Needed to transfer a phone line from a business account to an existing account. I stopped at the store to learn about available multi line plans for our existing account. Dave was extremely informative and helpful. I was able to complete the transfer by the time I left the store. I used to think I had to go to a Verizon “corporate” store for complex transactions. This store is very capable of assisting with all types of issues. I will definitely return.

This Verizon store is a cut above them all. The young man who helped my wife and I was extremely competent and knowledgeable about all areas of the business. He was responsive to our needs and listened intently to our many questions. In addition, he worked tirelessly to get us the best deal to meet our family’s needs. I would highly recommend this store as they are invested in the people they serve.

They were friendly and appeared knowledgeable but were unable to fix my problem. They ignore anyone who comes in if they are with a customer.

Totally neutral review. Had to wait 45 minutes to be served. Waited all that time, to be told that they wouldnt install a protective glass I bought for my s8, because I bought it myself.Okay first off, stop changing the rules....or follow them and dont make them up, I dont know? Ive lived here but your store for 16 years, and I have completely had this done before.The guy basically made me really upset, and then he decided to be a human and help me.He did a very good job though! I cant be completely negative here. The screen is just great.Like I said, totally neutral. Sorry, thats all I can do.

He was great. John was very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. John took the time to help me set up my phone and show me how everything worked. I wish everyone in customer service was as polite and patient and caring as John is. I was very impressed. This was actually a good experience for me since I am not a person that knows about cell phone use like the younger generation. He was very kind and understanding too and actually asked me if there was anything else I needed. I would give him a 10 star if I could.

My husband and I were blown away by the service we received by the store manager Nick. Couldnt recommend him more! We were gonna keep our old phones but after speaking with Nick he eased our concerns with getting into a couple new phones.

They were very helpful and VERY patient. (Cant say that about the store we picked our phones that we ordered online up at) They have great customer service skills (something you dont see a lot of these days in retail) Tiffany and Shane keep up the good work and thanks again for all your help.
