung, and charged the standard $80 but they had a deal going on for $10 off with and online appointment, even better! They didnt have my color in since it is a newer phone, but talked to Johnny and he told to to let the manger know that I wanted my original color and they ordered right there and there was a week to get it but worth the wait to have my phone back to new, in my opinion new phone. Since they offer the OEM parts is also a great reason because I like having original parts on an expensive phone. I had also picked up a new car battery same day after ordering it online and that was 10% off with an online pickup order. Great deals and discounts on those same deals. Friendly crew as well, easy to talk to and get advice on some things. Thanks!

Well I needed to replace my key fob and they would not tell me the kind of battery I needed. Wouldn’t show how it’s done. Was not the nicest person. I will never do business at this place again. So sad they lost my business bc they refused to show how to change the battery and charged me 12 to do it. A holes.

Your customer service agent was so bad that Im not even sure the wty will be worth pursuing if an issue comes up. Just so you know the man hung up so currently have 300 dollars on my debit card. Walmart has a better support who arent even there!!!

I went by for a battery for my Lexus key fob. The person asked me if I wanted a two year battery or a life time one? I said two year one. This honest gentleman came out to me and said a life time battery of theres was installed. And the replacement would be no charge. Ill be back.

Helpful staff and pretty much have the batteries you need. The store was out of stock on the battery that I needed and they called to other stores to locate the availability of the battery and gave me the option to pick it up at another store or wait for the battery to arrive in their store. The chargers that I ordered on-line were out of stock at the store for pick-up. The staff kept me informed on the availability of the order and when the product arrived. Good customer service.

Great service! We went in to get the battery replaced for our car key fob. This is our second time visiting this location, and it had been over year since the first one. I had forgotten I had paid for a lifetime warranty which includes a free replacement. Staff looked up our account, saw we had purchased the warranty and replaced the battery free of charge. Nice! Several years ago I had watch batteries replaced on four different watches. they offer a price that includes lifetime replacement if you do it once if it needs it again its free. I went back recently because I had several of these watches needed new batteries they replaced them all quickly happily no questions no resistance none of the stuff you expect when trying to redeem some kind of a warranty like that. So they have a loyal customer now Id say always get your batteries replaced there.

Sean couldnt Make a key that had a chip in it because theyre not allowed to get into the vehicle for the programming component; so he was nice enough to repair my key for me at no charge. I will drive out of my way to buy batteries and bulbs from this location. Great customer service!

Excellent Personal service, good potential discounts. The AGM vehicle batteries have an excellent warranty. Coupled with online discount and a $30 rebate, it was also at a competitive price. Two items were annoying, however: 1. You MUST order online to use the online discount code, and 2. I only received the 20% discount code on my home PC, but not on my phone. Once I had the code, however, I was able to perform the online transaction on my phone from the store. I do not know why stores play these games!!!

Excellent customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable of various tech related to electronics. Walked in wanting a IPhone Home button repaired that was stuck, causing the Iphone to be useless.. (Never activated Face recognition) :-(Rather than reach in my pockets for sales they honestly recommended the button be bypassed due to high cost of repair & complications communicating with Apple. Like an expert, somehow accessed my phone into settings and activated the home button icon unlocking my phone for use again! 5 STAR SERVICE INDEED!

Went in for a new cell phone battery and AD card. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable. He put the battery in for me . We were in and out within 15 - 20 minutes with all of the help and explanations.

I have been here twice once for work, and once for myself. Each time I felt rushed; staff actions bordered on impatient. I went there looking for a battery for my truck. As soon as I made the comment that Walmart had it cheaper the guy started walking away. Batteries Plus had a better quality/warranty for $30 more, however, I gladly went back to Walmart.

I like batteries plus bulbs because they honor their warranties. I had several watches batteries replaced a few years ago and they told me at the time that they would replace them for the lifetime of the watch. So a few years later when I went back with those watches they stood right behind it no questions no forms no nothing they just acknowledged that they were their batteries theyd replaced and they did them didnt have to even get a receipt it was awesome. And they did it fast.

Online ordering went fine. In the memo field I said I wanted my cousin to pick up the battery for me. He lives near the store. I live an hour away. I included his name and phone number. When I called them, they said they couldnt release the battery without my Drivers License and the Credit Card. It would have been nice if they had mentioned this online.Also, same thing with the core refund. They require the Credit Card in hand to do the refund. Really? You have all the info in your computer but you want the card? Everybody in the rest of the world can scan the receipt. BPB needs to get better IT people to build a better system.

I came here today to get a battery replaced on my watch and didn’t realize my watch actually had three batteries in it. While it was getting worked on I was informed that while changing my battery out they had dislodged one of the pieces on my watch. They called a watch repair place in which they work with to get it repaired ASAP. Though it was a little inconvenient they replaced all the batteries and had it repaired to perfect condition at no cost to me. I have them a 5 star rating because they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I understand customer service because in the industry I work in and manage I encounter lots of customers and sometimes things happen and you need to take care of the customer. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to take care of my situation!

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had an iPhone battery replaced and expected a several hour service like one gets at Apple stores.
