Went to the reopening today and am very happy with the changes. I would drive to the Johnston Aldi because they had a better selection and better flow to the store. With the new renovations it’s very comparable to the Johnston store and has a feel that it is much bigger now. Will be here again for my weekly grocery shopping!!

Love the store. Got there at 9.15am Monday, advertised special were not available. No driver for the truck per associate. Returned at 3.00pm still no special on shelves. Returned the next day, still did not have them. How about substituteing what you have for the special? I shop at Aldis weekly and spend at least $60 each trip. most of the time I would give five star rating. Thanks

This is a great little store. You can find awesome deals on dairy, fruit and meats. They have other random household items that change out every time I’m here. Everything is fresh and the employees are super nice. I think they’re going 100% organic soon. This isn’t a dingy discount grocer!!! Not at all. It’s clean and the produce is fresh. If you were careful you could probably feed a family on $100/week. There’s always ample parking. Bring you own bags (or pay $.10 for store bags) and be prepared to pack your own bags. All in - I love this little grocer. Food is fresh and prices are right!

I go here for weekly shopping, and usually spend $50 to $70 for 2 people. That includes gluten-free and dairy-free options with allergies in the household. Much better than the $100 per haul I was doing at SnS and Walmart!

Went today for the 1st time wasnt impressed at all.

Great selection, prices, quality and employees. And they have a twice as nice guarantee... the food is fresh or they pay you twice its worth.

Aldis is always fast, clean and the food, especially fruit and vegetables are good and much cheaper. I am so disappointed that they no longer have the fit and active ice cream bars, I used to buy 4 to 6 a week for my family

The store is quirky. You never know what you will find. Sometimes it is a hit or miss. But the deals are fabulous for great products!

I absolutely love Aldi. Their prices are low, for quality products. I so wish their hours of operation were longer, because Id frequent their store much more often! (Aldi nerd)

Thats my go to grocery shop. Walmart is right next door and may have some item much low cost than Aldi. But, Aldi just have the stuff that I need and its easy to find my items quickly. The staff are really nice and attentive to our needs. See you soon

Aldis low prices always help get me through the week when money is tight without sacrificing quality. Sometimes the long lines seem intimidating but the cashiers are quick. I guess the worst of it is when you forget a quarter for the shopping carts, but just about everyone will offer you their cart on the way to return it.

Closed for remodeling but no sign on store and nothing online about it being closed.

11/10 will always food shop here bc my cart is always full and I spend less than $100 everytime. Perfect if you have a big family to shop for. Wicked good prices.

Fair prices, good selection, friendly staff. I converted to Aldi a few years ago. Sometimes popular items are sold out. Organic chopped spinach is out of stock more than in. Also sometimes find trash outside the store. Other than that. Its solid.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. The store is dirty and i seen bugs crawling in and on the refrigerators and shelves. I would not let my worst enemy shop there. I cant believe the health department has not shut them down.

Good prices if your not hung up on brands. Their brands are usually just as good as name brands but cost less. Make sure u bring some shopping bags and a quarter to get a shopping carriage.

I love this place! They dont have multiple selection of each item as most other grocers do. And most of the products on the shelf are store brands but actually do a great job with quality. If you are entertaining, they have the best prices around for crackers and chips.

Some brand name products in minimalist setting. Get what you need and get out with a great deal. Produce and bread is top notch in comparison to major markets. Could use a deli but remember its minimalist approach will save you money.

If youre not hung up on name brands, you can save 1/2 on your food bill. Most of their house brands are good replacements. Some are actually better.

Aldi grocery store IS my favorite place for food shopping. Best prices on everything. ALDI offers a Twice as Nice double guarantee on their own brand items: If youre not happy with one of their products, they will replace the item AND refund your money. Just return the packaging and any unused product to the manager at your local ALDI store. Who else offers this!

I love going to this Aldis . Theyre pretty good at keeping the shelves stocked and the store is always nice and clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. You just cant beat the prices. The quality is equal to other name brands, and often times even surpasses them.

Best place to shop in a budget hands down! I love that you can get all of your household NECESSITIES and some bonus quality cheap accessories like socks and blankets and cooking pans! I am always amazed at the finds there, and I can fill up the fridge with organic quality produce and meats for under a 100 bucks. Their cheese selection is fantastic, and their meat is always fresh. Their frozen section is even better! Frozen green beans and broccoli for a dollar a bag. It makes it easy for me as a single mom of two growing boys to provide healthy meals on a strict budget. I love Aldi and I hope they continue to grow, while helping urban communities access affordable quality foods on a low income.

Like this store-great bread choices! Aldi is a smaller market & they offer all essentials plus a lot of gizmos & gadgets to browse thru. Bring your own bag or buy a few...they have a variety to choose from.

I shop there often. They have a lot of gluten free food which is very good because I am sensitive to gluten. But they also have specialty items during different seasons which is very nice. The prices are very affordable the food is very tasty. You can find very unusual things that you wont find somewhere else. The staff is very nice ice as well. All in all thats one of my favorite stores

I love Aldis. Their store brands are usually as good as or better than big name brands. Their prices for organic produce and meat make them affordable. I always spend at least a third of what I would spend at bigger stores.And the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Decent prices, high quality food and household products. Can save 30% over grocery store prices. Quick shopping 2,200 products. So popular sometimes out of products. Gets stock daily. Stock often varies so if you fall in love with something when it comes in buy several may be 6 months before you see it again.

Great place to buy no name foods. Much cheaper than any other super market.

Um, this place is amazing. I rarely go into Walmart anymore; prices are great, organic options galore and everything is good quality. Produce can be iffy at times but just takes a good inspection. Also keep an eye on the meats (yes even organic ones), use them same day/ freeze them and use them same day as unfrozen otherwise it’s a waste. Cheese selection is fantastic, crackers, salads, breads, frozen options for days. The prices can’t be beat- if you haven’t tried this place yet, put your opinions aside and go, save yourself some money!

The deals are unbelievable. The only place I grocery shop now. They have so many organic and gluten free choices that fits my family. Going to any other store Id be broke trying to get a cart full of gluten free food for my family of 8.

This place is great for what may be considered discount groceries. Sure some of the brands sound a little small, but as long as the food is still good Im all for it. Bring a quarter to unlock a carriage, though sometimes youll get lucky and find one in the lot. Additionally, bring your own bags. They will sell you reusable ones if you dont have any. You are also able to just grab empty cardboard boxes with a workers permission, in order to haul your groceries. The fruit and produce are really well priced and though you may not have the largest selection, it has all the basics. I will say, however, nuts like cashews and almonds are still just as expensive as if you bought them at stop and shop.

The Best!! This one in Westerly is a large grocery store. Almost all Aldis products are way better for way less. You must try!🙂👍👍👍

Great prices, a lot of organic and overall really good quality food. That said, I dont care for their potato chips. Its a small well organized store with a suprising amount of selection.

Typical Aldi Store, very busy first weekend of the month, typical fare available at standard prices.Quality isnt always what youd like for produce, especially if you are buying hints like onions or potatoes for long term storage. Ive certainly been to Aldos that seem to have less problems with longer term produce quality.That being said the cheap quality produce is perfect if you shop weekly and need to get some veggies in your diet without breaking the bank.Worth a drive if you have patience and need to cut the grocery bill down.This location is also centrally located to some other shopping options.

Went in a few days ago and the produce was not looking good at all. We actually left without getting anything don’t think we will be returning to this store. It also appeared the product was not kept cold? Maybe that’s why it was not looking fresh.

The N.Smithfield store does not have as much of a selection as other stores. Seems everything is jammed in together and hard to find. Does not appear as well organized as other stores. But I do love there prices!!

I stayed away from here for the longest time as I thought it was a junk food store. Once I realized they are European owned company I decided to visit. They have plenty of food with no added chemicals or high fructose corn syrup.

Wish they opened earlier in Sundays. Couch gets out at 9am but have to wait an hour if going here. Since that wont happen, they lose my business on Sundays when I needed coffee creamer, etc.

They close at 8 p.m. and you have to check out before 8:15 the cash registers automatically shut off. They should change the hours to 9 p.m. most Johnston shoppers do shop a little later. My wife did not like the store very little variety

Worth a trip here, even by bus, just for the gluten free breads! Best gluten free bread I can find. I didnt realize how much I missed a wrap until I found Aldis Live G Free wraps.Would be five stars if I could trust all products that are labeled no gluten to be GF. Read labels carefully & beware of malt & oats.Most of their product line isnt for me, but the bread is an inexorable draw and resistance is futile.

North Smithfield RI Aldi is usually out of produce advertised and many other sale items as well by Wednesday. I understand other Aldi always are well stocked. Would only rate at a two stars.
