Let me just preface this by saying I did NOT end up buying a truck from Don, or at all. I ended up changing business plans and didnt buy a vehicle. But if I were buying a vehicle, it would definitely be from here. Don and his lot are top quality. The trucks he sells are all in excellent shape, no rust, clean bodies and frames, good tires etc. Don is extremely knowledgeable on what he sells and has all of the right answers (Im a car guy.. I know when people are bsing). I was ready to buy the truck on the spot but had to consult with my business partner first. At the last second we changed plans and decided not to buy a truck.Premium Auto is at the top of my list for when plans change again!

Donnie recently did a ton of work on my girlfriends jeep. She took the Jeep to him to have the exhaust replaced. Upon replacing the exhaust they discovered that her struts were leaking and that her ball joints were to the point of a potentially devastating car accident. Instead of leaving them be and avoiding a serious amount of work, he called her, explained the seriousness of the situation, and insisted on doing the job for her safety. He showed her the old parts and was absolutely right. We are so thankful that he looked out for our safety and probably saved our lives. I had a great experience here. I am not from Buffalo and was referred to this shop after my last repair was done poorly. Donnie was extremely nice and got my car fixed very quickly. He gave me honest prices and educated me on the repair he did. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I am often scared to get my car fixed because it’s easy to be up charged or taken advantage of. The owner Donnie super friendly and real down to earth, just a guy that got tired of not being his own boss. I was having trouble getting financed do to my lack of credit at the time. Called him about a 05 jeep grand Cherokee he apparently already sold, he asked me what I wanted in a vehicle and asked how much I had to put down. Donnie is a great guy, straight forward, honest, and got me into the truck of my dreams. I stopped in last week to check out his inventory because I was in search of a newer crew cab to fit the kids, and diesel for the work I do. He had a beautiful Chevy 2500 duramax from Texas that was EXACTLY what I was looking for and in my price range! He worked with me over the course of a few days (my work schedule is screwy) very well to get me in that truck. Needless to say, I bought it yesterday and couldn’t be happier! Donnie has an amazing, clean inventory of vehicles priced just right, I recommend stopping in and taking a look. Search the country when I am buying! Don had the right car/truck for me! From the first phone call Don was not pushy at all, answered all my questions, gave his honest opinion when asked and has been there for me like a brother since that day!I purchased a high mileage vehicle with a bumper to bumper you warranty. 2015 Ford Expedition drove like new, he also had a few other large SUV’s but told me this was the one to fit my needs perfectly and he was 100% correct.I feel like like have a brother in the business! Honest, reliable and very matter of fact kinda guy! I have called him a dozen times and he has always been there at the drop of a hat!!!I highly recommend Don at Premier Auto for any of your auto needs and his work ethic should set the industry standard!!!P S...... I blew my turbo (v6twin) on a 1200 mile trek to South Dakota and when I arrived I went straight to the ford dealer and with my warranty that Don sold me I received a new transmission and turbo according to the dealer. Don handled the entire process for me with the dealer, all I did was drop it off and in fact they delivered it back to me like new ! There are not enough positive words to describe Donny and his wife. I have had the privilege of knowing Donny for 2 yrs I was new to the area and wanted to take my car to a good ol mom and pop garage, where as a divorced woman I would be treated with respect and not be led to spend unessacary money...I have been at his place when customers were coming for repairs, looking for a car or stopping by to say thank you, they love their car they recently bought from him. I have witneseed him working with individuals and families with little ones, taking the time to find out their needs and getting the perfect vehichal for them at a price and payment plan they can afford.2 weeks ago my car was totalled and today I picked up my 2010 Lexus great price and a payment plan that works for me...NO STRESS This car looks brand new and drives as if its new Donny will be my friend forever I TRUST HIM IMMENSELY. You do not find business owners like himself and his wife in todays world...BUT THEY EXIST in North Tonawanda. My wife and I didnt write this review right away because we wanted to provide just the necessary information rather than emotions. We found a car at Premium at the end of June, and paid cash, top dollar for this car actually, according the Kelly Blue Book. Donnie made specific promises to us such as replacing the brakes if they were under half. Needless to say, my wife drove the car to work the next morning and we ended up taking it to our long-term, trusted mechanic. The rear brakes were at 1 millimeter from being metal on metal (we have picture proof) the rear shocks were leaking hydraulic fluid (which would explain the nose diving and fish tailing), and the front plastic wheel well guard was missing (although Donnie claimed to have ordered it and never got around to putting it on before we purchased...) among other small issues. We ended up spending $1,000 more two weeks after we purchased the vehicle. We offered Donnie the chance to redeem himself by admitting to the error and covering just the cost of the shocks (just over $200) since this was the biggest issue. He offered us a pitiful $100 and no admittance to the error so we didnt even take his money. We expected a premium sale and that did not happen, AT ALL. Pictures were taken by our mechanic showing (1) Rear Brakes at 1 millimeter (2) & (3) Worn front shocks (4) Leaking rear shocks.
