Karen and her staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating! They didn’t have what we were looking for but went above and beyond to help us find it. Cannot say enough about their kindness. They truly love people at Med-Equip, Inc.

The evening before I was sent to the hospital with Covid pneumonia, I needed oxygen. My doctor tried to find a place with oxygen available, and couldnt. My daughter got on the phone and called medical supply places in DFW, and happened upon Med-Equip. I cant say enough wonderful things about this company! First, they had one of their staff stay in the office after hours so a friend could go pick the equipment up and bring it to me. After being hospitalized over a week, I had to have a portable tank to make the trip home. Even though the decision to release me wasnt made until the evening, they brought a portable tank to my hospital room. (Mind you, the company is in North Richland Hills, and the hospital was in southwest Ft. Worth.) Every time I have spoken to someone from the company on the phone, they have been incredibly helpful and caring. They are the best! Should I ever need oxygen in the future, I will do my best to use Med-Equip. I highly recommend them.

Oh. My. Goodness! This business was an answered prayer! They answered my call right away during the 2021 snowstorm and got me in touch with a dr that opened his business (closed due to the storm) just to run a sleep study on me and get me a prescription so I could replace my broken cpap machine. This woman is remarkable and went above and beyond to help me! I highly recommend Med-Equip!

Alicia is a godsend! Handled all my mothers needs from moving out of state to Texas answered any questions I had and help me every step of the way I would highly recommend to all my friends and family thank you so much for all your help
