My favorite paint store.They always have what I need

This morning my teenage daughter went to the PPG location in North Richland Hills TX. We needed a gallon of paint a specific color that we had previously purchased at a different PPG location (Benbrook, TX ). The man at the store (didnt catch his name) told her she would need to go back to the Benbrook store where we had purchased previously to get the same shade of paint. He seemed like he just didnt want to help her and was very standoffish. We know the information was incorrect, the color we needed was a PPG color which can be duplicated at any one of their locations. It is obvious that he simply did not want to assist her. Which leads us to believe that he gave her incorrect information because she is a young lady. After we complete this project, we will no longer purchase PPG products. Please take the time to train your employees to be do their job and not be racial towards your customers regardless of their age or gender.

Excellent customer service. Really went above and beyond to help me match the paint on my walls, especially during a nationwide paint shortage.

Beto is the best! Im painting some furniture. He took the time to teach me and explain how to paint it. Beto did not over sell me with expensive extra products. He was kind and took his time! Good way for me to start the project!

Great paint however google is a liar. We do not sell automotive. PPG does manufacture automotive paint but it is sold through local dealers, the closest to this location being English Color on N College Cir. Wonderful staff and great deals!

If you want outstanding customer service and the best paint matches look no futher. This place is the only paint store i will trust with my home. Ppg paint goes on smooth and looks amazing for the price.

Dressed in my painters whites, looking absolutely unfamiliar with the store but in search of something in particular, I was greeted by the most nonchalant and skeptical looking fellow. Once Id found my items and headed to the counter and was asked if I had an account, as Id assume PPG would want every painter they met to have one, to which I replied that I didnt and that I rarely shopped there and that I typically used SW. No shock of insult or attempt to sway me to the dark side was offered. Theres the reason PPG will continue to play last fiddle to any other painting outfit. Ive been in local drywall specialty shops that have tried to get my business more aggressively than this blob of a human. Good luck!!
