Our new fence is beautiful! We live in a close neighborhood and our 8ft privacy fence makes our backyard a beautiful, relaxing, and quiet space. Mike and Rick were awesome and were so meticulous when building our fence, making sure that everything was done perfectly and correctly. They were so friendly and professional, along with the rest of the crew that came to help out. The owner, Brad is wonderful - he stopped by a few times to ensure that everything was being done properly and was overall great to work with. We love our fence and highly recommend this company.Unlike some claims about reviews from previous comments, we have no affiliation with Brad or the company on a personal or professional level.

We have used Imperial Fence for 29 years. They installed our board on board wooden fence, and also some chain link fence. They have reliably serviced our fence over these 29 years. They have professional and friendly staff that take pride in their work. The staff just refurbished this black chain link fence. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Mike and Ross did a great job replacing the gate in our wood fence. The new gate is much sturdier and looks super! They were professional, courteous, and timely. I recommend them!

We are well pleased with the workmanship and the quality of our new wood fence. We asked for 3 boards with the pencil point top. We received exactly what we requested. The workmanship was excellent. They even had a board which they placed between each post so that the fence was level across the top. I was impressed. From the onset of job quote conversations to the workmen ship we were EXTREMELY HAPPY. We did a stockade wooden fence with metal posts approx. 200 feet and have another 100 feet left for the future. Had many questions on the fence line prior to them starting…. Team was able to answer all the questions to make sure that we were going to be happy when the job was done. Workers were friendly and easy to work with. Team was careful removing old fence for nails or broken fence pieces in the yard; great job cleaning up after the job was done. Will recommend to friends and family.

Covid made scheduling something of an adventure, but once we got that all straightened out everything went EXCEEDINGLY smoothly. The crew was very friendly, considerate, and efficient. The workmanship was excellent and the fence looks great. AND they picked up all the mess and made it look like they were never there. We are VERY pleased.

The workers were fantastic. They took down the old fence, installed the new one which looks great and I have had many compliments on it. They also took special care to work around our flowers with no damage done to them. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had a wood gate on aluminum posts installed. All of the installers were very nice and knowledgeable. The work is sturdy and looks great! Very happy with it. Will definitely call on them again for future fencing needs!

The pandemic has obviously caused some major labor shortages while it took a bit for my job to be completed, it was absolutely worth the wait. I had approximately 50 feet of fence replaced after a section was damaged from a wind storm and I could not be happier with the work. The team that did the install was very professional and completed the work in a single day. They also came back the next day promptly after finishing up the construction for my new gate. Would absolutely do business again for the remaining sides of my fence.

We had a wind storm blowing down 40 feet of stockade fence. The 70 mph winds sheared off the support posts. I called Imperial Fence Co. and they immediately set up an appointment The installation crew did a fantastic job and were very proficient. The fence looks wonderful and I highly recommend Imperial Fence. Rest assured, the job will be done right and in a timely manner.

Second home I had Imperial install. Friendly family atmosphere. Paid attention to detail. Since I was home, they made sure I approved of the job before they left my yard. Great quality vinyl fence and not expensive.

I would give -5 stars if I could. They took our money and ran with it. When we signed the contract we were told installation was 6 to 8 weeks out, which was exactly what we needed. Months later (and at least 20 follow up calls later, where we are always given bad excuses and fake installation dates, each time) we still dont have a fence. We simply asked for a refund at this point because they clearly dont want our business. Im still waiting for a call back from the manager/owner. I was told 3 times at this point that he was going call back (HA!... still waiting...) so it now seems like the next step will be legal action.

They did not do what they claimed they would. The contract said they would clean up and remove debris. They did not. They left their empty pip containers lying around. My roommate, the homeowner, was cursed at by a,worker, the boards,all dont match, now a year later a post is bowing. They bever nailed in the bottom of a,board.The owner claims nothing is,wrong with it.Last year we had to buy dirt to out under it to keep dogs in.Last year they never responded to calls nor a Better Business Bureau posting. To me, it says they dont care. As for us, i would say go elsewhere. Dont use them. We never will.

On 6/18/18 I paid for my fence in full even though they only require a deposit. I was quoted up to 6 weeks to get the job completed. After 8 weeks I made numerous attempts to contact them and left messages on their voicemail. No response. On 8/10/18 they finally called me and advised someone would be out the following week. Two weeks later.....still nothing. I called again today and had to ask for my money to be refunded. Of course, I had to leave ANOTHER voicemail because they never answer their phone either. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are very reasonably price, but not worth your time or the headache! I could have went with another company and the job would have been done by now!Update: it is now 9-18-18 - again no one has showed up to my home. Every call is is unanswered and not returned. I have made my 2nd phone requesting my refund back and still nothing. I am not even sure how this company stays open! So disappointed and discouraged!!

Beware of this place. Never finished. They wanted all there money before finished. They left behind old fence . Used mud to cover up old concrete. Sneaky. Also left boards in the ground. Seriously a joke.

This was the second fence Imperial installed for me.Veary pleased overall . The craftsmanship is top notch,the crew was friendly and showed concern for the garden they worked around.I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Post fell over after 7years .Fence boards thin and cheaply made. Called them to complain about post loosening after only 7 years...the response was kinda like oh well tuff luck never offered any compensation. I told them i have neighbors who have fences 30 years old with nothing wrong....didnt care

All the five stars review are his family members. Compulsive lies and EXTREMELY racist. I had a horrible fence experience with this fence company. Im Mexican, and I do know how racist they are. I paid for supposedly an imported Brazilian white cedar what Bonar father showed to us, wasnt what they installed in our property. We got used boards with holes from previous nails that were removed from somebody else fence. The posts were a lie too. They said they would be true 4x4 posts, and we got smaller ones and different sizes.Bonar the owner, came to check the fence, insulted me and screamed at me when I told him about the damaged boards, the wrong posts, etc. His son, insulted me terrible by telling my husband over the phone: if you were out of town, who was tagging your wife. This shows their lack of professional and personal ethics.My fence has rotted and now we have to change 11 posts!Our fence was a disgrace and a total failure from day one. Please..RUN AWAY! - DONT WALK!!!

Bought a cedar fence approximately 8 years ago, wood was of cheap quality and did not last. Stay away from these guys. $$thousands of dollars lost.
