I had issues with my washer spinning. I called spincycle after doing some pricing on a new washer. They responded right away and were out to fix it within three days. The repair man( Anthony) was very professional, polite, and safe with COVID. He fixed the issue quickly, which was the clutch. I’ve had no issues since and my washer is working perfectly. They even followed up with me to make sure everything was still working the way it should. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of appliance repair and wants to avoid buying brand new or used, their prices are responsible and fair

They came and did an easy fix first, trying to save me money. When that didnt fix it, they came and did the bigger fix, but didnt charge me another service fee. Very reasonable labor costs as well! I was very happy with their service, and would use again if needed. Me and my dryer are happy!

They communicated well and got us booked within a week of calling. I was happy about that. However, I feel they charged us far too much for a repair that took only a few minutes. They told my husband it was very involved, which I challenge since the guy was in and out. I understand they need to make a buck, but it was way more than we expected.

I called Spin Cycle because they are one of the few repair companies in the area that repair Samsung dishwashers. Samsung had sent me to a company out of Rochester that was booking one month out. I spoke to Vic on the phone. I told him that the dishwasher wasnt draining and that the error lights confirmed a draining issue. I mentioned to him that I had opened the bottom drain to see if anything was lodged in there, found nothing, and then closed it again. I told him I was in a jam because I have little kids stuck at home when theyre not at school. He refused to take the job because he said he didnt take jobs where the owner had attempted a repair, since he couldnt be sure what was done or wasnt done. I repeated that all I had done is to open the drain, look, and close it. He still refused. Apparently he didnt trust that what I said was true. He had the opportunity to help a paying customer in a tight spot, with basically nowhere else to turn, but refused. Bad business.

Does not stock parts. Does not answer the phone in timely manner. Promised Part in 2-3 days, it took two weeks! Would not pickup the phone and left several messages. Finally had another repair service do the job that had the part in stock. Find someone else.

We had an issue with our Dryer not working properly. When I set up the appointment I was offered a couple of items to check before they came out to avoid a service call. When they did come out technician knew exactly what the problem was and had it working great in under 20 minutes. Very friendly, knowledgeable and I felt the charge was reasonable. I will be using this service again for future needs. I highly recommend.

Our dryer door latch broke and we had a hard time getting any repair service to even call us back let alone show up! Once I called Spincycle, Vic called me back within the hour! Was so friendly and even recommended first that I may have a warranty. Once we determined that I didnt he was able to get Anthony to my house on the day I requested. Anthony couldnt have been friendlier and he not only fixed my dryer, he switched the hinge to make the door open on the more convenient side for access. VERY affordable prices. I was thrilled and will use Spincycle for all of our future appiance and AC needs from now on 😊

Our gas dryer wasnt drying clothes properly. Spincycle came right out and fixed the problem. They were very knowledgeable, (Anthony was our repairman) and very clean and kind. The price for the repair was very reasonable. He was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend using Spincycle appliance repair!

Very happy with the service of my refrigerator by Spincycle. Vic was able to come to my house a day after I called and fix the fridge that same day. I would highly recommend them.

Spin Cycle did not honor their guarantee on their work. I hired them to repair my washer that was not draining. They came out twice to fix the problem charging me almost $300 and the washer is still not draining. They refunded me only $70 so i coulnt sue them. On the third call to fix the issue, I was told by the owner that he would think about it, but never got back to me. Now I have to either hire another allpliance repair company or replace the washer thats only six years old. Big rip off.
