Needed a dent taken out of our brand new car (rear ended less than two months after buying it). They could not have been more professional or efficient, and the work is incredible: I had a friend who hadnt seen it after it was damaged and I had to show him the receipt before hed believe there had been an accident or repair. They finished ahead of schedule and for a great rate and even detailed to pristine condition.

Said theres a lifetime guarantee on all their work and they stood by it for a simple cheap repair but when something a little more serious came up they dodge your calls. Had to take car elsewhere and pay for repair that shouldve been covered here.

Had suv in shop for repair on rear window gave me price for repair when went to pick up it was 100.00 cheaper than they said now thats honesty labor didnt take as long and didnt use all the parts could of charged me full price wouldnt of known thats good business I would go back again

Well I hate having to use a body shop, because it is usually a repair that needs to be made. Brad is so thorough and knowledgeable about cars. His pricing is also the most reasonable out of many shops Ive interviews previously, and you dont sacrifice an iota of quality and original OEM parts and professional paint matching. Im a customer for life.

Horrible attention to detail. It took 3 tries to pick my truck up and I found bolts missing once I got it back. Never again

Took 2 weeks to finish fixing the paint and dent. A few days after receiving the vehicle i noticed many imperfections where dirt got under the paint. Had them fix that paint (at least 10-15 particles found) and they still didnt prep the car correctly. Ended up needing to go in again to have them fix it. Recently i noticed that their clear coat is completely flaking off the vehicle. I would give 0 stars if i could. Avoid this corporate place at all costs. No proper prep work, bad final product.

Auto collision was able to get me in for same day glass repair on a Monday - it was a quick repair - they had me in and out in less then an hour the employees were all pleasant - I would def recommend this place

Auto Collision and Glass is great! They make dealing with an unpleasant event a little less stressful. They handle everything well, are friendly, and will provide a loner for you of one is available! My vehicle came out looking like it did before anything happened.

Has to be the worst collision shop in WNY! 1) Picked up my vehicle they said it would be ready by 3:15. A hr and 45 minutes after waiting (4:45 vehicle was finally out) 2) I notice the bumpers not level and the headlight has condensation in it. Straighten the bumper out (additional 30 min). Ask about the light I’m given the explanation; we’ll its been in and out of the garage it should be fine. Bring it back clean it up bring it out. Ok let’s finishing walking around the vehicle to see what else is wrong. 3) A dent on the brand new front fender they just replaced smh. 4) had to bring it back to get the dent fixed. 5) shortly after that had to bring it back for the front headlight that I knew was messed up. Replace it bring it out looks good. 6) A week later AGAIN more condensation in the headlight they just replaced! 7) gotta bring it back for the fourth time total, third time for the headlight. What’s the saying... third times a charm smh. After all this I couldn’t help to think I’m the only customer that gets screwed and had the worst experience. Not to mention the craftsmanship. I can only think customers do not fully inspect they’re vehicle like I do and notice a dent here or poor work here and when they do notice it’s too late they can’t verify that it was done by the shop. Never write reviews but I just had to share this. Would never recommend or go back here.
